When in doubt call B&L Lock. Was in a jam with bad door lock cylinder. Went cheap and ordered thru O'Reilly's which said compatible match. Called B&L to match ignition key.which they did but little did I know lock housing was different and would not fit in door socket and bracket. Called BL and returned to store they were able to repair old defective one and which barrels to make 2 locks work. Awesome service.door is repaired. Thanks

Michael could not have been better. I was afraid the safe lock would have to be replaced, if not the entire safe. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, he got the lock and handle working without drilling a hole in the safe or replacing the lock. After lubricating and working the appropriate points in the safe and locking bolts, it works like new. He also bolted the safe to the foundation, making it extremely secure, for great peace of mind.
In addition, Michael was a nice guy you're happy to have in your home, and very professional. Glad I trusted B&L - they treated me honestly and fairly, and at a reasonable cost considering the specialty work.

The lady who answered the phone today was extremely rude and spoke over me. She assumed she knew my situation before I could finish speaking. I stated I did not have the original car key in progress. She asked me where I was located and I told her I'm leaving the dealership I can stop by. She responds so you do have an original key if you're on your way.
I cut her off and told her I am obviously getting a ride and she should wait until customers finish speaking then she would know instead of assuming. Then I hung up. Sad case. The dealership recommended that company but I will never do business with them. The dealer charged $20 to cut the key anyway. B and L said 90$ to cut the key only. Poor. I rather ride around looking for masks than do service with B and L. And that's what I did.

Awesome. I called another locksmith who calls himself Tony TNT. He worked on it for hours, destroyed my column and left without fixing my ignition. I looked for another locksmith and read reviews on B & L. I had my vehicle towed to their location. And the reviews are correct. They fixed it very quickly and at half the price of Mr. TNT. True Locksmiths and true professionals. Amazing team who I will call if I ever need an expert. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a real locksmith.

Marshall came in to change our locks today because my purse was stolen on Friday. He changed out 4 locks and showed me how to operate them, since some were different styles. This company is the best! Saved me at least $200 to change the ignition in my car. I waited all day for a tow truck that never came, thought I would spend all day in a dealership, but came here instead. It took me 5 minutes to talk with them and drop it off, and they had it ready in an hour! This was an hour and a half before closing on a Friday, too! They are also bi-lingual if you need that. What a great group of people all around. Saving their card to come back for everything I need.

Felipe came out to Studio 8 ahead of schedule and replaced the front door lock. He was quick and quiet. He walked in, introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. He asked me how many keys I wanted and within 10 minutes he had replaced to lock and handed me the four new keys I requested. Hopefully I never have to replace the front door lock but when I do, I'm going to call these guys again.

This is the place to buy a home safe, from the time I walked in the door it was professional. They helped with picking out the safe that worked for me with no rush. The deliver was as scheduled and the installation in a tight area was excellent. The delivery was discreet and it was not obvious that a safe was being delivered. It was installed in a tight closet and secured to the concrete floor very quickly. They explained operation and function. I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a top of the line Safe.

Went here recently due to a recommendation. However we were not impressed. Customer service was very poor. Absolutely no information was given unless we asked the question. It was disappointing since we could have been a paying customer. Oh well.spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere where they actually give a sh@#!
