Had a tech come out over a month ago to give me an estimate on adding a water softener to a nearby waterline for a mister on the patio. No response, no follow-up, no reply to an email I sent asking for a quote. I would have paid you almost anything you asked for. Bad business practice. Would not recommend this business. I always go local when I can. I understand you are looking for big easy jobs. These folks are not interested in smaller local jobs.

These guys are absolutely the best. They do top quality work, and are reliable, efficient, and above all, professional. Their techs come when they say they will come, and text or phone when they are on their way. They've done a lot of work for me, including fixing a leak in my refrigerator water line, replacing a defective toilet and a dead water heater, and today, two of their techs, Brandon and Vincent, took only 2 hours to fix an in-wall leak in my hot water line that had driven my gas and water bills through the roof last month. I can't recommend them highly enough. 6 stars out of 5!

I contacted AZ Best Plumbing to install dishwasher and refrigerator water line. I provided all necessary parts to complete a job. Technician quoted me more than 2 hours of labor and $530. He completed a job in 1hour and 10 minutes. I asked him to adjust the price because he did not spent the time he quoted me. I got a response, I CAN NOT. I suggested him to call the office and ask to adjust the price. $530 for just of hour of work, complete rip off.

I contacted office and express my concern, unfortunately, i was told the manager will call me back, never heard anything. They cashed my check ASAP. PLEASE, please do your research and stay away from this company.

Very impressed with service and professionalism. Vincent was really pleasant. He explained what he was doing and why he thought the burst lines occurred. As it turned out, there were some issues he found that I need to address with my insurance company. As soon as that is taken care of, I will be calling AZ Best back out to deal with those issues. Great service and highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

I recently used your services. The reason I chose you was because your customer service rep explained to me over the phone that you gave UP FRONT PRICING. In the past I used companies that charged by the hour. I was so happy when the technician opened a pricing manual and gave me a price on doing the job.

A friend of mine recommended Straight Line Plumbing to me for some work that I needed done in my home. The technician gave me a red carpet greeting. he even put shoe covers on his feet so he wouldn't get my floors dirty. When the job was complete, he cleaned up and the house smelled great. It looked like no one was ever there!

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had with Straight Line Plumbing. It is true, you are prompt and courteous. Your technician was polite and very knowledgeable. In the past I have had many bad experiences with other companies. I am so happy to have found a company I can rely on and trust.

Pricing is really high for emergency type repairs but we didn't want to go another day without water so we paid it. I suggest you go somewhere else.

I would definitely use them again. They are efficient, quick, trustworthy and reasonably priced. In today's plumbing market finding someone to trust is almost impossible. I called another plumber, but they didn't get back to me.

I moved here in 2006 and live in an older house. The main water line to the house broke and I called Straight Line. They had this guy Chris that did a fantastic job that I signed up for their maintenance plan. Then my sprinkler system broke and I called them again. So in 8 months I spent over $3,100 in services. Well, 1 year and 2 days after the repair to the sprinkler system it broke again; and what was Straight line's reply? Sorry, it is out of warranty by 2 days and we would even come out unless you pay us first!. WOW!

So I called my gardener and he repaired it for $500 less than Straight Line and guarantees his work for as long as he is my gardener (know that is service). Be careful with this company they only want your money and don't care if you are a loyal customer because they are not a loyal provider. Too bad, they could have been the top plumber in the valley. Just don't call.
