True Shine delivered fantastic service from my 1st phone call through the amazing final product. Our windows are sparkling and bright inside and out. And the cost was less than I expected. The gentlemen that provided the service were on time, polite, friendly, and trustworthy. This is the first time I've used a window cleaning service but after my great experience, I'll use True Shine again and more often.

The first time I used True Shine, I was very impressed. They did a fantastic job cleaning my windows, but they were a little pricier than the competition. I decided to try the competition (to save a little money) the next time my windows needed cleaning. That was a huge mistake! I had to have them come back out to get rid of the streaks and smears that were all over my windows AND their truck left a huge oil stain on my driveway that they tried to clean up. unsuccessfully.

They also could not get rid of the streaks and smears. Well, I learned my lesson and I just had True Shine clean my windows again. Everyone that I have spoken to is friendly and professional. Antonio and Ezra were polite, careful in my house and really paid attention to detail. My windows are so clean that it looks like they're open! I will never use another company again. True Shine, you have a customer for life!

This company did a fantastic job pressure washing my driveway and cleaning my windows! They were on time, kind and courteous, and efficient. They did their work with a smile and did it very well. Ryan, the manager, was extremely helpful when we scheduled. Daniel and Landry came to clean our windows. They were extremely courteous, very professional and did an outstanding job. My windows have never been so clean! My 90 year old father was here and they were especially kind to him. I will definitely be using True Shine in the future.

David and Lupe came to clean my windows and were very polite and professional. I was presenting a workshop on line, so they just came in and did a beautiful job and left. They cleaned the windowsills and everything was really spotless, I actually thought my glass was missing on my front door! Someone came out ahead of time to see the job and gave me an estimate that was lower than others who just gave me a price over email. They were also great communicators. I will definitely use them again and have a date on my calendar to call them again.

I am so happy with the job your employees completed at my home yesterday! I have about 40 windows in my home and these young men worked 5 hours and never stopped for a break! They cleaned inside and out and I am amazed with the great job!

I originally gave a review of one star. I've now changed that to Excellent. There were some problems that I discovered after the crew was finished and had left that upset me. That's why I gave a one-star review.
