Don't waste your money or your time. While they were courteous and came out to our house promptly they did not solve our problem. First they told us that we had squirrels. So they repaired a couple holes and laid down "traps." They did not lay the traps in the areas of activity however, claiming they couldn't reach them. They never caught anything.

Then when we still had activity in our attic my husband had to fight tooth and nail for them to come out again. They then informed us that we had rats and it would require even more money to treat. Im not sure why they didn't identify the problem correctly first time considering they are supposed to be experts but almost $1,000 later and they are no longer answering our emails and we still have rats or squirrels or god knows what in our attic. So again don't waste your time or money and just treat the problem yourself.
