I haven't used this company but I find it disturbing that they parked a van completely blocking my driveway tonight when I didn't call for their service. It's after 9pm and one of their vans sat right behind my vehicles for quite awhile. There are empty lots on either side of my Bella Vista home that they could have parked in front of but for some reason chose to park right at my driveway, for whatever reason I don't know.
It is concerning to see a big van parked at your house at night for awhile when you didn't order that big van and there are plenty of other places for it to sit if needed without blocking someone's vehicles for a extended period of time.

If I could rate NO STARS, I would. The apartment complex called them yesterday (Sunday, Nov. 25, 2018) -because I have no heat or hot water. The boss apparently was in Tulsa till last night from what management told me. Nobody came out at all. It got to 19 with a real feel of 10 degrees by early this morning. My apartment manager brought me space heaters to get me through, and she was told they'd be here this morning if not last night.
Here we are at 2:48 p.m. on November 26, 2018. As of noon, they told management they were 20 to 30 minutes out from getting here. I called management back at 2 pm inquiring where they were. Ready Rooter has since decided that they would go do another job first. This isn't the first time this place has fallen short but these temperatures it definitely is the biggest fail!
I cant wait to see an elevated electric bill. I'm contemplating a legal pursuit for that. Considering that we are well past the 24 hour mark of them knowing there was no heat or hot water, and failing to come when they said they would, they are not worth the hire!

We have used Ready Rooter for years and Tim did a great job. We were told he is no longer with the business. They came out end of October and again the end of November because our sewer backed up again. When they came the 2nd time they charged us - even though it was within 30 days because they did not find anything. Called Rotor Rooter today as it backed up again.
They found 3 big blocks (roots) and several smaller ones. My husband called Ready Rooter and they refused to do anything! Sorry Tim - not sure who is running the business but won't be using it anymore.

Could not have asked for better service. We had an emergency situation at a rental property and Ready Rooter fixed it quickly - on a Sunday. I wish I had called them first! Tim was very friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve the issue. Ready Rooter will be my go-to call from now on. Holly (Trailside Properties)

The only people I will ever call when I'm having issues! Tim got to my house quickly and from the get-go he was very knowledgeable. After two other companies not being able to find my cleanout Tim looked at the pipes and was able to locate it within minutes! (after I had spent 6 hours digging up my garden bed trying to find it myself!) Then after my home warranty company sent someone else to clean the mainline and they failed after two hours Tim came back and fixed it in 15 minutes!
His experience and knowledge is very apparent as well as his professional and kindly manner. I cannot recommend them enough. As a real estate professional I will always be recommending him!

I would love to give them a higher rating but it took a second trip and second bill for them to find and fix all three water main leaks. A leak just 24 inches above 1st repaired leak and another just below the 1st lead me to believe it was stressed by plumber pulling up on it during first $350 fix. Cost me $795 according to invoice for 2nd trip and fix. If only the 1st guy had pressure tested it like 2nd guy did then all would be well. The extra leaking water cost me at least that much in higher water bills as well.

Don't waist your money. I would give them zero stars if it would let me. They came out to my property 5 times in one week and still did not fix the problem. They refused to stand behind their work and charged us for each visit. We paid them over $1000.00 just to end up having to call a real plumber to finish the job. Again I wouldn't waist my money

I contacted them on a Thursday morning to set up a septic inspection for the following week. Joe told me that it wouldn't be a problem and to call his office so they could put me in their books. When I called his "secretary", she said that they will call me back on Monday to tell me when they would be able to assess my damaged septic system. Monday 3:00pm rolls around and I haven't heard anything from them.
I called and once more, I was directed to call the "secretary" by the owner. She told me that the plumbers were supposed to call me, so she said that she would remind them again. It is now Wednesday and no word from "UNready-Rooter". Poor communication, unreliable and unprofessional. Don't waste your time trusting these people.
