I called them to re-key two locks... My son was home to let them in. Their office called me and quoted $599. WHAT?! Are they going to replace the whole door? When I questioned the price, they tried to tell me that my son had said that the locks and mechanisms needed to be replaced. Not true. Then they lowered the price to $199, which is still about twice the price of their competition, who is coming out tomorrow to re-key the locks. Then they said that it's a $29 service fee since I didn't have the work done. I was never advised of that and won't be paying.

Fallow up service sucks. Techs are 1099. They do not cover each other. Have an issue it’s with the tech. Company does nothing. Had the initial visit wen quick. Car fixed less then 2hours. Proublem is fallow service. Ignition went bad. Tech out of town. Been trying to get car fixed for over 30 day. The mechanic who fixed my starter said ignition is bad. Staying ingaged. Burned starter up. All I want is my ignition fixed. If not fixed soon. Can’t recommend for car issues.
