Maid OK

We used maid ok close to a year I believe. Alma was wonderful after she relocated everyone else was terrible. I literally had Candace banned from my house because she did such a bad job multiple times like I knew when she was the one there. Without going into a lot of details basically they half assed. They would clock out 20 minutes after they. left.

So you would be paying for man hours that weren't happening, I only knew this because they send you a text automatically and I started noticing a pattern when certain ones would clean how much later they would clock out. They did a better job when I was there but when I was working and they would come it was so bad. They skipped bathrooms.

SCAM ALERT! JUST CHECK ONLINE BIRD EYE AND YELP, THESE SCAMMERS HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR A WHILE DOING THIS! Yesterday they sent Ashlyn Gammage and Rihana to clean my house. They arrived 1 hr and 10 min late so crossed paths with our plumber who was installing faucets and turned off the water for about 40 min. Instead of optimizing their time. sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and spraying bathrooms with mild dew cleaner while the water was on again, they just deliberately wasted time on the phone and chatting with each other.

When raising my concerns about it with the owner Jennifer, she kept replying that her team "will work thoroughly", which did not happen at all. Areas where they were suppossed.

Update **** Today we had another set of ladies come out and they were amazing! It's so nice to relax after working all week and have everything done! Would absolutely recommend them again! We had 3 people come to do a deep clean on our house today. When I returned home and started looking at their work I noticed several things that needed to be. done/fixed.

I called the office and explained what was going on and sent them pictures. My concerns were met with compassion, apologies, and solutions. I appreciate their willingness to fix this issue!

Customer Service I was scheduled for a deep clean. They were two hours late. Then they weren't going to be able to finish the deep clean, in the time allotted. I had specifically ask that they concentrate on the bath rooms. When I came home one bathroom still had mildew in the shower. They said it had been soaked in beach for 2 hours. Surprise when.

I went in to clean it, with a brush and comet it came right up. When I told her she ask me to show her and started Arguing. I called the office they also argued with me, wanting to tell me how bad of a day they had, I am sorry they were having a bad day, but that is not my concern I am the customer I wanted a deep clean instead I had a house left half done.

They didn't say I am sorry, what can we do to help. In fact they said Maybe we aren't a good fit for you, my thoughts exactly. They must have more customers than they need to just dismiss one like they did. I will not recommend them ever.

Maid OK did an amazing job! Diana and Maria were great. I definitely recommend them!

The ladies did an incredible job on my daughters move out cleaning. 10/10 recommend!

Juana & Daniela came at the end of the day, & had just come from a deep cleaning job. You'd never have known if they were tired! They were so efficient. I'm so very pleased

I have been very pleased with Maid OK services. This is only my second time but I am definitely setting up regular appts. It is so wonderful to come home from a long day at work, to find the house clean and smells fresh. Today Juana and Daniela came to our home and did a fabulous job. I have three large dogs on the property and we had no trouble.

On 8 October the 3 ladies, Andrea, Abighailand Maria arrived-on time-for a Deep Clean Service and as soons as they got inside started to work in various areas. They worked dilengtly though the afternoon and never stopped to chat or otherwise halting their work. They did an excellent and thorough job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all.

They were an hour late and I had to call the company to find out where they were. They left dust in my daughter's room that we had to go back and clean. I was preparing for a wedding and had been in the hospital that morning and needed them to do it quickly and effectively.

Had my house cleaned for the first time by Maid OK last Friday and they did a tremendous job. Very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone

First time I paid for the service (deep cleaning) was very good EXCEPT for things like the fact that they did not dust cob webs; broke the belt in MY vacuum and did not inform me; did not clean the oven; did not dust top of pictures; did not clean the inside of the fridge.

We have biweekly cleaning set up with Maid OK, and we are very pleased. Rosa and Shawn always do such a great job, and there is nothing better than coming home from work to a nice clean house that smells good!
