Will never hire this company again. Poooor communication. Butchered my beautiful trees. Branches we asked to have removed they didn't and those they took off we asked not to. Stump grinding is exta expense with piles of shaving left for us to deal with. Trees that took a long time to grow are now ruined. I have my trees trimmed every year this is the first time I have ever complained about a tree trimming company. Wish I would have never tried them.

I requested tree trimming and pruning of four big silver maple trees. What I got was my trees butchered of major limbs and cutting them extremely high leaving the trunks of the trees bare. I am extremely upset - the limbs can't be put back on. There was no DLL arborist on site - only the Campos sub-contractor's crew. I do not recommend this company.

The removal of the tree was done professionally and was quite excellent. However I regret to inform you that the stump removal was awful it was poorly done the secretary who took my call did not respond to my complaints properly and the person who did the work did a shoddy job and when the debris was removed they missed many many large root that I had to Re move. A lot of work after paying for what I end up finishing. I called and their response was not positive I could not recommend this company Mr Raffa

We had a large locust tree removed from our front yard, and a large one trimmed in the back yard. The team that worked on the project was courteous, and kept in communication concerning how we wanted the back tree trimmed. The team also went above and beyond by helping cut, and stack, many of the logs into firewood size pieces. All this for the best pricing out of the 4 companies we looked into. I would definitely recommend DLL for tree trimming and removal.

Nick and gave us an estimate for tree removal and stump grinding( all we ask for). He told us they could replace the trees and gave us a price for that. Did not want the trees suggested and ask for about a different type tree. Nick said he would check with his boss to see if they could get that particular tree. He called back a week later and said they could not find that tree and I ask about a different tree and apologized for being picky. Nick said he again would check with his boss to see if that tree was available.

We explained if not that tree was not available we would skip replacement for now. NEVER heard a word back, bottom line I only ask for removal and stump grinding. Another company was glad to help us!

We used DLL to remove a number of trees in the early spring. They were very friendly when we called, provided a quick estimate and once approved, set an appointment to get the trees removed. Reasonable prices and top quality work. We had two additional trees recently removed and had the same great experience. I will definitely use them again in the future.
