Each service route schedule is priced differently in order to provide you, the customer, with what fits your budget and pool best. Depending on the service schedule you choose, the service may differ slightly; however, we guarentee each service to be exceptional in your standards.

Our repairs department is committed to repairing/ upgrading your old or damaged equipment in a timely and professional manner. We offer free quotes on all major repairs and can frequently complete smaller repairs while on-site, with approval. We strive to remain competitive in our pricing, but will not substitute a less-than-quality product in order to beat out competitors.

Repaired pool pump and replaced my pool liner. These guys have also answered MANY questions and helped me with any concerns I've had about my pool. Great service and very professional. Brian is super helpful and goes out of his way to provide excellent service every time. Chris is an awesome professional who is on time and does precise and careful work.

Had it for years. Wouldn't recommend. Never same guy twice. Pool looked terrible at times. Poor English speaking workers.

After using a low cost company, Advantage Pools was recommended and we couldn't be happier. Fred is a straight shooter and very transparent with his communication. I'd they're not able to do something they will say so in advance without wasting your time and money. Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. The company makes you feel like you're their only customer. Always special. Love them!

We contacted this company after Memphis Pool left us hanging and the death of our dog "Crown". Brian at Advantage Pool was very compassionate about the entire ordeal. They completed the job in two weeks. Memphis Pool had been a month working on our pool. Thanks to Advantage Pool we have it completed. Also let me add that Advantage Pool provides aftercare with the reconstruction process.

What a GREAT group of professionals. they knew their products and services. I purchased my pool liner from them and when there was a problem with lines in the bottom of the pool, they knew how to get them out, first try. Their prices were reasonable but there were knowledgeable and stayed to their time line and prices quoted. I recommended them to a friend who purchased his liner from them. Roger - Germantown, TN

Great service. The only pool company that responded to my online request on a weekend. I tried 3 pool companies. Advantage pools contacted me Monday morning and I set the appointment with Omar. Upon arrival he was very helpful and knowledgeable and pinpointed the problem in minutes. We discussed my options and made a plan. Then he asked if I had any other issues and I did.

So glad he asked. We isolated the second problem I was having, formulated a plan and I told him I can tackle it myself. I paid the very reasonable service call fee and thanked him. 3 days later I fixed my issues. I would recommend this business for your pool needs. Omar is doing a great job for this company to help turn it around.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lack ownership and will not follow up. If you want to pay someone to remove your cover and dump your chemicals in your pool, that's exactly what you will get. I have had 14 years of a problem free pool and now dealing with the repercussions of inexperienced people but it's no surprise when the owner refuses to send out representative to address the issues.

You can't expect the team to do any better than their owner. I was told that they don't backwash. The owner response is " they don't drain your pool". That's when it's time to hang up the phone. who in heck would expect you to drain a pool. Rest assure those other bad reviews you read are correct because I very seldom leave reviews. If you are feeling froggy, give them a try

We've used them in the past with no problems but will never use them again. After numerous calls & them never showing up we finally got them to come out. They came out & said there was no problem with the liner. We called Blue Wave Pools who got us in contact with Beau Fuller who came out within 24 hours & found some pin holes in the liner & fixed the problem. Don't know if Advantage changed owners or what but they've lost us as a customer.

I am so disappointed with these guys. For last one year they did good service and lately I am calling them and leaving messages with Cindy and they just don't show up. I have no idea why. I am so upset with my pool since it looks green and full of debris. Every time I call they tell me that someone will come out there and take care of it today.

Guess what two weeks and they have just stopped coming for no reason and don't even tell me why. Wish they would just tell me that we have lost people and we can not do service anymore.

I would first like to say that everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. There was a bit of a communication problem when getting my new liner installed. I wasn't home when it was installed most of the time and I wish I would have been updated on the process and what was going on. I had an issue and needed to get in touch with someone on the weekend and found out they are closed. I think a pool company should be open during the summer. I think I received a good deal on my liner and overall I'm pleased. Thank you.

Through the years we have used Advantage Pool Services to open and close our pool. This year, we had them install a new liner and we could not be more pleased with the quality and care of the work. We appreciate their friendly and professional service.

Advantage is awesome! From the sweet lady who answered the phone/scheduled our service; to Fred who was so helpful and answered all of our questions and even gave us direction and great tips on maintaining our pool on our own; to the techs who came over and were so professional and kind. A pleasant experience and we have definitely found our pool company that we will call on every spring! Highly recommend them.

I had a new liner and steps installed over the winter. It did take much longer than expected to get everything done and I really like the new steps but my liner is pulled away on one side and really do not like this.

I have used Advantage Pool for the past 6 years to service my pool. They have been very responsive, reliable, proactive and trustworthy. During this time, we had Advantage Pool open and close, perform bi-weekly service, maintenance and replace equipment as needed, redo our deck and deep clean the surface of the pool. Everything was very professional done. We have been extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them. Unfortunately we are moving from Memphis and hope to find another company as good as Advantage.

We have used over five pool services over the last nine years and Advantage Pools is the best. Their technicians arrive on time and do an excellent job. Their prices are reasonable.

Wish the customer was a little more consistent. More times than not, I call and get the answering machine. And no one ever returns my calls when I leave a message on the voice recording. However, if I do by chance get speak with someone when they answer, they are very pleasant and quick to respond to my needs. I have had no issues now that I'm on a bi-weekly schedule to clean my pool. They show up when they are supposed to and my pool looks good.

Horrible service. I have had nothing but problems with this company. My husband is in the army and not here to service our pool so I hired this company. They will overcharge your cards, break your pool supplies and lie to you. Do not use this company unless you want grief. And don't dare to complain, Fred will hang up on you!

I used Advantage Pool to install a new liner on my pool. They were wonderful and pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process - from quote, to scheduling, to install, to water/chemical set up. Absolutely a pleasure! Advantage Pool will be the only company that I call for pool service.

They did an EXCELLENT job on our pool. Our vinyl pool liner was worn and ripped, so we hired them to replace the liner. Their price was highly competitive and they were very responsive. When the replacement liner arrived, they removed the old liner and we discovered that a groundwater problem had effectively destroyed the concrete bottom. It needed to be completely repoured, so we contracted them to do that.

The work turned out to be very difficult. The groundwater made it almost impossible to pour new concrete. After an initial attempt failed, they actually buried a pump in the ground to remove water from the area - knowing that the pump would be lost at the end of the job. The work looked much better after the second attempt, but Advantage was still not satisfied.

They came out a third time to make some minor fixes and that result came out extremely well. Finally, they finished installing the liner and opened the pool for us. If there were 6 stars for a rating, I would give it to them. Despite a job that they probably lost money on, they kept at it until the work was right. Customer service above and beyond the call of duty! It was everything you could hope for in a difficult situation.

I have done business with advantage for two years, however I switched providers this weekend. They have been great at answering all my questions and even were understanding when I couldn't provide credit card info because it was stolen. I called back in a few weeks and updated it. I'm not sure what happened these last few weeks were I asked them to check out the Polaris because it wasn't working properly.

The first time they fixed it, but it stopped running again. I asked them again, and it's still not working. I was also charged about 100 for a part I was not aware I was going to pay for. Anyways, I just got tired of asking them to look at the Polaris and fix it. It's only two years old and should not be having any issues. Last year it was working fine. So, I expected a more thorough service but it didnt happen. Also, they raised their prices this year- which is understandable, because everything is going up. I switched because when I ask for something to be looked at or fixed I don't want to wait over four weeks for it to happen.

I'm not sure who the previous reviewers have been dealing with but obviously not the friendly competent people I have had the pleasure of using as my pool service company. On the occassion I need to call the office, it never fails I am greeted with a friendly voice and excellent customer service from either Cindy or Todd.

I have used this company for three years now after using two other companies with consistent excellent results. They have opened and closed my salt water pool with no issues ever. This year I bought a pool cover and pump.

Just had the pool service button up the pool until next spring. We needed a pool pump cover as the old one was cranky at best. Very satisfied.great company with exceptional customer service. To lower water level I keep forgetting: Service mode, turn waste valve open and hit filter pump. Do not walk away, cook dinner or leave the house or it will rapidly drain the pool, burn up the pump and cost a fortune!

Horrible Customer Service, BOGUS COMPANY! These People are worthless! DON'T USE THEM! Overcharge on all services, lazy, wont answer calls, refuse to provide service and followup on contract.
