I had a renter with a backed up toilet and shower on 8/16/21. She called Discount Plumbing and they sent Felix out for an afterhours service call. Felix ran his snake through the main sewer line and did not find anything, but the water did start flowing. On 8/23/21 the same problem is back. Renter attempted to call Discount Plumbing several times and there was no answer.

When She contacted me about the problem I called the 800 number and they had Felix call me back. Felix said they do not stand behind there work when they do a clean out. Even if it's the same problem.

Ok, so we were in need of a plumber tonight and Ryan was cool at first but than my spouse told be he had an issue were he has new toilets installed and this company wasn't able to complete the job and he has to pay twice. I asked if Ryan could kindly do something from our last experience he was talking and my spouse was trying to tell him it wasn't really and issue and Ryan said I'm speaking and I can't hear you if you if I talking.

I told him I really liked his customer service and wanted to utilize this companies service but once he got rude no thank you! I'm all about integrity and work ethics, look somewhere else and like Ryan said " I wish the best of luck to you guys"

Discount Plumbing installed two emergency eye wash/ shower combo stations for us and from start to finish were a pleasure to do business with. I had called about 3-4 other plumbing companies to get a quote for the installation of these units and had gotten no where when I contacted Ryan Bentz who off the bat was incredibly helpful. The plumber who installed the units, Matt, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Thank you Discount Plumbing.

I have used them before in the past for my AC Service. They are efficient and always on time get the job done. They carry the right parts. Their technicians seem well trained and always pleasant. Now on to the negative. Not the cheapest in town, as a mater of fact, prices can always be cheaper somewhere else. In my last plumbing job was almost $200 more than the competition. so if you need same day or next day service I would recommend them, if you job can wait and you want to save a few bucks, you can find it less somewhere else. Will I continue to use them. yes, but only in urgent situations.

I've had many service people come through my homes for decades, many professional and nice. Brennan has to be the most professional and nicest service man I've ever met. He quickly diagnosed problem and got to work. It is certainly a benefit when a stranger comes to your door and is nice, a good soul. Many thanks to Brennan and Discount Plumbing, Heating and Air.

Our service men Hector and Heath were amazing, thorough, and friendly. They got the job done that the plumber that came out the day before could not do. We had contacted our home insurance provider American Home Shield who sent a plumber who stated he couldn't fix the problem with our clogged drain. So we called and found Discount Plumbing, Heating and Air.

They sent Hector and Heath who came out and fixed the issue within an hour and had it unclogged and running efficiently! Obviously the previous plumbing company did not know what they were doing! However Discount Pluming got the job done and I'd recommend their service to anyone! They were even more affordable than other companies within the area! Thank you gentlemen for making our home functional again! You guys ROCK!

The tub is filling up and the toilet was bubbling over. I called at 9:16am, received a call back at 9:36. Plumber arrived at 10:00. The job was finished by 10:20. Excellent customer service on the phone very professional and polite. Ken fixed the clog in no time without any struggles or issues. I highly recommend Discount Plumbing. The price was very reasonable!

The technician, Felix, was very professional and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He did his job while explaining the issue I was having with my plumbing. While it's no secret that plumbers have a reputation for being outrageously expensive, I felt the price was fair and I totallyI got my money's worth. I highly recommend Discount Plumber and would call on them again if needed in the future

While I was waiting for the service tech to show up I received updates via text. Once he showed up he had a few questions. He went right to work to clear my drain line that was plugged. He was done within 30 minutes. Discount Plumbing was very clean and courteous. I recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing need.

We called in because our water heater's pilot light wasn't staying on and was also leaking. I had called in and gave the girl over the phone my info and asked to be called upon arrival so we could open the gate and put our two not so friendly dogs away.

I am very pleased with the service I received by Discount Plumbing. They removed the old and installed the new dishwasher, with NO damage (which I will explain in this review), as well as cleared the drain for my washing machine (which two other plumbing companies failed to do).

I called Discount Plumbing when our water heater began leaking and flooded our garage. Their employee Hector, assessed the problem, instructed me on what water heater to purchase, and promised he'd be back later in the day after finishing a call 20+ miles away.

I had called them about three weeks ago to come out and service my sewer line because it had backed up. the tech came out and put a snake thru the lines and it appeared that the problem was fixed and the tech stated that i should have no problems.

I had a few issues and the manager came right over and fixed everything. There was something caught in the garbage disposal and he got it out quick. Hot water heater needed adjusting, he fixed it right then and there.

I had a leaky shower that I tried and failed to fix. I called discount plumbing and Brennan was able to take care and fix my leaky shower very quickly. For the service and the price they can't be beat and I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
