Overhead Door of Northern Kentucky installed a garage door on my garage that does not match the door literally DIRECTLY next to it even though they installed the other door just a few months prior. Their reason they gave me when I asked, "The same door would have taken longer to receive." They didn't even ask me if a non-matching door was okay or I would have told them that I'd gladly wait to get a matching garage door! Obviously, I'm pretty upset over it, but there's nothing that I can do now.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service Brian and his co-worker provided this morning. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and absolutely patient in answering all of our questions. Ours is an older door with an older motor. We discussed various replacement options (should the need arise) but never were we pressured to purchase something we didn't need. We plan to have annual maintenance done. Highly recommend the Overhead Door Company!

We had a broken garage door on Saturday morning March 19. I called Overhead Door and talked to Amy and she got in touch with her repair man and work it out to have him come over and repair the door. The repair man was great and he repaired the door. The customer service was outstanding! I appreciated everything that everybody did. What a great company! Thanks, Margo and David Wheatley

Mike showed up 30 minutes late.no phone call no apologies, he didn't even introduce himself he just started measuring. I thought that was very rude and to top is off he refered to the stuff in our garage as garbage.not sure power tools ladders and camping chairs are considered garbage but it's not up for him to decide regardless. Long story short he lost a customer. We plan on having Precision Overhead Door Co. Install our garage door as they were so awesome to work with.

I was soooo pleased with the service I received as well as the price! Brad, the repair man was AWESOME! Since I was not home when he arrived, my son asked him to call me so I could explain to him what happened to our garage door and also ask him a few questions about it. He was honestly one of the nicest guys I have ever talked to! He had such good manners, answered all of my questions and he explained everything he would do to fix our garage door.
He was just an all round, very nice, professional guy and I could tell this just by speaking to him on the phone! Brad is definitely an asset to the Overhead Door Company! Thanks Brad, job well done! Will definitely recommend and use this company again!

Late Sunday afternoon, our garage door stopped working. The torsion spring had snapped and the door could not be raised. My wife called the number for Overhead Door from when they installed it and left a message with the answering service. We did not expect to hear back on a Sunday. A couple of hours later, Amy called us and said she'd be able to send someone out on Monday and checked what times would work best for us.
At 7:30 Monday morning, she called and said someone would be at hour house within 30 minutes. The technician arrived and worked quickly. By 9am, the spring was replaced was the work was done. Great customer service. Great result. Great company.

I called Overhead Door for a nonfunctional keypad this morning. The technician (Nick) was at my house about 15 minutes later. He correctly diagnosed a bigger problem with the 22 year old circuit board, gave me various repair options, and helped me choose the right fix for me. He performed the repair right then, and everything was functioning within a hour. I am very pleased with the result. So grateful for Overhead Door's exceptional customer service!

The sales person and installer were both first class. Both of them knew exactly what to do to make sure my door and new opener were taken care of properly. The install tech (I'm terrible with names, I think it was Brian but I could be wrong) was awesome. Super friendly, installed everything properly, cleaned up after himself, and got my door opening and closing much quieter now.
I think the price was more than fair for the work they did, they were always on time, and the office staff were great at keeping me updated. Overall a wonderful experience that'll make sure I always call them for work and refer others to them as well!

One of our 2 tension springs on our double garage door broke. Called on a Tuesday and they couldn't get to us until Friday. The person I spoke with explained that the were extremely busy. She agreed to put us in a waiting list should something open up. It didn't. They called on Friday as promised as the technician was on his way. He worked quickly and efficiently. The door works perfectly.

I called Overhead Door unsure of what to do about our broken opener keypad. In speaking with Katie on the phone, she encouraged me to try to fix it first. The replacement part was $50, and service charge was $110. She got out the parts and I had my hubby pick them up so it was as easy as ordering dinner. Well she was right! It was very simple, I just needed a push to try it. This type of customer service builds loyalty for the big stuff. I really appreciate Katie and the Overhead Door Company!
