We needed an emergency repair on our vinyl fence. Had called another company and was told that it would be at least two weeks out. Called Crown Vinyl Fence. Chris had his son come out on a Sunday to get this taken care of. The fee was also very nominal. Would absolutely use this company again in the future, if needed. Service: Vinyl fence installation

Chris was awesome to work with. I had a difficult neighbor situation, and Chris was really supportive and helpful in dealing with her. I felt like the price was fair. The installers did a great job too. They were careful with my sprinkler heads which I was worried about. My fence looks beautiful, and I am glad I went with this company! I contacted several companies throughout the SL Valley to get a quote on a new vinyl fence. Chris at Crown Vinyl called me back immediately and put me on the schedule for an estimate. He showed up when he said he would and left us a detailed estimate of the job and expected cost. He kept me posted during rain delays and never even seemed annoyed when I called him to check on the status. Casey and crew came out to set posts for us and took into account our future yard plans, adjusting posts for eventual concrete pads and such.

They did an awesome job and were really great to work with. When the second crew came out to install the fencing a week later, they were careful of the property and made quick work of the job. They installed three gates and over 200 ft of fencing in a day's work. It looks great and was everything we had planned for. I can't say enough about Crown Vinyl and the work they did for us.

We have had a dozen neighbors in our new subdivision ask us about our contractor and we don't hesitate to refer Chris and his team. Two thumbs up from our newly-fenced backyard.

Literally been 5 months and they still haven't finished. All along this loser keeps saying he's sorry for not finishing or the guys leaving all there concrete debris and ruining my lawn. Then 3 months later he demands I respond immediately. Lol. His invoices change because "the holes were harder to dig". Lol. This dude the. Threatened to reposess the fence we paid for lol.

We are suing them for harassment and damage to the lawn and unfinished unsafe fencing. See you in court scumbag. Anyone want a copy of his emails all along the way just message me I'd love to share them and expose this scam artist bait and switch and wait 4 months then bitch loser

Poor company to work with. Great at the beginning. Worked quick and efficient. Got the job done quickly, probably too quickly. Our fence has been starting to shift (lean) to one side and has caused our gate to not function properly. Mind you we were told that they hold up extremely well in the wind. Our neighbors side of the fence is laying on the ground due to this shift.

I have been calling the company several times over the past 2 months and have been told that they will come look at it. Still waiting and now I can't get a hold of anyone. Poor customer service.

I had them come out to get a bid. And after 6 weeks and multiple phone calls, and texts I haven't received any bid. Don't waste your time.

They could improve by, um, physically showing up to provide an estimate. Scheduled twice through their office and they no-showed both times with no call back. One of the no-shows was scheduled THE SAME DAY. We just talked to you people! Unprofessional and clearly they don't need the business. Good luck during the impending recession Crown Vinyl Fence. BEWARE!

Chris and his crew did a great job with our fence/gate installation. Chris was my main point of contact throughout the process. He was always very responsive whenever I text or called him with questions. Upon my initial request for an estimate, Chris was out there the very next day taking measurements and emailed me a quote the same day. They showed up for the fence install the day they said they would and had the posts in quickly.

About a week later after the cement had set, they were out to complete the install. The fence and the gate look great. I even had a couple neighbors ask for Chris' info because of how great it looks. Before deciding to go with Crown Vinyl we had received a few estimates from other companies. Crown Vinyl was by far the most affordable, in fact, up to 50% less than some of the others. Believe me, there was no sacrifice in quality. The materials and install were perfect.

Cindy, Chris and the whole crew at Crown Vinyl were absolutely amazing and our new high quality vinyl fence is fantastic! When I found out that my cats were able to escape the yard after the fence was completed (only took 1 week from start to finish!), Chris and Cindy came right out to the house to look at the options available and had their crew out the next day to install additional bottom rails to keep them safe.

That kind of customer service and satisfaction is hard to come by these days so I appreciate it all the more. I have already told all my neighbors, friends, family and co-workers that if they need a HIGH quality fence, done quickly, correctly and for a very competitive cost to reach out to Crown Vinyl :)

Chris and Cindy at Crown Vinyl Fence were SO easy and fun to work with! They answered all my thousands of questions, patiently went over my invoices so I understood everything and my fence looks AMAZING! They were fast, friendly and professional. The people installing my fence were considerate of my home and yard and extremely polite. The quality of the fence is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone! Really super company!

Chris and his team were amazing! Our neighborhood is new so everyone is getting fencing right now. A few of us neighbors went with Crown Vinyl and had a great experience! They were super fast, but thorough and did a great job. Our fence looks much fancier than others on our street and after comparing prices we got the best deal! I originally contacted Crown Vinyl in March for a quote. They didn't come out until beginning of April but did send a quote a few days after they said they would, and I immediately replied to their email asking if we could move forward. Never heard back from my email so contacted them a few more times until they finally said they were out of town that week and would contact us that Friday (April 12).

Of course, never heard back from them so contacted them again and was told to contact a guy named "Chad" (why couldn't he contact me?). So I called Chad and left a voicemail. Finally heard back from Chad on April 24 but we were going out of town so had to hold the process until we got back. I contacted Chad again on May 1 and, shocker, never heard back even after a few phone calls and texts.

I finally got them to commit to come and take our deposit and get on their planning schedule and they never showed. I called Chad and he said he was a few minutes away but never showed. Because I let them string me along with their excuses, I didn't get on the waiting list for another company and will now not have a fence until late summer. Talk about screwing us over.

Chris and the crew at crown did me right. I contacted over 15 fence companies and ended up getting 5 bids. Not the cheapest but no the most expensive either. Chose them because of the 8 rails, color options, employed crew, and they are the high wind fence company. Due to unexpected things on my end it took all summer to get this started and Chris remained patient and understanding. Didn't start until after thanksgiving but the crew got it done as promised.

The crew is employed by crown and they all seemed happy to be there. Posts went in without a hitch. The guys made sure they checked with me before starting and made sure we all understood what's going to be happening and when and how. The fence install team showed up in 15 degree weather and seemed happy to be there. Again this team was employees of crown not some 3 party contractors.

The fence is in and the color is perfect. Even my neighbor that was hesitant really likes the color and is happy we did it. We live in a very high wind area and can't wait to see this fence hold up as promised and expected for many years to come.

Our neighbor was getting a quote from Crown Vinyl, and gave us the number to contact the lady while she was still at his house. I called her, and she said she wasn't still in the area and that she'd come back tomorrow and do an estimate on my yard. This was on a Thursday. After not hearing from her on Friday, I contacted her once more. She said she won't be out my way until Tuesday, but she'd get the estimate done at that time. Well, after not hearing from her once again, I contacted her.

She said she'd get the quote to me BY tomorrow (Wednesday). I received none. I contacted her, again. She then asked me if I wanted a gate, and then asked for my email to send the estimate. A few hours later, I still had not received an email from her. When I asked her if it was sent, she said she was out of the office for a few hours and would get it to me when she gets back. Well, it is now Friday.more than a week after making first contact with her, and I am still waiting.

I contacted her once again this morning and have not had a response yet. If the initial customer service to get just a quote is this horrible, I can't imagine how it would be if something went wrong with the actual fencing itself. They've lost my business. I've given them way too many opportunities. I have a large yard, and received a seperate quote from another company (within 1 day, I might add), and all I have to say is Crown Vinyl lost out on about a $9,000 contract.

I decided to give Crown Vinyl a try after seeing all of their positive reviews on Google. On the initial call, I spoke to Chris and was very well received. After this, the experience changed dramatically.

As a property manager, I have used Crown vinyl a couple of times to replace old, broken fences with their top-notch ones. They have done an incredible job both times and have met all expectations not only of mine and my clients, but of HOAs also.

Crown Vinyl was the only company that called back in a reasonable amount of time after filling out the online estimate request. I live in Centerville and the wind is strong occasionally, the fence is still intact.

Chris came out to my new house to get us an estimate. He was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Crown Vinyl has competitive pricing and the fence turned out great. His crew was also knowledgeable and adhered to our schedule very closely.

This is the second time we have used this company. We have been impressed with the quality of the product and when they had to cut out some cement curbing they also removed it from my property, I was expecting to have to get rid of it myself.
