Atlanta Cleaning Source

We have had two other cleaners in the shop and none have cleaned us up and down like ACS! They are not only thorough but they are FAST. Every surface was wiped down to perfection, the bathroom is spotless and I've got a space ready to receive customers right on time. (Not a few minutes after open like I've experienced previously.) Highly recommend them for retail cleans.

Atlanta Cleaning Source cleaned my house top to bottom. The floors were sparkling. The baseboard were clean. They got all of the grubby toddler finger prints and dog slobber marks off the cupboard doors. They use products safe for the whole family. They showed up on time and stayed masked with gloves. We have two unvaccinated people in the house and are thankful they considered our safety.

I've never had a cleaner be so responsive. They set expectations clearly and followed up for feedback. We hired them for monthly service moving forward and suggested them to our friends!

I'm an older guy living by myself and I'll admit, much more focused on keeping up with my day-to-day activities than housekeeping. So, to have someone come in, clean and tidy up is just the perfect solution for my procrastination. I'm sure I don't have to remind you how good it feels to come home to a clean house. Atlanta Cleaning Source deep cleaned a new home that we purchased so that it could be clean and ready to move in. Teesha was great with communicating back and forth to customize the scope of work to areas that I felt needed more attention than normal. The cleaners that came were friendly and took the time to walk through the house with my before and after the clean to understand my expectations and make sure I was pleased with the clean.

They did a thorough job cleaning all of our baseboards, lighting, shelves, and kitchen. If I were to do it again, my only regret is that I didn't ask them to scrub the windows (they cleaned the sills as part of the general moving clean, but not the crevices around the window) - in hindsight I should have specified this in the scope of work!

We recently bought a house in Decatur, and before moving in, we had all of the wood floors refinished, which left a lot of dust everywhere, including inside of cupboards. Because we were out of town at the date of the clean, the trust that was built with the thoroughness of the initial process gave us peace of mind that things would work out well. ACS contacted us after the clean to report how things had gone, which was also reassuring. When we saw the results a few days after the clean, we were beyond impressed! There was no evidence of the sawdust and drywall dust that had been on all of the surfaces in the house, including the walls. All in all, ACS proved to be a highly professional, trustworthy, and experienced group to work with! We happily give ACS our highest recommendation!

We used ACS to clean our home following a bathroom remodel and in preparation for a new baby. We've always cleaned the houses ourselves and have never used a cleaning service. But now it's hard to clean baseboards when you can't even get your shoes on. I was thoroughly impressed by the job that was done. From washing windows to dusting blinds and vent covers, everything was cleaned in a manner that I would do it myself, if not better.

They clearly moved items that were on shelves to dust, instead of just shuffling things around. They even washed dishes sitting in the sink! They were communicative and prompt with scheduling and with working around my husband and dogs who were at the house. They brought their own supplies, including vacuum. Overall a great service that I would absolutely use again. Pleased as punch and can't wait to bring baby home!

Their pricing is fair, their work was wonderful & I immediately committed to bi-monthly cleaning. The owner of this business is incredibly unprofessional. We were loyal ACS customers for several years. We requested a deep clean before selling our home. The crew left major scuff marks on the freshly painted walls. After flagging to management with photos, we did not receive a response for over 48hours. When we finally received a response from ACS, the owner suggested using a magic eraser.

This did not remove the scuffs and lifted paint off the wall, so we asked our painter to touch up, and requested a $75 refund from ACS to cover this additional cost. The owner refused to refund us and wrote us a very insulting email. Do not use this cleaning service.
