I called over several place and Affordable Carpet Cleaning gave me the best price. George (the owner) set the appointment up with me. It was a little nerve racking because I was by myself at home and was concerned about having a random guy in my house because of all the crazy things you hear now a days, but from the moment I met George he was sincere and very respectful.
He made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The service was great. No hidden costs. My couches are now smelling great and clean. I definitely recommend you using this company's services as I will again!

Showed up on time and got right to work. Was in and out in about an hour. George was friendly and knowledgeable and proactive about telling me what we needed to know. Our carpets were in rough shape from our puppy and young daughter and I honestly didn't think it was fixable but they look so so much better.

Didn't show up for a scheduled appointment. I called an hour after they were supposed to be here and they said they would call me back in ten minutes. Never called back, so I called back another hour later and they told me they never put me on the schedule even though they confirmed the appointment two days before.

George is AMAZING! We have used him for over 6 years now. He has done both our carpet and tile grout. I am always so impressed with his work. We have three young kids and two dogs and when he leaves our carpets are spotless, like new! He just did our kitchen grout too and it looks like the first day we moved in (and we've been there 5 years now)! Affordable Carpet Care is the only place I will trust my floors to!
