We used Academy Lock to cut new keys to many hundreds of commercial sites nationally. Academy exceeded expectations in driving from SoCal to NorCal with a truck to cut keys up here, including proprietary Kaba Peak keys. They also coordinated with teams in the NE and SE USA to cut those keys too. Great team to work with!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Dispatcher needs to work on her attitude over the $%^&^ phone. Get someone else that can handle the incoming calls or request, questions. etc. Work on your customer service skills even if your having a bad day its your JOB! no need to project that towards possible customer. They got to me in no time, I had locked my keys in my car and didn't realize until after work. Gave me the full price right as I called and they were very professional, One of the mangers came out to help me and he was very kind, good energy, service, and relations. I forget his name but he was able to give me a discount on the price they gave me. Thanks to the guy who helped me and thanks for helping this Oregonian out!

Wow! I highly recommend Academy Locksmith! The service was fantastic! Fernando was awesome with making me feel like everything will be ok after losing my key for my 2012 Niss/Altima which is a push start ignition. The rate he gave me to get my key was very reasonable and the locksmith named Semco was quick to arrive to my vehicle and his service was fantastic! I have used this locksmith for my business on several occasions - they always do a great job. All jobs were done in a professional manner and at a reasonable price - they have even given me options to lower their cost on occasion. If you go to the storefront you'll find the gentlemen working there to be straightforward, courteous and quite helpful.

I was right in the middle of a staging for a Realtor showing a property and locked my keys in the cab; the keys for the property were on my key chain too! Had an hour and a half before the client and Realtor showed and still had one more room to clean and stage. Looked up "local locksmith" and Academy Locksmith came up 6 miles from the property so I called and Fernando had a Locksmith there in 30 min!
The locksmith who showed was able to get me in the truck in what seemed like a minute and not only was he professional, he was informative and explained what he would be doing before he did it. I would highly recommend Academy Locksmith!

Very friendly and easy company to work with. At Locksafety, we provide local locksmith services to the South Brevard County, Florida area. Locked myself out of my 2014 Prius and was running late to work; keys were right there on the driver seat, next to my cell phone! I borrowed my neighbors phone and googled locksmith near Anaheim and Academy Locksmith came up 1st so I called them up and the woman that answered the phone, Karen, was so nice and reassuring me she would have a locksmith out ASAP.
Not only was the price really what Karen quoted over the phone, the technician was there in less than 30 minutes, was super professional and got into my car quick! Thank you Academy Locksmith!

Yes they are definitely a rip-off. They sent us to do a job that was really a warranty job for their customer and then they did not pay us. They told us that the warranty was not good. So we stood behind our work, and they cheated both us and the customer. Ask about the warranty before you agree to pay. And if you are a locksmith, don't expect to be paid fairly.
