Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Scheduled a time with this company to come take care of some lawn work before an event I had planned, they never showed, never reached out, ended up having to cancel the event because they left me with no time to find another lawn care company. Completely unprofessional and horrible company. Would never recommend!

Called from California to get my sisters yard in Roanoke done. It was a horrible overgrown monster mess. He went within an hour to quote and gave me a great price. I would like to share my experience with Fresh Cuts Lawn Services, after losing my prior lawn service to commercial services only, I was referred to Robbie and I have been totally satisfied with him since. Robbie and his crew do a professional job and have great customer service if they cant show up for any reason you receive a phone call explaining why.
I have a business of my own and know how important customer service is! I also know word of mouth is the best advertising anyone can get. I would like to rate them with a definite 5 star review!

Very impressed, I will definitely ask them back next spring! We just moved into a house where the bushes and flower beds were neglected. Robbie and his crew worked their magic getting rid of weeds, installing new mulch, trimming the bushes, and even removed an overgrown bush from the back yard. Every detail looks great, even cleaning up before they left. Robbie is very personable and explains everything they're doing. My yard looks amazing!

Dishonest business practices. Robbie Jones called me today several times from 540-815-5302 stating they performed work for one of my tenants and he is now making threats if I do not pay for the work. I never authorized the work or even knew work was performed. Not sure why they expect me to pay for work I never hired them to do. Robbie says he plans to put a lien on my house and expects me to pay for work I never requested.

Excellent customer service. Recently moved to the area and needed someone to clean up my new yard. How lucky that I chose Fresh Cuts. They did a great job and cleaned up all debris. This summer I needed help with some overall clean up of my lawn. Fresh Cuts Lawn Care Inc. was very helpful by cleaning up the weeds and planting some new plants and flowers for me. I also found that their technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about their products. I can now say that I have a much healthier and greener lawn thanks to them!

I am one of those people who have always preferred to take care of his yard on his own; rather than hiring a yard service. Last summer I took a new Job that required be to be out of town. So I hired Fresh Cuts Lawn Care. I used them for mowing and tree removal services last summer and my yard looked great all summer long. Robbie and his crew went above and beyond for me last summer.
My only regret is I didn't start using them sooner. Fresh Cuts Lawn Care has earned my future Business, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any one of their many services.
