They were quick to come out to look at my property, but after that initial visit they completely ghosted me. Davis said he would get back "within the week" with an estimate, but I never heard from him again. I called the office 2 weeks after his visit and was told her was "behind" in his workload and that he would get back ASAP. Nothing. I called two more times, always a week apart, and got similar excuses from the office.
I have no idea why they would ghost me like that unless it's because I keep a rainbow flag in my yard and talked about my wife. Would hate to think they discriminate against LGBTQ+ households, but I can't think of another reason they would just not want thousands of dollars. I got another company to put my new fence in.

They built a fence for my newly built house. After 1 month the gate failed, and a long run started to lean due to them not putting the posts deep enough into the ground. It took over 15 phone calls over 3 months to finally get someone out to "fix it" now after a month we're back to a gate that doesn't work. DO NOT use Ingle Fence. Currently have my lawyer drafting complaints to the ACLB and AG.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They did a horrible job and at one place where the ground dipped down, instead of cutting longer boards to go from the ground to the top level of the other boards, they used short boards and took another board and ran it sideways to cover up the huge gap at the bottom.

I requested additional information regarding an estimate for a privacy fence repair. The original estimated price to complete the repair was $550. The company never followed up with me despite my multiple requests for scheduling the repair and providing an amended estimate for the repair. My lawn guy (who also does contractor work) completed the same repair within one day of request for $160. This company provides very inflated estimates and has poor customer service. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this business at all costs.

BEWARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, I would agree with the review that says there are a bunch of dopers that are probably wanted by law enforcement working for this company. Take my advice and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have listened to all the negative reviews. I have a fence that is already coming apart after being constructed just this year. I kind of wonder if the owner is not on dope because he has really screwed this company up.
I thought I could save a couple hundred dollars by going with this company but I should have just paid more and went with a company with better reviews. I guess you get what you pay for.

We had multiple issues using this company. There was a complete lack of communication between the person who drew the design and the people who installed it, which resulted in things not being done correctly. The quality is also terrible. We've had multiple boards on the fence start to fall off. They are incredibly slow to get back to you when you have a problem, if they ever do at all. We had to pay someone else to make repairs to the fence they built in February. I do not recommend using them.

Called last week to set up for an estimate. Was given a Monday 10:am appointment. At 9:55 I still had not heard from them. So I gave them a call to see if we we're still on for 10:. Who ever answered the phone informed me they don't do 10:am appointments. And she claimed to not remember our conversation. I would not recommend this company to build a Dog Kennel! Stear Clear of this place! VERY unprofessional! Don't waste your money!

Horrible Fence Company would not recommend them to build a dog house they did some work to my fence and packed it was a new fence called them back out to do some repairs that they did not do right the first time some of the repair work actually looks worse than what it did before they came out please do not waste your money on these people

We decided to get our fence done the same time as our neighbor was getting theirs done, signed contract same day and was told 3 to 4 weeks out. Six weeks later our neighbors was complete (it's okay) but ours was not. I was told it would be another couple weeks and when they still didn't show I was told I wasn't even on the schedule. I immediately asked for my deposit back and will go elsewhere.

Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new gates. They look GREAT! The guys did a wonderful job installing then and picking up afterwards. We drove around for weeks looking at old fences and gates to see how they seemed to hold up. Ingle fences tended to look better than most. We appreciate everyone and would definitely recommend and use Ingle again.

I contacted this company with a request for repairs since they originally put my fence up and they never called me back. This company was responsible for doing all of the fence jobs in my fairly new neighborhood some years back and did a poor job as most of the fence work around the neighborhood are falling apart. My pickets were placed using nails instead of screws, they were poorly spaced out, my double gate was poorly framed and now falling apart because they did not properly measure the wood for the frame, and there are several areas with large concrete spills around the posts that will need to be dug up. I do not understand why the previous owner allowed this.

Absolute crooks. Charged me $3,000 for a privacy fence around my small backyard, which was comparable to the other estimates I got. Came home to check on the work and only found the workers taking breaks, two days in a row. Finished product was a mess. Posts not firmly in the ground, pickets without proper fasteners. The salesman was rude and unhelpful.
I had to call and escalate the matter to the owner of the company who came out and talked to me like a child. They eventually came out and "fixed" the fence, but it's still messy and I highly doubt it will last the 10 years they say. This company has gone downhill since it changed owners.

This company is not for me, and probably not for you. I needed a simple 4ft wood gate adjusted, a gate that they previously installed. I was quoted $595 plus tax. Are you kidding me? No thanks. If it was installed correctly the first time (for the previous home owner) I wouldn't need them to fix it now.
