The Master's Lawn Care

Once again, superior service from Masters Lawn Care. We had a few sprinkler head issues from the winter. Since I utilize Masters lawn care service, a simple email seeking advice was met with a service call set up and everything was taken care of in one visit. These guys are on top of their game when it come to landscaping and I cannot recommend them any stronger. Great job and great service

We were accustomed to using Gillespies for our Sprinkler system and were very disappointed Ted to discover that they had merged. However, Johnson was the one who came out to do the service on our irrigation system and we are very pleased. He was timely, courteous and did an amazing job of getting our sprinklers reset so that the entire lawn and flower beds receive appropriate watering. Thank you! I look forward to continuing Master Lawn Care services for our irrigation system and even possibly trying other services through them as the need arises.

The price was better than I was getting from other companies, and they do more than I had expected. I have the basic lawn care and maintenance, and I was expecting just my yard to be mowed. But they also will pick up fallen branches, and some other minor yard upkeep, even with basic. The nice thing is, I don't have to think about it. They are in on time, do a good and quick job, and gone without me having to worry about anything.

Master's has done a wonderful job for me! TEAM 3, Corey, Luis & Sharish are great with my regular lawn & yard maintenance & very responsive to my requests & questions. They work hard & don't waste time and are simply wonderful guys on a personal level. I have also used Master's for my full yard winter clean-up and for irrigation repair. I cannot recommend Master's too highly.

I needed a company that can handle all my yard & garden needs, and I have finally found that company. I don't ever want to have to find another landscaping company. Thank you to ALL the folks at Master's, including those lovely ladies I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the office. Obviously, Master's is under good management. Their landscape lighting department was fantastic! They gave us three excellent proposals and even put up temporary lights so we could see what the designs would look like, make notes, and adjust our design. They listened well to what we wanted in our lighting design and incorporated our desires into each design. I had an excellent experience with Chuck Baldwin, Bri Thomas, Chase McNeal, and Clayton Salome.

I highly recommend any member of this team - all we're knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and communicated well. The quality of the lights were also excellent! After seeing the proposals we were able to make adjustments and finalize our plan. I am excited for the final install and know they will continue to be professional and attentive to us.

Contracted with The Masters Lawn Care to do some landscaping and planting. Couldn't be happier with the results. D'Shaun is a dynamo and an expert at landscaping. He and his team are hardworking and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would use them again.

The Master's Lawn Care renovated the existing landscaping which had been neglected by the previous owner of our new home. Services included design, demolition, installation of new landscape material, mulch, pine straw, and repair/expansion of the irrigation system. All work was done with excellent quality and professionalism and was done in the agreed upon time frame.

I have to give a special shout out to Josh Ladd who helped with the design process and managed the project front to back. He was always patient, helpful and friendly. Tim and Shavarus did most of the demo and installation and were nothing short of outstanding. They were courteous, polite, and considerate of not inconveniencing our activities and schedule. The project has a beautiful outcome. I strongly recommend The Master's if you want top level work and service.

Timothy and Mo did a great job landscaping my front yard: they made new flower beds, planted a couple of palms surrounded by bromeliads and aloes, and put down new mulch in the backyard. They were courteous, professional, and very helpful!

Timothy and Calvin did a great job! I had not had new landscaping since I built my home 20 years ago, and they made it look like a new house! Chase did the design, and since I have no "eye" for things like this. I made some changes after Timothy and Calvin started, and they were helpful, cooperative, and didn't laugh at me for my sillier ideas. They were punctual, reliable, friendly and more than willing to make sure we are happy. I recommend this company highly, and especially Timothy and Calvin.

This is the second time I've used Master's Lawn Care to do extensive yard cleanup (hedge trim, removal of significantly overgrown shrubbery, weeds & vines) for my elderly parents. Staff are professional, caring & helpful. Yomi created a proposal that met our needs & budget. Willie, Fred & Micheal of Team13 did the work, exceeding our expectations to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. We couldn't be more pleased & highly recommend this company.

I have used The Master's Lawn Care for several months now, and I absolutely love it. No longer do my fiance and I have to spend our much needed weekend time doing yard work. Our experience with Master's Lawn Care following our recent landscaping project has been excellent. Rusty is professional, knowledgeable and very responsive, returning calls usually within minutes. He was open to modifying our original plans with suggestions that displays his years of experience and expertise. His crews are pleasant, arrive on time, and clean up!

Frustrated and disappointed by my own ill-informed efforts to maintain a lawn that appears at least pleasant and welcoming, I connected with MLC a while back, and in just over a year and a half, the team has transformed the property.

All I can say is WOW! they turn my desert into a beautiful backyard and now all I do is sit outside and look at the stars. Thanks a million guys! These guys were very professional and cleaned up after they left, the only thing that was left was smiles!

I understand that my HOA contracts with this service, but I do not appreciate it when these people fill my garbage can with their trash. I pay for that with the city of Gainesville and now I have no room for my own trash.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I never know what I'm going to come home to having been hacked down by these guys. Granted, my HOA has the authority to hire them, but even after several attempts to ask them nicely not to murder my plants, I come home to the same thing.

Recently we had an irrigation issue. Rusty sent a technician that was very thorough and even made adjustments to help us conserve water. Highly recommend this company. Great and prompt customer service.
