Critical: Responsiveness This was one of 3 companies I called for an estimate on replacing windows and a sliding door. The other businesses took my information and scheduled an appointment. Lee's said a scheduler will call me. Nobody ever called. I have signed with another company.

Well, I placed a call to Lee's Glass and Windows several weeks ago, spoke briefly with an employee, that said an appt. Setter would call me back to set an appt. No one has called back. In the meantime I found another company that met my needs.

Completely 100% satisfied from our order date to our delivery & install date. Not only are the interior & exterior aesthetics overwhelming with the bronze exterior and white interior window frames, but the window glass is absolutely beautiful. Traffic noise from the busy highway in front of our balcony is almost non-existent. We are very grateful for the courteous service from the management and professional install team at Lee's Glass for our storm-impact windows. If you need new windows, I would highly recommend contacting Lee's Glass & Window Works.

Well that was totally weird. Guys showed up for quote for impact resistant windows about 45 minutes late. No apologies. We were scheduled for between 11 - 12. It was 12:45 when they showed. Guy looked up and said "we don't do metal roofs". We have a metal roof over our front porch. I asked why, he said "too easy to damage (paraphrasing)". I said that other folks we have received an estimate from installed from inside. He said "huh". I thanked him for coming and that was that. At least it didn't waste a lot of time. I'll give them two stars as the did show up.

Called to set an appointment for a quote. Was told that they will forward my information to responsible department and I will receive a call back. 3 weeks are gone, and nothing received. Will not use them anyway, but just to share my opinion that I think this is unprofessional.

Lee Glass has my highest recommendation! As a real estate investor I work with a considerable amount of contractors around the country and Lee Glass is hands down one of the best run businesses I have dealt with. They have done several jobs for me in Pensacola over the course of the last two years and the quality of their products and workmanship is always top notch.

I have had them do everything from glass replacement in current windows, new window install, and replacement of front doors and sliding glass doors. Before I found them I got quotes from and even used one of the other large window companies in the area and not only did I pay more but the quality and professionalism was nowhere near what Lee Glass provides. Finally, you can't put a price on the piece of mind you get from a contractor with integrity.

I have no doubt that if an issue did arise Mike and Danise would make it right. That's a lot more than I've seen from other contractors in town who are living off the construction boom and don't care much about quality and reputation since there's so much work to go around. Won't use another window or door company other than Lee's ever again.

This is the MOST INTEGRITY and honest service I have had the pleasure to deal with. Mike did not hype up the sale but actually steered us away from way overspending on our new doors. The crew, Brad, Josh, Blake and others were so professional and courtesy and clean. Danice was a joy as well. I cannot say enough good things about them! I LOVE, LOVE our new doors and windows. Lee's Glass and Windows work installed 12 windows in my 1956 mid-century home on July 6 - 7. They did an excellent job. The quality was excellent. The installers we well mannered and respectful of our home and property. At the end of the installation the project lead did a quality review window by window with me to ensure there were not any defects that needed to be corrected.

Only very minor issues were identified and immediately corrected. From the initial estimate through the installation of the Windows, Mike and Danise and all the Lee's Team did a very thorough and professional job. I highly recommend them.

Lee's Glass and Window Works recently installed new windows in my home and I had a great experience. The team was professional, friendly, and answered all questions throughout the entire process. They truly care about their customers and their work product. The new windows look amazing and turned out better than I thought they ever could. The man that runs it/ownsit is very professional and takes good care of his customers. His staff is also very nice and helpful. After hurricane Sally he was honest about delivery time in Windows and doors. This was my 2nd experience with Lee's Glass. Last year, I had all front windows changed out to impact glass and this year the rest of my home. Both times, I was impressed with the professionalism of each individual with whom I was in contact. I first met Mike Ferrell, the owner, when he came to view the house, made suggestions and provided a very reasonable estimate the next day.

His office staff is courteous, efficient and friendly. It was apparent that Austin and his team who installed the windows were experienced, knowledgeable and organized. The efficiency of the entire process and the very competitive cost of the windows created a very positive experience. Thank you, Lee's Glass!

There are many choices for new windows in the Pensacola area so I asked some of my friends, who had their windows done, who would they recommend for new windows. And hands down, Lee's Windows was recommended to me over and over. I gave them the job and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the windows, the quality work of their installers and the price.

These folks are extremely nice, from the owner (a vet), the office staff and all the way to their installers. And speaking of installers, not only were they efficient and cleaned up after themselves, they moved my stuff very very carefully (obviously, the stuff in your house has to be moved a little to give the installers working access to the windows) and put it back exactly the way it was.

You don't have to lift a finger. Your biggest decision will be what color frame you want with your new windows (white, bronze, etc.). Do yourself a favor, if you need new windows, call Lee's. You won't regret it. Marion Valle

My husband and I recently bought a 20 year old well maintained home and decided to replace the windows. Lee's Glass & Window Works just completed installing our new windows and did a GREAT job! The team was knowledgeable, professional and very willing to answer all of our questions. They explained the process of what they were doing and why. They did a nice job of cleaning up after each window was installed and even walked the the yard to make sure that no debris was left behind.

Their showroom is very nice and the office staff was very helpful with scheduling the final inspection. The owner came to our home and took the time to sit down at our kitchen table and discuss all of our options including what he thought would look best for our budget. Anyone looking for this kind of experience in purchasing windows should definitely reach out to them.

Quite simply the best! Very professional and impeccable attention to detail. Prices are very fair, and job was turned around in a very timely manner. If you need glass, you owe it to yourself to get a quote from Lee's!

Honest hard-working people, very enjoyable to work with. They have replaced all the windows in my former house, and are beginning to do my new house. I highly recommend them!

Despite being a low cost, low profit job, (replacing a cracked window pane) I was lead to believe they genuinely wanted my business and that they cared about doing a good job and doing it quickly. There were a number of small things that stuck out as great customer service.

Called for a quote on some replacement windows. Whomever answered the phone seemed disappointed that I did not want replacement glass, I need 3 new windows.one of which I know would be a few hundreds alone.
