We decided to renovate our home before Christmas and changing the floor was our top priority. We had tile and always wanted to replace it with wood floors because I'm obsessed with it. They are just gorgeous. Our neighbor recommended this company because he had used them to install their floors and they look amazing, so we called them right away. We started working with them to select the floor; they have beautiful engineered floors to choose from.

Great prices too. We ended up getting a beach color. Very good quality. Installation was good and fast.i also wanted to mention the wood arrive soon, which is a plus during this time. They got us an engineered floor at an excellent price and shipping was fast too. They did a herringbone design in my living room and also a wood wall. Great customer service and prices too.

Excellent company and very accommodating. I am remodeling my house in Coral Gables and I needed to install and refinish wood floors. I was basically looking for someone that could do the job fast and efficient, and I found just that with this company. They are straight up people that will do what they promise. They started sanding the floors and then did the stain.

They put some color samples for us to choose from. We didn't supervise the project as we decided to stay somewhere else. I liked their way of doing business since they don't pressure for anything. They were very explanatory as well and their prices are good. We had to install new Oak floors in two of the bedrooms as the floor was in pretty bad shape, and they helped us find the wood in a fast manner, which can be tricky these days that everything takes longer to arrive. We are delighted with how good the floors look, it's like we just did new floors in the whole house. Excellent professionals, reliable, honest, and good hearted people.

Hector and his crew did an excellent job at restoring my engineered wood floors. They sanded and stained my second floor and staircase. Originally I wanted a grey stain but Hector worked with me until we found the perfect color which was a brown with grey undertones. His crew was on time and worked efficiently in the time they spent here. I would definitely use this company again! I highly recommend them!

We hired a moving company for the furniture and heavy objects, it's important that you clean the space as much as you can so they can work comfortably. They first did the first floor, then the second floors, and last the staircase. It;s a minimal disrupting process because there's some dust involved, nothing that you can deal with because we stayed the whole time in the house and nothing happened.

They clean everything after they finished everyday and cover your ac so no dust can get inside. That's the hardest part, after that is done, the rest is fast and easy. We were always talking to the owner, high points for communication and always felt taking care off. The result was beautiful wood floors, almost perfect. I couldn't believe they were the same flooring.

We will always be grateful for this. The installation was on the second floor of the house, so we moved everything to the first floor. To our surprise, it was very fast and an easy going project, expect no mess, except for moving the objects out of the way. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done.

I called and made an appointment to visit its facility and I was impressed by the place because it's very cozy and has unique selections of wood floors. The atmosphere of the place is very relaxing, it feels like a wood floor boutique. They are not like other sites full of piece where you can barely walk, not at all. They have a great variety but not overwhelmed place. Well, the bottom line is that I found a beautiful Engineered, good pricing, and their customer service is the best.

The owner is the one that talks to the customer personally. A plus! I did a package where I bough the wood and the installation service and I got a discount for that. We were on vacation at the time they were installing the floor, but Hector took care of everything. I did not have to deal with anything at all. VIP service and luxurious wood floors. I couldn't ask for anything better.

They refinished our wood floors a few weeks ago and we couldn't be more grateful for their outstanding work. The floors in our home were pretty worn out and we thought that we were going to have to replace them entirely, but Hector and his team were able to make them look like new with a refinishing.
