After i moved into my condo i thought about getting a new key for my mail box lock, apparently USPS don't help with that. I called prime locksmith and their dispatch got a locksmith to come out right away plus they gave a new mover specials discount.

Great customer service. The service person was fast and friendly. He was able to program me a new key as well as fix my broken one all in under a half hour. I would recommend Prime locksmith to everyone. I give them a 5star because the service person treated me like a 5 star customer.

They really draw you in with the $19 service call advertisement and prices starting at $25 on the website but BEWARE. $125 for a simple household door to be unlocked? Absurd. And when I questioned the quote, he laughed in my face and said no one would ever perform a service for the prices listed.

Total crooks. I called and told them I locked myself out and the girl quoted me for the exact type door and lock I had. When the guy showed up (about 30 minutes after they said they'd be there) he quoted me $55 more than the original price and said the price she gave me was for a storm door.
