This is my first ever 1 star review for any company and I would love nothing more than to delete it, but I have no choice. We bought a home from a seller in 2021 who furnished the kitchen with a Viking Refrigerator from Danny's Appliance in 2020. The appliance is flashing an error signal and is beeping nonstop. Danny's Appliance is refusing to service the refrigerator and they've given me several reasons. 1) It's is too big and would require 2-3 people to move. (I offered to help move it) 2) They are short staffed. 3) They don't have a technician who can service a Viking Refrigerator.

I have called every other appliance service company in the state of Rhode Island as well as the Viking manufacturer, who was unable to help. I'm not asking for anyone to cover the charges. I am happy to pay someone to fix it. I just find it reprehensible that a company who sells an appliance would be unwilling to service it for whatever the reason.

If you can't do the work, how about finding someone who can? Why should anyone buy a product from a company that won't help find solutions for their customers when the products they sold in good faith break down?

Never been there have delt with staff on phone. They are kind and seem to do their best to help. Only thing i do not like is if we need one of our appliances to be looked at we have to wait weeks at a time. Puts us out of a machine and being 9 months pregnant with a 1 year old soon to have a new born id like my stuff to work and not have to wait weeks.

Several weeks ago, my husband and I purchased 2 very good refrigerators for an excellent price thanks to Kurt who was informative, reasonable, professional, and all around amazing person to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed our experience shopping here for our appliances. The appliances were in good condition and when we ran into any mechanical issues with the refrigerators, they sent someone out to fix it until the issue was no longer present. I will continue to shop at Danny's Appliances. This is great place to get good appliances at a cheaper price, especially if you are renovating a house!

My old apartment size washer broke down. It looked horrible in the recently remodeled space. I started looking around for a replacement. I checked Danny's first because I had purchased a beautiful fridge from them 10 years ago. They didn't have anything available. I checked others but also was told the same because of the smaller size. I could get a pricey new one from Home depot or Lowe's.

But was waiting for the time being. Less then 10 days later I received an email from Danny's saying they have brand new stackable washer dryer combos for slightly more then just a washer at Home Depot. Next day I stopped in and Angie showed me its features and answered all my questions. Arrangement for delivery and removal of my old units was made.

On the day of delivery, they were on time and had been updated me when they would arrive by text messages and anyone call. The guys were great delivering it. They were polite and professional, being careful of my property. Thank you Danny's. Great job!

Went to get a washer and dryer. Staff is very nice. Professional and helpful. accomodated our requests. Prices are great and warranty on items is great. Additional warranty is responsible and covers for the units. Delivery is available at a price of $60. Which is fair enough. Highly recommend this establishment and encourage folks to go there first to see them for your laundry and kitchen appliances

Good "quality" appliances at a very, very good price. Great response time, friendly people. I'm so happy with my purchase. Thanks, Danny's Appliances. My showcase flexzone looks great.

Danny was great! He diagnosed my refrigerator problem and was upfront with me that I would be better off buying another fridge as opposed to having him do the necessary repairs. Didn't charge me for the visit or the diagnosis. Good guy that I highly recommend. Steve R.

I had the privilege to work with Damaris recently to purchase an oven for a property our team is selling. We had specific requirements for the oven needed and Damaris was incredibly quick and responsive to provide me with several options that were exactly what I had asked. I was not able to visit the store so she sent me pictures and accommodated all requests with kindness.

The process was very quick, organized, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this business for any appliance needs you may have! Thank you again Damaris and Team- we will be back!

Great buying experience so far! Ken is super knowledgeable and helpful. Pedro is new but very respectful. Tim was great with delivery. I was skeptical buying from a used appliance store, but it is neat, well organized and more like a new appliance store. I have an issue with my fridge and they are great with that too, so impressive! I will update my review when it's resolved. I never expected this high level of service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This was my first foray into a major appliance service. The prices are reasonable, the customer service excellent, the delivery and the techs are exceptional as well. While we had a few issues that needed dealt with, dannys dealt with them quickly, kindly, and reasonably.

We recently bought a refrigerator there for less than $200. Very satisfied with this refrigerator, runs great. I did however want to bring to the managers attention that the two men he sent in to set this up were the greatest.

Extremely knowledgeable and Proficient. Had ordered parts that might have been needed with troubleshooting the problem, corrected first try. Other ordered parts will be kept in my account for further use if necessary.

I'm all for supporting small business, but Danny's wanted $30 for a fuse that is available online for $6 shipped. Friendly and helpful, though. Just sayin'.

Matthew Savone I recently called Danny's for a diagnose for my washing machine. They called me back very quickly. I booked an appointment for the next day. The tech found the problem fast and the washing machine was up and running.
