I really like the website I feel like I would be a good fit for their company. I had sent off my resume a week ago and was in contact real early with a gentlemen. We messaged each other for a bit then it ended. I wrote another message a few hours later asking for a interview. He said that the owner would reply back to me and never did. Any reply would of been nice. It will be a 3 star till I hear from them at least a no for a job interview. Still looks like one of the best companies to work for.

The folks at Raven Electric recently wired up my outdoor hot tub. Despite this winter's cold and snow, they got me properly & professionally connected. Roxanne was great. She displayed excellent troubleshooting skills and was able to identify and correct a good part of our electrical issue. Then she was able to give me a solution to the part of the issue we could not specifically identify/correct. A big plus was also her thoughtful and friendly approach to her work.

My experience working with Raven Electric on my kitchen remodel was fantastic. This included much re-wiring after removing a wall and adding many new outlets plus wiring for relocating appliances. The project manager Matt was very responsive by both phone and email. He took the time to explain thoroughly and answer all my questions. I appreciated that he matched the electrician to the client. I would highly recommend Raven Electric to anyone.

Called them for installation of emergency equipment monitoring panels. They had to run wiring across the building in nursing homes, being cautious to not interfere with tenants and nursing staff duties. The team led by Eric Burger was fantastic. All very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to come in under or at bid with a very clean install on the panels. These were at two different locations, both being done flawlessly. Needed to have a garage door outlet put in. Raven Electric was able to accommodate me quickly. Due to low temps, they wanted to provide a comfortable work plac e for their employees and scheduled inside jobs. The electrician was prompt and very professional. Definitely would recommend this company!

I e-mailed Raven requesting a quote for hot tub emergency shut off. Matt Elliot responded next business day to gather information and set up an appointment for an estimate. The bid was completed in a timely manner. I was advised Raven was approximately a month out at the time my bid was submitted. I explained to Matt my hot tub would be arriving soon and I really needed this completed as soon as possible. Matt worked with my time constraints without changing my original estimated price.

I was happy and signed off on the job when completed. It was brought to my attention by the spa company I would need some additional wiring from the breaker to the spa for power (not in my original bid, nor part of my request). I contacted Matt and he worked with me to get the extra wiring completed. Less than 24 hours later Matt called to say he had an electrician free if I was available. I'm very pleased with the outstanding customer service I received from Matt and the team he sent to work on my project.

Norman, with Raven showed up. He first cracked a joke. Then got to work. He had solutions to all our problems. He was polite, knowledgeable and even explained what and why he was doing what he was doing.

I guess I look at all these reviews and Where everyone had such great experiences and I didn't have that experience at all. I made an appointment, Was supposed to get a quote and nothing. I called the head office, called and emailed the guy that came to the house. Throughly disappointed, I guess if they didn't want to do the work I wish they would have just told me when they came to the house

Had a fire in a remote lodge in a village and the moment these guys arrived I knew the lodge was in good hands. I cannot say enough about the awesome Job they did. I highly recommend their service. I have been trying to find someone to fix my Generator isolator switch for several weeks. I meet one of the service guys for Raven at the gas station by happenstance. He gave me a card and I called to set up an appointment. They came on time and in less than 1 hour I was fixed up. I now can operate off grid if need be. Thanks Raven, you guy and gals rock!

Raven Electric hands down was the best quote and work. I had gone through two other electricians, both who wanted to put blank junction boxes on my wall in order to move a outlet and plugin during a remodel, with the intent to avoid going into my attack that has blown insulation. Art was great! He clearly has been doing this job for a long time and took one look at my job and provided a completely different solution than the others.

Their Tech Lee, did a wonderful job. I have no junction boxes, no blank plates and Lee went into my attack to get the job done right! I will say I had to wait awhile for Raven to come do the job because they are busy, but they are well worth the wait!

Quoted me $850 for 10ft of 6 gauge wire and conduit. Already have both breakers installed. It shouldn't cost more than $50 in materials and take more than an hour to accomplish. Also, when the guy was out to look at my place he was there for 30 minutes, 15 of which was him talking about all his jobs he's doing. Charged me $110.

I asked for a quote in July. Didn't hear a peep for 3 weeks. I then started calling and kept being told they were working on it. It's now November and I have moved on in life. If you need your project done with a year, you may want to try someone else. I can't comment on the quality of the work cause they never did anything.

I work for a large housing company as a maintenance technician, while on an emergency call out I found myself in need of an Electrician. The response I got from Raven Electric could not have been more timely or more Professional. The Technician could not have been more Knowledgeable or more Capable. We recently had an inspection done for the sale of our home and there were a couple of items that needed addressing. I reached out to Raven and the person who answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and got me set up to have an electrician out within the week. Jesse was the electrician and he showed up on time and was professional and friendly.

He addressed the issue on the list and offered to fix some other small things he noticed. He did everything quickly and gave me an itemized list and notes to provide to the realtors. And to top it off, the invoice came in under the initial approximate quote they had given me. I highly recommend them.

Matt diagnosed and fixed my problem in twenty minutes, we have been living in this residence for 15 years with the previous owners mistake in wiring. We can now turn the light on and off at three different locations. Very happy with Raven electric! Thank you Matt.

Raven is on point and Art gives great service! Quotes are detailed AND reasonable. Appointment dates are kept and Raven responds to emergency requests. I hope I find a good electrician in PA!

Raven electric scheduled me for a basic maintenance call and they had someone out within 24-48 hours. Their employee was very knowledgeable and gave me any information I needed when asked. I recommend them any time.

I've worked with Raven professionally over several years and always knew they did good work but figured that they were a bit more expensive, so I didn't call them when I had major problem with the old circuit breaker in my 1960's built house. We called in another company and we had serious issues and their quote was around $3,500. My wife suggested Raven and I thought they would be more expensive (because of the quality of their work).

They quoted us $1,500 and a delay of around a week to get it done. After it was all completed, our bill was $1,300. Our service tech Jason was on time and did whatever he could to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Working in service myself, I was impressed. He went above and beyond to get us where we needed to go (even checking out our somewhat flooded crawlspace and making sure our sump pump GFI outlet was working).

Art and the team are fantastic folks that do the best electrical work in Anchorage and beyond. Don't be like me and call someone else, call Raven first. It may take a little bit of time to get you on the schedule (your mileage may vary) but the work is top notch and cheaper. And now I can sleep better at night knowing my electrical woes are taken care of.

ADDENDUM A few days after I posted my previous review Dave, the owner, called me. He said that he had not been told the whole story and didn't understand the scope of my frustration and dissatisfaction until he read my review. He apologized. He said the communication issues I described have been addressed. He sent me a check for $400. Based on that I would recommend you try them, see how it goes, and post your own review.

I had an electrical disaster at my BBQ stand. Raven electric sent Rick out. He is one of their veteran electricians. He did an amazing job and tried his best to save me as much money as possible while educating me along the way. He turned a disastrous event into a pleasant experience. From now on they will be my for any serious electrical issues.

I've only had to call them once before but I was pleasantly surprised to have had it be a positive experience. Stephanie came over to help replace some old outlets in addition to check our fuse box and I couldn't have asked for a more personable, informative meeting. Best of all, they have a very reasonable rate of $95 an hour plus the cost of parts. You owe it to yourself to give them a call first for all your electrical needs

We called and Rick came over. Excellent service and only did what was needed--how refreshing! My husband and I would NOT use any other company! Rick was so pleasant, efficient, and we were confident due to his life long experience as an electrician. Thank you Raven Electric!

At Raven Electric, the pricing has always been fair and they are always on time with their work.

My wife and I were impressed with their service. We called in the morning and had someone come by in the afternoon. They said someone would be out between 12-3 and they came around 12:15; awesome! Both the individual who answered the phone and the person who came out were nice and professional. Our issue was simple, but Raven fixed it quickly and offered suggestions on how to prevent the issue going forward. The bill was $95 which I feel is super cheap given the level of service we received. I will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

Hard for me to rate them because they never did the work. Made an appointment. He called to say he was in an accident we rescheduled. On the day of the second appointment he never showed. He never called.

I will always call on Raven Electric for all my electrical needs! I had tripped my outside plug in (too many smokers plugged in) and the super nice Guy who answered the phone gave me a tip on where to reset that I would have never thought of. Vvvvvallla it worked. You are appreciated! :-)

Raven provided excellent service on short notice. Randy, the electrician, showed up on time, was polite and very helpful. We needed a new dryer receptacle installed. Randy made quick work of it and even hooked up the dryer and tested it for us. Professional service with a smile, he even took his shoes off! Highly recommended for any needed electrical work.
