My HVAC was leaking through my ceiling, when I called the company both receptionists that i spoke to were very kind and got a tech at my home right away! The tech was very curious and respectful walked me through what was wrong and also fixed everything within a timely manor! I am overall pleased with the service I received! 10/10 Highly recommend.

Justice went above and beyond solving problems and creating the salon of my dreams. We had many set backs on things being up to code and they figured all of them out. I highly recommend if you have a project and you want perfection to use this company. Thanks again. Service:Installation

This company installed a brand new HVAC system in my home before we purchased in 2019. 10 year warranty on parts, supposedly. 24/7 emergency service, allegedly. When our outside unit wouldn't turn on and the air handler wouldn't turn off, I called and texted around 8pm. Zero response even 13 hours later as I write this. I called Precision Air, who services HVAC at our business location, and they had a tech out within an hour. Hard pass on Justice Inc.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of Air Conditioning repairs in Ingleside Texas! I spoke to Christian. He was super helpful and explained everything perfectly to me during this very stressful time. Booking my appointment was super easy and convenient, call them you won't regret it!

Worse company ever. AC was on 24/7 and would not shut off while the setting temp was never reached and they claim it was because its to hot outside lol. The tech submitted the report to my warranty company claiming everything was good, nothing was wrong with my AC. We reached out to my warranty comp again to request a different company to come take a look because we knew it was not normal for an ac to be on 24/7 without shutting off.

Well obviously something was wrong with the inside unit, its leaking and needs to be replace.! Thankfully this 2nd AC company that came out to check it out found the problem immediately and inside unit will be replaced. But now i have a damaged ceiling that i have to replace and that could've been avoided if Juctice Inc would've taken the time to fine the problem instead of just submitting a report that nothing was wrong!

All we wanted was for them to fix it not "condemn" the unit like you say, so please stop lying and stop calling your customers liars. Apparently Justice Inc dont know what they are doing cause if you did the problem would've been caught before it got worse. The 2 technicians that came out to our house 2 days in a row, were friendly and diligent. They were sent by our home warranty people and overall we were pleased with their work. We are so thankful they were able to get our AC up and running again!

WARNING! Do not use this company's services whatsoever. We hired Justice Heating & Air Conditioning upon the warranty company's referral and my father's house was ruined by their inept employee. When my elderly father's air conditioning stopped working he had to call his warranty company for help and for some reason, Justice Heating & Air Conditioning is the company they use in the Corpus Christi area.

The one repairman they sent out installed the coils in backwards and for several months water leakage slowly damaged the ceiling of our home without anyone's knowledge. The ceiling actually started to collect water and swell, eventually causing a drip. We didn't find out it was due to poor installation until an actual repairman came out to fix it and let us know. When confronted with this information, Jose stated, "go ahead and sue me!" then promptly hung up the phone. Needless to say we are in the process of suing. Please beware.

Justice Inc. was very kind and patient with my mother and I. They helped us out on getting approved to get a new ac installed. They have multiple financing companies they work with to help make sure you stay comfortable in your own home. Very much recommend

I came home yesterday at 6 pm and my ac wasn't working right I called this company out to come check my ac cause I have a 85 year old mother in the house, they had a service technician available within the next 30 minutes. Highly recommend this company super fast and reasonable on pricing.

Highly recommended. They remodeled several rooms on some of my properties and I am very happy with their work. Just a few pictures to show some of their work. They still working on some of the properties but the whole crew is very professional. Pricing was very reasonable They did the floors, tile work in bathroom, painting, Kitchen remodels and cabinets and have installed several HVAC systems. I like to have one company do it all and not having to call different companies for different quotes. They really do do it all. Thanks Justice Inc. keep up the great work.

****WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 75$ TO COME OUT AND THEN OVER CHARGE YOU LIKE CRAZY FOR ANY LABOR****** So our AC went out and my wife decided to call this commpany mainly because they could be out to the house the same day (75$ fee to come tell you what is wrong) They get out there and look around and come to the conclusion that its the blower motor.

Which they were correct, it was in fact the blower motor that was seized up. They also added on cleaning the blower wheel and evap coil. He gets done and says he is headed straight to his office to give us a quote to fix the ac (this is 9:00 AM) i call them at 1:00PM and they havent received his service paper yet and i told them ITS 90 DEGREES IN MY HOUSE I NEED TO GET THIS AC WORKING.

The lady said she will call and get it, i called at 4 and finally got the total these people seriously tried to charge me $1850.00! to replace my blower motor, 700$ to clean my SLIGHTLY dirty evap coil and blower wheel, labor, $40.00 for my $4.90 capacitor and access to ge to my blower motor! I ended up getting it all done for 402$ parts were 202$. DO NOT GET THESE PEOPLE TO YOUR HOUSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY 2000$ FOR ANY WORK TO GET DONE! I INCLUDED A PICTURE

It was horrible, they did such a lousy job on everything they did. My floors had to be taken up 5 times and relaid because they did not pour concrete right, I ended up having to get tile which i didnt want, Now the tile is falling through cuz they didnt lay it right either. they didnt clean the thin set off floors. My kitchen cabinets when you look close you can see all the paint runs, they painted some of them 7 times and they still look like crap, I have a backdoor that does not close properly, some places in the sheet rock they just put tape over the bad spots tthat they made and then painted over it.

They ruined my sofa, stove and front door by getting paint on them. They did not pull proper permits for my addition, now having to deal with the city cuz electrical is not up to code. they let the city believe that this was an existing addition and tried to get it grandfathered in. Sink doesn't work properly, have some outlets with no current, I could name 20 more things they did wrong but i would be here typing all day.

Now they want to try and tell me I owe them a ridiculous amount of money! I should not have to pay for my flooring twice becuz they messed it up. Granted when you first walk in my house looks nice from afar, when you look closer you can see all the mistakes and they think this work is acceptable. Now I have to pay someone else to come in and fix and clean floors properly, get a new back door and fix all other issues, Save yourself the trouble and find someone else, Justice will cheat you.

Order canceled without notifying me! They were supposedly "too busy", so my order was just canceled without notifying me. Very unprofessional and Justice A/C attendant did not even try to find out why order was canceled. She blamed it on my service contract company. I only found out after my service company called them and confirmed Justice A/C were the ones to cancel my service and that my claim was still good. "I don't know" is not a good enough answer to give.

Do something and find out why next time! They obviously do not like to fix broken air conditioners under service contracts. If they would have called me up front to tell me they were "too busy", I would have completely understood (1st fail). If they would then have said, "May I place you on hold while I find out why your order was canceled and by whom?" then than would be a little late but partially acceptable (fail #2). Fortunately, the folks handling my service contract promptly called another company to come out. My A/C was fixed within 2 hours of my claim being reassigned (and that's because they came from out of town.)

I called Justice Air Conditioning and Heating early Sunday morning after freezing over night due to having heater issues. The technician gave a time in which he would arrive at the house and was there 5 minutes early.

Thank you very much for coming out & taking our service call. Everyone else told us to wait until Monday or even later. When after finding your number through the insurance listing, it was an appreciated relief when your technician arrived promptly & got our unit running just as fast.

Known Joey Alvarez for a very long time, stands behind his work and equipment he installs. I highly recommend Justice A/C.

A great company. I was privileged enough to work for Justice A/C for over five and a half years before I moved out of state. I started there when we were just two guys running service calls and doing installs.

I would like to take the time to Thank Justice A/C & Heating for all their hard work on installing my new system. I am very pleased with it and their price was unbeatable from other companies quotes that I received.

The owner, Jose Alvarez, is extremely vindictive if you are dissatisfied with his company's services. He will delay service and parts purposefully and ADMIT that's what he's doing. He has caused a woman who is 8 months pregnant in South Texas summer months to have her AC repaired delayed days.

Please beware of this company, especially if you are a woman. Not only have they not repaired the A/C unit in a timely manner, but they also threatened to delay the repair if my daughter told the warranty company how they behaved. (which, by the way, was far from professional)

Replaced my inside and outside unit. While working up in the attic, the guy almost fell through my ceiling. I didn't make a big deal about it, I was glad the guy was okay. They said they would repair the ceiling and I was okay with that.
