Premier Maids

We moved to Woodbury 7 years ago and have been working with Premier Maids for around four years. Our experience has been very excellent and I don't think they have ever canceled; ever. Occasionally a detail may be missed, but I mentioned it to Ivett and it is corrected the next time they arrive. Also occasionally I need to move a day and Ivett will reschedule for me.

Thank you for your very excellent service. We have served as a reference before, and do not hesitate to offer a very positive review! The staff has always been professional, respectful and easy to work with.

Premier Maids has been invaluable to us as two working professionals. It's so nice to come up to a clean house and a friendly note from the employees. I would highly recommend the service!

Hi - I hired "Premier maids" to do deep cleaning of my house and I discussed about this job over the phone and the manager agreed and promised to do deep cleaning of the carpet (4 bed rooms, family room), kitchen cabinets, hard floor, bathrooms (2) and the stairs. The team arrived on time on scheduled date and since I didn't have the time to see/supervise how the work goes, I paid $260 upfront (check) and gave them my key to finish the whole thing as per the agreement.

The next day, my wife checked the house and noticed that they didn't properly clean as per the agreement. They didn't scrub the bathrooms, didn't even vacuum the carpet in all rooms, kitchen cabinets dirty and the whole team was unprofessional and don't deserve to be in this type of business. They are the worst people I have ever seen in this type of business.

Not trustworthy. The next day, I called the person and presented my complaint, but she failed to admit her fault. The bad thing was I used check to do the payment and they immediately cleared the check. Now there is no way to recover time and money wasted on this business, but it's a good lesson in case I got a small or big project in the future. My point is please don't hire this type of people and I advise you to be present while the job is done. Thanks.

I booked the service weeks in advance. They came one hour early without a phone call. My husband knew I was having someone come to clean the house. He was home. He asked the cleaners if they were here for me. They said no. So he was going he wasn't going to have them clean the house because he knew I had someone coming in the next hour. They left without calling me.

I arrived home to greet the cleaners. They didn't arrive I called several times to find out what happened to them. Finally I was told that they left because my husband was mad. If they tell my husband they are not here for me and he told them not to come in I would not consider that mean. He was expecting someone to come a hour later who would vouch that they were here for me.

My event is in 3 hours. Called company they didn't offer to send someone else or offer any discount for their error. I expected more but was very disappointed especially that no one called me.

We just moving recently to Woodbury MN and we were looking for a new cleaning service in our home, we contact Ivett from premier maids and we are fascinated with the exceptional work that her staff have provided us we are looking to maintain a long term relationship. You girls are miracle workers truely, God bless you for transforming our home, my daughter and i were in a total car crash and after sooo much time our home turned into a disaster really, these angels entered our home and not only cleaned but with magically crafted interior decorating as if we were on the upper east side. We love you Premier Maids.

I want to say how wonderful your team of ladies are! We've used professional cleaning services for several years and were so displeased that we finally had to give it up and cancel the service. After searching around for someone new we found Premier Maids and are so happy we did. I like that it is family-owned and operated by people who live in our community.

This company is great! We have been using Premier Maids for about 6 months and they do a great job cleaning and really enjoy that it's a small business to support. I really like is that they do not cross-contaminate bathroom to kitchen germs, and use natural products whenever possible. Another great aspect of their business, is that they will cater the cleaning to your needs, i.e. changing all the sheets in the house, taking out the diaper genie, etc. Very personable and customer service friendly. I have been very impressed and would highly recommend!

After two years, we have decided to call it quits with Premier Maids. The girls cleaning our house are very sweet; however, crystals were broken, our fire extinguisher nozzle broke, our stereo speaker wires were ripped from it's socket while they were hastily cleaning.

We had Premier Maids come and do the first time deep cleaning. We had a few issues, they put a new dent in the wall by the stairs and one of the cleaners dropped a porcelain knick-knack, then just put it back on the shelf without saying anything - I was in the same room and saw it happen.

The service was very good. The team were very polite and hardworking. I was impressed with how much they accomplished while they were here.

The best service I ever had in Woodbury, They really care about their customers, very flexible schedules, maids are super friendly and hard workers, I definetely recommend premier maids green cleaning!
