I contacted Titan for a proposal, and it took several calls over an extended period (5-7 days?) to get a sales person to call me back. I ultimately connected with a representative named Tyler. He appeared at our house for an onsite walk-through shortly thereafter, and seemed both pleasant and thorough. I then had to contact him multiple times to get a written proposal, and the proposal he ultimately sent did not conform to our request.

When contacted about the error on March 28, Tyler apologized for the confusion and agreed to send a corrected proposal. That's the last we heard from him; we've received nothing further. I've often said that no company treats a consumer better than when they're trying to sell them something. Based on our experience, I cannot imagine what it would be like to be a Titan customer locked into a long term contract. This might well be a great company that has grown too quickly and is organizationally jammed up. No matter the reason, they are definitely off of my list.

We sold a property and were told that the service could be transferred to the buyer. After the sale, Ryan Taylor signed buyer to a three [3] year extended contract but still decided to bill me. Also, when we set up service with this company, they sold us outdated products that have failed. Why would they put a 3G radio in a box designed for 4G? Now Ryan Taylor is telling he buyer the equipment is outdated even though it is less than three [3] years old.

This company sold new services to the new tenant and I was told by Britney Ammons and Tiffany Figueroa that this would cancel our agreement. Well they were not truthful and they sent me a bill anyway. The new owner also several thousand with this company as well when they signed what was supposed to cancel my agreement. The company has asked me to pull the review when I posted and they would consider removing the charges.

Super impressed with Titan Alarm. Every aspect of our transaction from sales to installation was amazing. Their people are professional, personal, and top notch! Titan Alarm is GREAT! I had hired a different security company to set up my home in Arizona, and what a mistake that was. Incorrect materials, some of the equipment was used, connections often dropped, many features never worked, etc. Then I hired Titan, and the experience was wonderful. They made use of the equipment they could and replaced what they couldn't.

Now everything works like it's supposed to. These folks know what they're doing and went over and above what was expected. It was important to get everything completed within a tight time frame, and they came through exceptionally. The people are great. Chrystal in Customer Service, Tyler the Account Executive, Alexxis the installation coordinator, Sal the installation technician, and Sal's installation helper were all terrific to work with. If you are looking for an alarm company that is the best of the best, Titan is the company to choose. THANK YOU Titan for a job well done and a great experience!

Today I dealt with Customer Service Representative Tammy Figueroa to make changes on my account. There were some difficulties and Tammy worked patiently through them with me. I have had Titan Alarm for years at 2 homes and their service and representatives are great. I have interacted with Tammy before and she always offers excellent help. She is patient, kind, and knowledgable. Thanks again Tammy!

I have been with Titan Alarm for a little while now and I couldn't be more happier that I am. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Terannce, he was polite and quite courteous! He took the time to fully explain any questions I had and was quite patient with me as I didn't understand some things at first. He was nothing but upbeat and kind. I am quite impressed with his customer service and Titan Alarm company as a whole! I will be recommending this company to all my friends!

Watch out for the contract! Read it carefully. Especially, the term length, price increases and termination process. Was like pulling teeth to get a disconnect and even if it was handled perfectly, they will still pull an extra 30+ days of billing. After five years, you'd think you'd get treated better. I would not recommend using them as there are a great many other alarm companies that can professionally install a functional alarm system and not tie you into long term, cumbersome contract designed for their benefit only. Also, depending on your alternative alarm company, the monitoring is also done by the same entity that monitors for most of the other alarm companies in Arizona.

The REAL VALUE comes from doing business with, professional, friendly and ETHICAL businesses. Not companies who use the contract to squeeze every dime they can, warranted or not. On a positive note, I will credit the office staff for being friendly on the phone. So take advantage of the lesson I have learned, look elsewhere before making a decision to use this company.

Titan bought my former Security company. There were many ongoing issues with installation and service with my former company. The owner of the company had sold and been paid in advance for services, equipment and products that were not working or provided. After literally hundreds of calls. Promising to schedule, resolve and install. Instead without notice sold the company to Titan.

To state it mildly, was extremely upset and dubious when first spoke to Britney Ammons at Titian. Britney from my first call has always been pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Britney has followed through in a timely manner on everything discussed. Britney has worked diligently to resolve the issues with my security system and equipment. She has always been quick to respond. Britney scheduled an initial service call.

I am ill and she has accommodated my medical appointments. The gentleman Derrick and Chris were not only on time! Both were professional, knowledgeable & pleasant. They worked to make the equipment in the house operational. Derrick developed a plan for installation. Both Titan and Britney have followed through on everything promised to date. They are coming out to install the rest of equipment.

I feel more secure in my home! I will update after everything is completed. At this point very pleased with both Britney and Titans integrity and customer service. My experience with the former company has made me recognize and appreciate Britney and this stellar company. I highly recommend Titan!

SECOND UPDATE: Look. Titan is a great company. The staff in Arizona are not. Please be careful with the contract. I tried to cancel in the allotted time frame but the address on the form is incorrect. They never received it. The field manager is amazing and he gave me the correct address. Hopefully, they will get it this time and cancelation will happen smoothly. Thx John. So much appreciation for you!

Read the contract carefully! We signed up with Titan alarm thinking that we will be dealing with a local security company. After a year I received a phone call from Brinks that we are not paying our monthly bills. I had no idea that our account was transferred to Brinks without informing us. Now I am stuck with Brinks security for the next 1 year!

First of all, on a positive note, the technicians Steve and Matthew were great. Friendly, on time and great customer service. As for the problem, Katie who handles the billing actually YELLED at me on a phone call over an issue with over billing me. The reason being is it took THREE service calls to rectify my problem! I spent $85 on ONE smoke detector as I was told that I had one faulty detector.

The very next day my smoke alarms went off (for the third consecutive day). I purchased 5 smoke detectors for a total of $72 and the technician came out and installed all 5 detectors It was agreed that since it took THREE visits Katie was to refund me $55. I had to follow up a week later and she yelled at me for two reasons; 1 she said she never agreed to the refund 2 she said that it's against company policy to install parts provided by the customer.

How was I to know that and I told her that they needed to inform me of that policy. As the for refund I still have not received the check for the $55 I paid the technician, they cashed the check and still not refund. Katie did not keep her promise on the $55 refund and she yelled at a customer that, by the way, was very patient with Titan as I have them 3 chances to fix the problem NOV 21, 2019 After speaking with Micheal, Manager, we resolved our issue. He was very professional and it was much appreciated on my end! Thank you Michael!

SHADY! Call to cancel and get charged a 30 day cancellation fee? Yeah, I think next time I put an alarm in my home, I won't be using Titan. Nice way to treat a 4 year customer. Hope you needed the money more than I do.

Please please do NOT! hire this contractor/company for your service. Their customer service is dreadful! I had to re-file multiple times to receive service repairs for the same issue. I'm writing this review because I don't want anyone gettin trapped by this company. What makes matters worse is I was sold a (4) year agreement but signed a (5) year. Yes, my fault for not reading through contact. If Jordan is your rep, RUN! I got hustled and no one else should have to go through what I'm experiencing.

So I called yesterday at about 4:45 because I am having issues adding my cameras back to my network. The lady that answered did not know how to help me even though I hit the numbers for technical support. She took my number and said someone would call me back even though I called 15 minutes prior to closing.so I waited.and waited and it is now 27 hours later and know one has called me!

I have had nothing but problems with these cameras, I get like 10 notifications or more when my wife leaves out of the driveway in the morning they charge me $80 for a service call for someone to come fix the problem which it never got fix and I just deal with it, but I have to up my monthly fee so I get more recording because the cameras were going off so much I would get to 1000 clips before the month was over so no I have to pay for the 6000 clips a month.

I am in a contract until Sept 2020 so I am stuck with this company or I have to pay to terminate. So safe to say when my contract is up I am done with this company! WHEN YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO CALL SOMEONE BACK THEN DO IT! I wouldn't have even cared if they called my back today! After speaking with the owner and also with customer service support I have my issues resolved. Thanks to Mike and his team for everything they did to help resolve my issues. I will be continuing my service with Titan and would recommend there services in the future.

Please stay away from this company. They botched the first installation totally. Spent an entire day redoing the work that was supposed to be done in the first day. The salesman (Paul) promised me everything. Said don't worry about wires being nailed up. That was standard procedure. Didn't need to be put in contract. Turns out he washed his hands of any responsibility.

The company withdrew the entire $2,400.00 before any work was done. They were supposed to take half when contract was signed. And half when job was completed. I have spent over an extra month trying to get my contract returned to me with the correct date on it. No one cares and if call the phone number. You can spend up to 20 minutes waiting to even talk to someone. Sad way to do business.

Just do your research and know this. If you receive something that does not work, you will be stuck with it for the duration. Any company that wants a four or five year term want it for a reason. They may act like they will help but they will not. Trust me, I had to pay these people for five years. They pay people just to spin reviews, BBB complaints, etc. I will just wait for the class action suit and rue the day.

The President took the time to call me. He fixed our issues and I would continue services based off our conversation. Errors happen and some folks don't represent a company in the best light at times but I'm more than satisfied with the President's response.

The worst service I ever had in my home. They started off by lying about the contract length, they told me since I was buying through Direct Buy that the standard 5 year contract would be 3 years for me. The system has never worked properly for more than a few months. The video didn't work for several months. Then my door lock stopped working.

They said it was batteries but I changed it out with 2 brand new sets. I don't even know why they have a tech support system, I have called multiple times about the two smoke detectors that don't work. They haven't worked in over a year I have just gotten tired of calling in, for them to tell me it works and within days it doesn't work again. I've asked them multiple time to cancel my contract since they can't uphold their half of the agreement which is actually monitoring my house since the system doesn't work to begin with. Somehow, through pure fucking magic my alarm password was changed, not the 4 digit code, the verbal password you have to give to cancel an alarm.

How does that happen? There was also a few week stretch where the alarm would go off because we opened the back door and no one would come over the alarm system to make sure we needed to cancel the alarm. We had ADT before and never had issues. By the way, Direct Buy dropped them pretty quick and being a member I know the only way that happens is if the Direct Buy branch gets complaints about a vendor, go figure.

If I could afford to pay their cancellation fee I'd have this garbage taken out immediately. Next time I'll go back to securing my home the old fashion way, with a shotgun.

Beware of Titan alarm! I signed up 2 years ago at the Tucson home show and thought I had signed up for 2 years but I had signed up for 5. Not even cable or phone companies are that long. My fault for not reading the fine print but I remember us talking and I thought it was for only 2. But it was right before the end of the day so was rushed through it.

They lied about how long the contract would be. The contract said 5 years and they said its wrong it should be 2 years just to get me to sign. This is in response to the comment i received. When i signed the man at my house said don't worry its a typo its really 2 years.

I have had titan alarm services in my home for over a year now, and I can say that I'm beyond thrilled with it. I can have multiple avenues for notifications, am immediately called on my cell phone if there is any kind of question as to the security of my home, and have a live person available to me through the system 24/7.

Horrible company. This system they installed in my house took over 18 hours over a 5-day period. Every person they sent out immediately called their technical support department every time they came in to work on the installation. They installed a substandard cellular phone device that would make 4 very loud beeps every minute every time that it tried to call out and couldn't reach the network.

This happened every few months and the only way to stop it was to come home and hit "okay" on the master unit. Sometimes this would go on for over 4 or 5 hours and I have 2 small dogs in the house. Every call to them for over 2 1/2 years they told me that there was no way to turn off this feature. One time someone asked me why did it matter if I wasn't home anyway? Seriously?

I found out when I called to cancel 2 weeks ago that there was a way to turn this annoyance off. They promised to contact me and send me out a new cellular phone card. 5 days later, when I hadn't heard anything yet again, I called to cancel for good. I paid up my unpaid 3 months balance and said good riddance. Today I get a bill in the mail for $102.00.

They are trying to charge me a $95.50 "settlement fee" and $6.50 for shipping on a part that I never received. This is a Friday night, of course, and you can't get a hold of them over the weekend so I will be going nuclear on them Monday morning. I have never felt safer since I CANCELLED this service from this horrible company.

This company has gotten nothing but worse. First they are in breach of contract as they did not monitor my home and then they lied to me when they initially installed giving me false assurance that my home was protected.

We have been customers for several years, and never had a problem. The times we accidentally set the alarm off they immediately called over the intercom. The integration of alarm.com has made security easy to access. Great Company.

We have had Titan Alarm about 6 months. They have been great. The install went very smooth, the tech showed us how to use every thing about the alarm. The few times our alarm has gone off, the crazy loud voice comes over, they have been really nice. Even when the house sitter set the alarm off. The cost for the alarm is very reasonable. And the cost for our install was better than anyone else could do.

They gave us all the door sensors we needed and it didn't cost extra. Knowing I can do everything with my alarm from my phone is fantastic. It even notifies me when I forget to set it.

Six months ago, I had a Titan security system installed in my home. I couldn't be happier. The system is top-notch and I can turn it on and off from my phone. I am having them install another system at my office. Courteous, professional, and up front about contracts, what agreement I'm signing and what is to be expected. Equipment is easy to use. I am away from my home quite a bit, and I feel so much better about leaving my home unattended. Thank you, Titan!
