Awesome experience from customer service on the phone to the technician who came out! Would recommend them definitely. We have a Samsung Dryer and the service we received was great!

Critical: Professionalism They came to my house three times to fix my refrigerator. The second visit cost over for parts and labor. The following week my refrigerator stopped working again. The third time they arrived i was told it couldn't be fixed. They stolen over $700 from me. Please do your research and select a different company! Service: Refrigerator repair

CAS services our Colfax Family Homes appliances that are under the year warranty. They are timely, easy to communicate with, personable and they get the job done fast. 10/10 would recommend especially for businesses.

We gave them the make and model of our 6 year old refrigerator that needed to be repaired. They followed up with 3 additional phone calls, confirming the make and model of the refrigerator that needed repair because they needed to order parts. When the repair technician arrived, he looked at the back of the refrigerator, told me that it a closed system and asked for my owners manual.

He informed me that Complete Appliance doesn't perform warranty work on my make and model of refrigerator. That if I wanted it fixed, I needed to use an authorized repair service. We waited two weeks for this appointment and Complete Appliance knew in advance what they were going to repair. They should have told me when I booked the appointment, that they were not authorized to perform warrenty work on my refrigerator. The service appointment was $149.00. This is not an honest company. I do not recommend them.

They came when promised, diagnosed the problem, provided an estimate and did the work. I was happy with the service and thankful that the dishwasher could be repaired. What more could I ask? We have used Complete Appliance through the years and appreciate their service! Service: Dishwasher repair

We had a complex situation where the control panel repair was unsuccessful (due to the motherboard also being shorted). Compliance Appliance Service was quick to come back and check the issues and patient in diagnosing the exact problem (which took an hour to replicate!). Given the repairs would basically be the cost of a new dishwasher, they helpfully advised against more expensive repairs (we just paid for the service).

I really appreciated them having our best interest in mind. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and respectful. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend!

We were emailed confirmation of our appointment when we scheduled which was nice and helpful to stay organized. Our technician (AM) called when they were on their way to identify themselves and I think we also got a text with that information as well but I can't remember for sure. When our technician arrived they were prompt, on time, courteous, and friendly.

He let me show him the issues we were having and discussed possible things that might be wrong. He then went to work. When he found things, he brought me in to show them to me instead of just fixing it and writing a receipt for payment. When it came time for payment, he explained in detail what each charge was for. Communication was clear. I would highly recommend them. We will definitely use them moving forward.

I had issues with my year-old Fridgedare refridgerator/freezer. I was referred to Complete Appliance Service. The service tech, Lloyd, was professional, neat, and personable. The employees wear uniforms with their names prominently displayed, and drive company vehicles. No sub-contractors here! The appliance was inspected, and Lloyd explained to me everything.

I purchased a fridge from Home Depot and it has scratches on the doors. They sent Complete appliance to switch them out. They sent a man named Leo. He installed the new doors, cleaned up any mess he made, took the old and trash to the garage and was very pleasant to speak with at the same time.

Complete Appliance office personnel was very unprofessional and rude. My wife and I were hung up on by a female representative while trying to rectify a service problem that we were having. The female representative further stated that they do not need our business.

I am very surprised by the reviews I have read. I had a lovely experience with Complete. I had an oven that would not heat. I called them and spoke to a very nice, knowledgeable young lady. She asked if they could come out the next so they could have/order a part, an igniter.

I had a fantastic experience with Complete Appliance! I was in a bind with a non working refrigerator. I was having a huge family party that day, and they came out same day-- and fixed it! I will be calling them again, and recommending them to whomever I can! Keep up the good work Complete Appliance!

They came out, they fixed the fridge. The guy only took an hour when he fixed it. 30 minutes the first time to order the parts. No complaints. Thank you. Finally I can buy some food. Scott was my technician.
