Premier Fence

This was a 1st for me. The owner Chris came out to my house and spent a good amount of time explaining the process and even had brochures with a material list. Wrote out a whole estimate including a rough sketch. We decided to hire Premier Fence at that point. Then all communication stopped. We had to file for the permit and I needed his insurance and Chris said he'd get back to us with a start date within the week.

The town clerk kind of laughed and told us others have been waiting for a month for premier to get them proof of insurance. I then tried calling, emailing, texting Chris repeatedly to get the insurance info and to find out our start date and we received No response. After 3 weeks of constant calling/texting/emails we gave up and moved onto another fence contractor.

For the life of me I can't understand why a business would advertise, come give a quality presentation and fair market quote then not respond when the client wants to hire you. Makes no sense. Don't waste your time with this contractor

Premier Fence (Chris) did an outstanding job on our wooden fence. We have two dogs that were jumping over our chain link fence so we needed a taller fence to contain them. Chris did the entire job himself one piece at a time for a beautiful custom fence. I will highly recommend him to friends and family.

We had Chris install a wood privacy fence between our front and back yard. He did a great job! Easy to get a hold off and quick turn around between quote and install!

Chris worked very methodically to install nearly 350 feet of fencing. Some of this was through flower beds and landscaped areas. Upon completion, I was VERY satisfied as those flower beds and landscaped areas showed very minor to almost no disturbance. Great job! Highly recommended!

Chris is a joke. No customer relations. The only time when he does a good job is when he collected the money and left. Will not return calls or do any warranty work. Our dark colored fence was completely sun faded in months. Personally I’m not sure why he gets out of bed

We contacted this company in hopes for them to repair a fence we recently had placed from a different company. An employee came to the house and spent an hour with us walking the fence, making suggestions and plans for what we would like them to do for us. Told us to give him a couple days to write up an estimate. Three calls with leaving messages and a month later we have had NO follow through from this company. It is fine if a company does not want to repair someone else's work but have the courtesy to call back and explain self, rather than blowing off a potential customer
