I found myself locked out of the house last night. I called Johnny the Locksmith to request service. Connie called me back within 10 minutes and after a few questions gave me an eta of 30 minutes. She called again when 2 minutes away. She was right on time! I was inside the house within minutes. Connie was fabulous! Fee was beyond reasonable. I am very satisfied with the prompt response, sensitivity to my situation of being alone, locked out on a cold night. I will definitely refer my friends and family to utilize Johnny the Locksmith!

I hired Johnny the Locksmith to replace several locks/doorknobs in our home. After he left I noticed the front door didn't even lock while it was shut, he had to come back later in the day. So I got concerned and checked all the other locks/doorknobs to make sure he did his job properly and we wouldn't have issues later. I noticed the doorknob going to the garage, which he replaced, kept sticking.

When he came back I showed him and he said its just doing that because its new. So I let it go, but a week later when the knob continued to stick while trying to open it, I called back. I got his receptionist who put me on hold and Johnny came on the phone. He was rude and had an attitude like he didn't want to come back out to fix it! He tried to convince me its because the knob is new.

I've lived in several homes and never had a doorknob stick like this! That is not true. So now fast forward 3 months later, the doorknob still sticks and now we'll have to pay another locksmith to repair it. All because Johnny doesn't guarantee his work and wanted no part of coming back. I got the impression that all he was worried about is rushing onto the next customer to make more money. So sad to treat customers that way. I would NOT recommend Johnny the Locksmith for any locksmith services.

I had just purchased a used 2015 Tacoma truck that only had one set of keys. I contacted a dealer for an additional key and fob. That would require an appointment for service visit. My brother-in-law recommended Johnny which turned out to be a money and time saving. He had the chip keys and fob in stock and his prices were excellent; less than the dealership so I bought two extras! And it only took 30 minutes! Great service and I'd wouldn't hesitate to use his excellent services again!

A LIFESAVER to say the least. Not all hero's wear capes, but he should start! Johnny was nice enough to come help me on his day off (early Saturday morning) when some miscommunication occurred the day prior. I wish I could say enough good things about him, but I can't without this turning into a dramatic speech. Long story short, your search for a locksmith ends here!

I called Johnny this morning to replace some lost keys. He responded quickly and was on his way out to see me. Wouldn’t you know it.... I found the keys when he was on the way! I offered to pay a visit fee but he refused and wished me the best. I know who I’ll be calling in the future and recommending to friends!!!

Never Use Them! They never showed up. Then they called and reschedule and didn't show up for that appointment. When I called them to see what happened they said, "you can go somewhere else, if you want too." Then they hung up on me.

I recently lost the key to my motorcycle lock, called Johnny and he came out AFTER hours to get the lock off. I told him I got of at 6 and would be home later, and he came out and stayed over an hour, until the job was complete. He was also friendly and offered great conversation, even keeping me informed as to what he was doing the whole time. Definitely my lock guy if I ever need one again!

Johnny was Awesome! He was highly recommended from a family member, so i decided to give him a call. I'm glad i did. He was very professional and very thorough with his work. He rekeyed all the locks in my new home and installed 2 deadbolt locks at a very reasonable price and completed it all in no time. I am pleased with the services i received and will definitely use his services in the future.

Couldn't ask for better service! Johnny is a delight to talk to and very friendly. Above and beyond - he gave me some great tips on avoiding future lockouts (I have a mischievous toddler who LOVES locking doors!). Great experience!
