Rome installed my fence about 10 years ago and I was very happy with the work. I recently tried 3 times to reach them to replace several sections. I am disappointed that they appear to busy to even return my call. If just returning a call is difficult I prefer to go with another company.

Called them for a repair on our Rome-installed fence at 8am and they never returned my call. Also there is never a person to answer the phone so you are always left with having to leave a voicemail. They seem to have too much business to have decent service and call customers back.

Set up an appointment for a fence estimate and waited 1/2 hour past our appointment time. Then called the guy and he said we never had an appointment and nothing showed in his schedule. We were referred to this company by one of our neighbors who had interviewed several Raleigh fence companies and ultimately hired Rome to design and install their fence. We loved the work Rome did on their property and asked Kevin to develop a design and bid for us. Unlike some other companies we called, Kevin was very responsive and came up with an excellent design that allowed us to maximize our view and still allow our dogs plenty of run room in the backyard.

We had him install an aluminum fence that has held up extremely well and looks very much like a wrought iron fence from a distance. We were very pleased with Kevin and his team and would recommend his work to others who are seeking a reliable company which does quality work.
