Eli was an excellent technician in ever way and conducted himself professionally and skillfully. We called AAA in the morning and the work was completed that afternoon, and the cost was reasonable. Considering it was a refrigerator - freezer repair, timeliness was paramount. I thank Eli and AAA for a job well done and would recommend them without hesitation.

We are fairly new to Lake Worth and found ourselves needing a dishwasher repaired (not draining). I am always attempting to repair items myself, when possible, however; getting under the dishwasher to attempt a repair was just not in the cards. So, I called AAA. Generally, I am Leary of repair companies, but I really had to choose between buying another unit (which have greatly increased in cost) or having someone come in and make a repair.
I called first thing in the morning and they were at our home within a couple of hours. The gentlemen was professional and courteous. I had determined there was probably a piece of glass in the impeller or it was faulty. When I explained the problem, he knew exactly the problem and sure enough, there was a piece of glass in the drain pump impeller.
He took care of it in no time and the unit was up and running. I will call AAA again and appreciated their courteous approach to appliance repair! They even called back the next day to ensure the dishwasher was operating properly! That's rare, folks!

Used this company 9 months ago for a dryer repair, answering service easy to talk to kept me in formed when tech would by showing up. Tech was on time very professional explained what the problem was had the part and completed repair, felt price was fair. This time we had a problem with a 5 year old oven not heating up and understanding the answering service.
We asked if the same tech from the last time was still with them and if he could come out, we were told yes. Different tech showed up started to check out the stove seemed very rough. I got to hear about how this brand was a pain to work on and a lot about his personal life etc. Found the problem once again what a pain to get to the part and will call us back with a price of the part and labor. Received a call next day informing me they can't find our model LG stove listing and can't give a price at this time.
I went on LG web site found model and part called to confirm this was correct part called AAA with information (once again poor communication) and they will get back to me. Received a call next day could not understand the person on the phone asked to e mail me invoice. They want to charge me $30.00 more than the part cost (has free shipping from LG) and labor $185.00 to remove 6 screws for back panel, 4 screws for front cover and 1 screw for holding the part on oh yea 2 wire plugs.
Sorry way out of line and they have lost my business on our home and our rental property. Be honest and fair with your customers and they will continue to use you. I've used the same a/c and plumping companies for over 20 years.

I called AAA Appliance Repair, they set up an appointment for me exactly when I needed them. I did not have to wait. The repairman Tom, showed up when they told me he'd be there. They gave me a call 30 minutes before he was coming, which I appreciate. He fixed my washing machine for what I think was a good value compared to buying a new machine. He was quick, clean and very polite. What else can you ask. Thanks AAA, I'd recommend you to anyone and I am picky.

I called for service (no heat in the drier) on a weekend and left a message. My call was returned first thing on Monday morning. The service technician came out on Tuesday within the promised time window and was business-like and professional. Although accessing the unit required some physical effort, he agreed to assist me in removing it from its location.
Within a few minutes of removing the drier access panel, he had diagnosed the problem, retrieved the part from his truck and installed it. He assisted me in reinstalling our drier, confirmed its normal operation and completed the invoicing process. Overall, I was very pleased by the service rendered. It turned out that the technician had over 40 years of appliance experience and it clearly showed.

We were very pleased with the service we received from AAA Appliance Repair. Our dryer broke and we gave them a call and they were able to send someone out the very next day. Tom came out and was very knowledgeable and knew right away what was wrong with our dryer AND had the part with him that needed to fix it. He fixed it within an hour and we were all set. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend AAA to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

Beware, they are crooks. Do not use. Technician said my dishwasher was definitely worth repairing. He even elaborated about why. Their price to repair was $20.00 MORE than the exact same model number dishwasher at Home Depot! They are not in this to have happy return customers, just to steal your $95.00 service fee, supposedly applied toward the repair, and hopefully hook you into an expensive repair job. Seeing as they were so dishonest, I don't even know if I really needed the part that they claimed I needed in the first place! Do NOT let them in your house.

They took our money but did not fix the appliance. We immediately let them know that we still had the problem; then we followed up. They said we would need to pay again for a service call, rather than being willing to come back out and review why the first service call did not work. I would not use them again. ++++ AAA just responded to the above, but their recollection of events is not correct.
We sent our first notice on 11/27/21, via email, 12 days after the service call; explaining that the service call had not corrected the problem. We then had a call with them and was told we needed to get a filter. It took us a few days to order the filter, then we let some days pass, to see if that would solve the problem. It did not. So, we sent them a new email on 12/6, saying the problem had not been solved.
This was still within the 30 days from the initial service. They did not respond. So, I sent them the third email today (1/15/22), again saying we still had the original problem. They immediately responded via email and told me to call. So, I did. They said I would need to pay for a new service call, as we were now past 30 days from original service, regardless of my emails on 11/27 and 12/6. Net, by suggesting we get a filter and ignoring our second email, they were able to extend our communication period to more than 30 days post service. Kudos to AAA for dodging and weaving.

ZERO STARS. Do not pick this company! After 3 (one was incorrectly ordered) circuit boards, 7 incompetent technicians, 5 visits and $572.05. they couldn't fix our not very old Maytag french door fridge. An utter fiasco. Ultimately, we had to buy a new refrigerator but due to their incompetence & promises to fix this fridge, we didn't have a working refrigerator for ONE MONTH!
The AAA manager was VERY apologetic and offered to reimburse us $442.05 on 11/17/21. OK, after at least 4 calls with more promises, we have NEVER received our refund. WHERE IS OUR MONEY? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ANYONE WOULD BE BETTER.

AAA was responsive and got a technician to me on the same day. Technician was polite, and knowledgeable. He determined the issue quickly and was able to order part needed. He came back and within 30 min. had installed the new part and corrected the issue. Tech did a great job and was friendly, fast and professional. Would recommend to others!

I called late afternoon, they showed up first the next morning. Determined what was wrong and that parts had to be ordered. The repairman was knowledgeable, kind and very professional. As soon as the parts came in. He returned to install. Made sure everything was working properly etc. He gave me some pointers on how to maintain it properly too. Very professional all the way! Definitely will call again for any appliance problems that may arise in my home.

On the first service call the control board was initially replaced. When it showed a new set of problems the next day, they came back. The Tech advised me that the plethora of different problems it was now showing made a new dishwasher a better option. He refunded me for the control board ($250) and I was only charged for the first service call. I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty. I have used this company before and they are able to get to you the next day most of the time.

I was was nervous at first because when my dishwasher broke I really did not know who to trust! So I took a chance on AAA appliance and it was the best possible choice I could make! I was thrilled with the technician they sent me! It was courteous, honest and extremely knowledgeable. JR was very patient with me explaining everything detail and he kept reassuring me as to what he was doing! I would highly recommend AAA Appliance! Very professional company and honest to the core!

Brian the technician was awesome, knew his fridges and fixed mine. That was the most important! Thank you! Rather off putting to talk to "the office" for pricing and tech for service call. They had to order one of the parts, which took longer than I would have liked, necessary nevertheless. Fridge back up by the end of the week.

My washer had an f06 code so I called AAA. The girl said 95 dollars to walk in door which was fine. When tech arrived he complained I had stackables dryer was too heavy to move. He searched on his iPad and determined it was either 1of 2 parts. He said he wasn't sure because he couldn't get to back of machine to diagnose. So he would have to order both parts with a minimum repair cost of 435.00.
I determined it was too costly so I ordered new machine online from Best Buy. When bestbuy arrived 1 delivery man moved the dryer all by himself to install new washer The delivery man said most people in condos in Florida have the same setup meaning stackable. I felt the repairman couldn't be bothered to even find the issue and was more interested in just getting the 95 dollar service call.
My message to AAA is to sendstrong enough workers to do a little lifting and try to pinpoint the problem and stop looking for the quick 95 dollar money grab. Your techniciancouldn't be bothered because it involved a little work

I live out of state, and called AAA appliance repair to come out and fix my elderly mother's dishwasher. They came right away, were happy to call me, and let me know what the repair costs were going to be. Also, they were very patient explaining everything to my Mom. Came back quickly with the parts, and had it running in no time. I highly recommend them!

Had AAA come to my house for a washer repair first they rescheduled me 3 times before coming but finally made it, and I found out what the problem was and he didn't I asked him to change a water valve which he told us it was working fine and he didn't want to change it either he said your washer is working and when he left it wasn't working again but he did tell me he been doing this for 30 years and he knows when a washer needs a valve or not.
After ordering the part and installed it my washer started working again! He told me my service call would be credited back after the repairs were done, and they didn't. I called them and they argued with me they claim they did credit the service call but I clearly got charged on my credit card. Very misinformed but it's my fault of course, soon as the service tech arrives right away he asked my wife for the restroom lol must had to go! I won't recommend this kind of service and won't do business again with them!

The woman I work for has a Samsung washer and it wouldn't drain. She called these guys for a service call which cost $125. One day I went to double check the washer and noticed a little filter on the front left bottom. And when I googled it saw that's the cause of the error code and it not draining, so I cleaned the filter and it works fine. They wanted to charge her $441 dollars and said it would take several weeks to get the part. People like these scum bags are going to be put out of business by YouTube.

Never buy anything from this place. Two appliances purchased from here went bad very quickly, shortly after the warranties expired. It appears nothing they sell holds up or lasts. They may have a good company once upon a time, no longer. And when the washer was installed by the incompetent service person, the cold water faucet was not turned back on, and for the duration of ownership of this so called new appliance, that had scratches on it when allegedly new, it ran hot water washes and rinses only.
The dishwasher ran ok for a while, then it crossed as well, shortly after warranty expired, and a push by their company to buy a rip off extended warranty ensued. Find another place to do your appliance business.

Do not use this company, they will rip you off, $125 just up and pull a belt off the washer - why would anyone do that!? Guy was an idiot. Their customer service is lacking to say the least and they are unorganized. I had another repair person/service come out and they had lots of stories about this company and they weren't good. What a bunch of scammers!
Call a different company and safe yourself the headache. Want someone honest who won't charge you an arm and a leg and will provide you an honest assessment? Then call Rodney's Appliance Repair. AAA, you are the worst! Well I guess I hit a nerve given the lovely reception when they called to give me an estimate. I chose instead to just order an all new Maytag stackable - I would rather spend that than give you the business. Is it true you charged an elderly customer $100 for a dryer vent hose when you can get one for $15 at Walmart?

I called this company last January when my frig starting freezing inside the non freezer part. I used them because of their guarantee and warranty. The technician told me a new board would fix the problem and he installed it and charged me over 500.00, I asked what if it doesn't fix it, oh no worries we will come back and fix it. Even if it's a different problem.
Less than 12 hours later the frig was frozen again! I called and was told it would be 4 days before they had someone in the area! They told me to buy a cooler and ice! The next technician came. he walked in. Took a picture and said he would be right back. He never returned. I called and spoke with the manager who explained they needed the part back.
I said ok. Send some one. they never sent anyone! I bought a frig from Sears. I was told the service Mgr wanted my old frig and they wound send someone. I waited 3 x for them to NOT show up. But their records say I wasn't available. That's a lie. I paid Sears 2 weeks later to remove it. The Mgr even told me to u tube how to remove the part.
I have been waiting for a refund for 10 months! And now their records don't show any of this! I've called 3 x in the past month. Each time promised I would get a call back. And nothing! This is the worst company! Do not use them! I can prove all of my statements! And they won't stand by their guarantee! I'm a nurse and and a single mom of a severely disabled child.
I needed my frig for medicine for my son. And this company showed zero compassion or caring to fix their error! I will post on my social media everyday to not support this company!

I have never been happier with an Appliance Service Company. AAA Appliance Service is the epitome of service, professionalism, courtesy, and care. We had the pleasure of meeting Lyndan S. He made me feel very comfortable and went out of his way to explain in detail the reasoning as to why we had the problem with our washing machine. He had no problem answering all my questions and listened to my concerns.
I have recommended both the company and this employee on my community home owners website for their appliance repair needs. I had AAA come out to look at a Bosch dishwasher that had stopped working. The guy spent a few minutes looking at it and declared that he couldn't do anything. Said that rats had probably chewed through the wiring, charged $125 for the visit, and said to let them know if I wanted a new one. After he left I tilted the washer on its side and immediately noticed that the wires leading to the water valve had broken.
I took out my trusty soldering gun and repaired the wires in a few minutes. The machine is working fine now! Don't use these people. Seems like from my experience as well as others that they only want to make a quick $125 (and sell new units) without having to actually do anything.

Strongly discourage anyone from using this appliance repair company. Unfortunately Steve was a very nice and helpful person during my initial call that's where anything good I can say ended. 1st they scheduled the apt for 12 -5 and showed up at 9am. I wasn't here but since there was an adult here they continued with the service. They fixed NOTHING but clearly wrote on the invoice "Replaced door stop on ref door." I repeat they did not repair anything infact as I was told later by the technician Bill, they don't even have the part it has to be ordered!
He also wrote Service call wine cooler, again later after I contacted them did I learn the wine cooler wasn't fixable no mention on the invoice what so ever. There's nothing at all on the invoice about ordering a part how long to expect it to take and when I should expect a return to fix it! I spoke to Denna who was extremely rude and didn't know anything about anything, absolute terrible customer service!
Then after the technician spoke very rudely and talked over me multiple times they called back and refused to do the work. Of course they said they weren't going to charge, I have yet to see if the charge was reversed. I really want to provide a pic of the invoice as proof however this won't allow for pics. I would give it zero stars but that's not an option.

Bunch of crooks, they literally charged me $125 to go out there and tell me it needs a whole new heater assembly. Than they tell me the heater assembly is $229 when it clearly states $140 on Samsung website. Plus $179 in labor. They gave me this matter of fact response like they could care less what i thought

I have used them many times to get parts but this is the first time to call for a microwave service - I called them with issue with microwave and the appointment lady - Claudia - after I explain what was wrong said they would have a tech that afternoon and he was in my area - Waited 4 hrs and finally was called about 4:30 pm that the tech could NOT make it today. Waited until the next day and he showed up about 10 AM and the appointment person said it would be a fee but deduct from anything they fix- Tech could not figure out why he was not called the day before to my place - All sounded great until tech (30 yrs in bus. and only 8 days with them) just looked at the micro. and did not even take the microwave apart to see what was wrong - Said he had to send first the info parts to the office and find out what the parts cost and will get a cal.
I said 'how do you know what parts to order if you did not even take the microwave apart'. He said that is the norm - Received the invoice for 3 parts at $370 plus labor and tax and it cost more than buying a brand new microwave - if this guy is in bus. for so long he would of called and said get a new one and do not waste my time - I would of respected that but that is not what was presented.
I said How do you know I NEED those 3 parts without even taking it apart? He said that is my opinion. LAST time I will use them and advice to confirm what they are going to do before they arrive.

He said that is the norm - Received the invoice for 3 parts at $370 plus labor and tax and it cost more than buying a brand new microwave - if this guy is in bus. for so long he would of called and said get a new one and do not waste my time - I would of respected that but that is not what was presented.
I said How do you know I NEED those 3 parts without even taking it apart? He said that is my opinion. LAST time I will use them and advice to confirm what they are going to do before they arrive.

Ely was our Service Technician and he was absolutely terrific. He was on time, efficient and so professional. Ely was neat and so respectful of our home.He was very knowledgeable and would not leave our home until the job was perfect. We would not consider using any other company other than AAA Appliance because of our experience with Ely.

It started off well enough, I paid $150 to have a tech assess the problem. The tech came pretty quickly and was very professional and nice. After he left they called to tell me I needed to order a $189 part and pay more to have the tech come back out to fix it. So all in all the fix was nearly a $500 problem just to replace a return valve! Practically the price of a brand new dishwasher.
I was hesitant about the pricing so I held off for a couple weeks and then when I called back I got the worst customer service, first they couldn't even find my file then I got bounced around to 4 different people and finally I got told that they needed a week to reopen my file! So before they could even order the part they had to do some paperwork to reopen it or something, then they told me that my $150 credit from the initial inspection expires 30 days after the initial inspection and I have a week left to use or lose my credit.
After they were so rude I decided to dig a little and called Miele myself. The piece they told me would take 1-2 weeks to come in and cost $189, cost me $30 directly from Miele and is coming in 2-3 business days. The kicker? They won't come and fix my machine with a part I bought myself because of alleged warranty issues. Clearly they need to make the 600%! MARKUP! Very very disappointing. I highly recommend you find someone else to do your repairs.

Ordered a part for my Kitchenaid Refrigerator on Saturday the following Friday I called to see if part was in I was told yes. Set up appt for the following Mon. Saturday afternoon I get a message part had to be re-ordered please reschedule Monday's appt. I immediately call back to speak to someone to find out how much longer and the answering machine is on they are closed.
I call Monday to reschedule and I am told parts not in. I said no I was told part was in and had to be re-ordered? Ma'am I am reading the notes and the part was not in. Well how much longer? We don't know. I asked if they are notified when a part is on back-order and she said after a few days yes they are. So I asked wouldn't you think to call a customer and let them know?
I would've borrowed my daughters garage refrigerator if I had known it was going to be several weeks? SHE VERY annoyingly said "THE PART IS NOT IN." Can you imagine she is annoyed with me? So I disconnected the call without saying good-bye. Here's the funny part. She called me back and when I answered she hung up on me. I have used them on other occasions and the technicians took care of the problem.
But if you're looking for customer service and follow up you'll have to get past the receptionist for that. I guess she only gets paid to answer phones and schedule appts. Customer Service must be extra. I left a message with her to have the Manager call me. LOL we'll see if that ever happens.

JR came during the assigned times and we were notified a bit in advance which was helpful in planning to be home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly assesses the problem with our washing machine. The office staff has been very attentive in providing estimates and following up to get the repair scheduled. Look forward to providing a second review once the work is completed. Part II - part installed and washing machine works great. Office staff is very responsive, professional and accommodating!

The service technician that arrived at my home was friendly and professional. That is the only positive I can express about my entire experience. Customer service is joke and does not listen. When the technician arrived at my home my washer would run a load without doing the final spin. When he left the washer no longer turns on at all. I was told to give it a test run by the technician but that is impossible since it now doesn't turn on at all.
When I spoke with "Customer Service" they rudely interrupted me multiple times, did not listen to the issue just tried to sell me a $400 repair when all I was asking was to have the technician come back since I paid $95 for him to break my washer furth. I highly recommend going elsewhere with your business.

I had a problem with my Samsung refrigerator and I couldn't figire out what was wrong with it. Thier technician, I think it was Dan, came out right away. After some preliminary troubleshooting he discovered it was just turned off. A couple hits on some buttons and it was back up. They were efficient and professional. I would highly recommend thier services. Very satisfied.

I would rate them zero but they have a great tech who works on Bosch, etc. Slime company since the first appointment where you discover they have no intention of fixing (easy) repair on first visit---that is just to "diagnose" the problem. By then you are invested in them fixing it due to diagnostic fee. Well, long (dog ate my homework) story short, 27 days later they are coming out to fix the washing machine (gross) and dishwasher. For my troubles I will receive a whopping 5% off my bill. Surely you can find better treatment than this----if not we are in the wrong business!
