This locksmith (Jackson) cut the wrong key for my car. I explained that my Car key Had the fob at the top and they cut a regular car key. They are refusing to make it right and want to charge me the full price of a key for their mistake. This company is dishonest and I would recommend staying away from them!

So here's the thing about a business that is kind of important, you should be open when you say you are going to be open. Checked the site hours online the evening before, 9-1. I arrive just as the clock turns to 9. The shop is closed. I sit in my car for 15 minutes and wait in case they are running a little late. No body. Around 20 after I call the number on the door, owner answers and days he isn't coming in today.
How nice for you. If you run a business the least you should do, the very least is place a sign on the door should you choose not to open on a day you have listed as a regular business day. I'll find someone else that will respect their customer's time.

Locked my keys in my van. Called this guy. He said 10 minutes. Called back 30 minutes later when nobody had showed. He said 10-15 more minutes. Another 30 minutes went by, and his driver finally called to confirm, and said it would be *at least* another 30 minutes from that point. We cancelled because I was on the other line with another company by that point.
He hung up on us. No apology. No explanation. So I'm still locked out more than two hours later and waiting on another company who was at least honest about the 45 minute wait we should expect.

I called to get an estimate to get a deadbolt repaired. The guy who answered barely spoke English and his estimate went something like "It could be $15 or it could be $45-50 more". I couldn't understand what he was saying. Figuring WTH I went ahead and made an appointment for him to come to the house and check it out anyway. I gave him my address on the phone, but he didn't ask for my name or anything, so before I hung up I asked him "Do you need my phone number or anything?" and he said he had it. I'm assuming caller ID. He never showed up and didn't call.
