Executive Landscaping

I live in a subdivision they come and cut every other week. They half a*s do their job. They always miss spots and tear up any decoration you have outside. Mind you i know when they are coming so i move literally everything out of my yard for them to cut the whole yard. They leave spots and only cut certain spots. They are so lazy. Cut my yard as if it were your own!

I do not recommend this place to anybody. Find you someone better who pays attention to detail. We spend alot of time in our yard and it sucks when the grass doesnt get cut for another 2 weeks. FIX THIS

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness No-show for a design consult and won't answer or return my calls. This is after it took two different rep visits at my last house, because the first never contacted me or returned calls, and over a month to get a quote (by the time we got a quote we had already gone with another option so I can't speak to their work).

Stephen Rampersad has shown his commitment to provide quality service and on several occasions when called responded promptly to address any questions and/or concerns my wife and I may have had. After 35 years in our Marcus Poimte home, our current yard looks the best ever, Need I say more?

Steven came over to our Marcus Pointe home, , beautifully explained how his company could refurbish our fountain, said he had a tech that could fix it and would contact me soon. It has been over a month and still no contact.

They don't honor their promise. They scheduled me for an afternoon assessment for a new landscaping for my yards. Their guy called that he is getting at my house earlier, I accommodated his time and took a leave from work. I arrived home as agreed and he was not there, I texted him he said that he is 15 mins away. After 15 minutes he called and said that he is 20 minutes away! So I took them out from potential landscaping providers My conclusion that their customers satisfaction is not a priority.

Customer BEWARE! Rene West wrote his own contract for work to be done for us & did not abide by the terms. He didn't furnish invoices to track work to be completed or that had been completed until the job was finished. No advanced approval was sought for any work/materials considered not included in the contract! Once job was completed he is. attempting to bill us 60% in addition to the contract price!

His own contract called for mediation & he didn't want to participate We are now going to court to resolve. For your own peace of mind & pocketbook, we strongly recommend all to STAY AWAY!

I've worked with Executive Landscaping on many projects, Rene and Stephen always do an excellent job. Maggie who now does their bookkeeping and billing is very easy to work with also. Most recently they. landscaped my now sold, spec house at 311 Maldonado, on Pensacola Beach. Everything was handled very professionally. When a palm tree died, they replaced it right away.

The harsh climate on Pensacola Beach makes it difficult to maintain a good yard. Finding a team willing to consistently come to the beach, and do the maintenance on the beach is also very difficult. They have always delivered. Thank you for your commitment to this industry and your clients!

Executive Landscaping recently came to our rescue after our former attendant left town without notice and with our lawn in deplorable condition. Then Executive Landscaping came to the rescue! Led by VP Stephen Rampersad, the SWAT came on site on Friday and transformed an overgrown lawn, out of control shrubs and weedy beds into a beautiful space. Account Manager Wade, Crew Leader Martin and Maintenance Tech Ashley are miracle workers: Professional, skilled, thorough, communicative.

Of course, they had to stay the first time much longer as so much cutting had to be done. When they left, no debris remained, all cleaned up, bagged & blown. We love Executive Landscaping! They always go the extra mile and our lawn always looks it's best and we love having all our needs with one company. They take care of it all, fertilizing, irrigation, tree trimming, lawn, landscaping anything we need whenever we need it! Rene, Stephen and Mickey are always available when we need them.

I hired this company to service my lawn every 2 weeks. All of a sudden, they didn't show up one week. I thought maybe they were running behind. So another week went by. During that time, I randomly received an invoice stating that I owed them a balance when I thought I was caught up. It was from several months before and I was never notified that I had missed a couple of payments.

I paid it. Now we're at about 4 weeks out with no lawn service and my grass was up to my knees in the dead of summer, so I called to find out what was going on. They proceeded to tell me that they no longer service my area, WITHOUT ONE SINGLE NOTIFICATION! What they did was, send me a final invoice to settle my account and never showed up to my property again - which was not noted on the invoice.

There was no excuse for this. They had my address, email, and telephone number and didn't notify me one single time! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I would cut my own grass before I would hire these people.

Had french drain and drainage lines installed in backyard. The job was done in one day and the quality of the work was great. They laid sod and looks like a new back yard with no flooding issues. I highly recommend the landscaping company.

Took over a month for the salesman to sign me up, meanwhile promising me that my yard would be done the next day but it was actually 5 weeks after his initial promise. He assured me that signing a contract would get my yard done "Every two weeks, no questions asked". Hoping this would be true, I signed up. The crew is on their second visit now and apparently they don't have the correct lawn mower with them.

They promised to be back the next day to complete the job. It's now 5 days later and I still can't even get a call back. Terrible business, take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
