Texas Blue Lake Pools

Good job cleaning week to week but if you need any kind of maintenance or repair.forget it! Our pool was out of commission for a whole summer with promises of "you're on the schedule".

The management/staff have some serious personal reflection issues that need to be dealt with. I am baffled with what I witnessed take place outside the business and will definitely not set foot inside as a customer. One star is even a stretch.

I have heard that somebody from this establishment treated a friend of mine like garbage. Disrespectful people get disrespectful reviews.

1 start. this management deserve CERO. I hope your mom get treat the same way you treated my girlfriend. the funny thing is that you think you are badass guess what she is more hardworker than you a thousand times more because she is bringing food to your table, to your Walmart to your mini markets. She was looking for a spot to park so she can have a Power Nap and the gym.

The problem in this country is people like you, you deserve nothing sir. A lot of stuff I want to tell ya on front of you and you are lucky that I was not there sleeping in my truck. Be careful because I'm going to make a little visit to your place really soon. Treating like trash a hard worker lady? Give me a break you selfish human.

Gets supplies by having deliveries made on a semi truck but then treats drivers like they are sun human. Anyone who disrespects a female trucker in the way he did can't be too good at treating others well

I hesitated in buying a pool because I've always thought it was hassle/complicated to keep it treated correctly. The staff here set me up with everything I needed including super easy instructions. I've bought all my pool supplies from them this summer. Every time I go I've been greeted with a helpful smile and great staff! I would recommend them to anyone in need of pool supplies or questions. I absolutely love when a business has great customer service because that is hard to come by nowadays.

Great customer service. Love that young girl named Avery. Test our pool water and gets us what we need to get our pool right again. Thanks to their whole staff!

Make sure to read the edited: Wonderful place with knowledgeable staff. Edited: well I had my second experience with this company and I will never step through there doors. The president of the company is a very hateful woman. I had special ordered some products and she was very rude. I was working with a very wonderful person and she stepped in and made it well known that I was taking way too much of the companies time.

When I was working with the wonderful gentleman he was explaining the 2 different pumps and filters I could purchase from them for my new pool. I was going to make these extra purchases today on top of the special order I was picking up today. Once I called her on her ugliness she got even more hateful. Told me I was taking too long and so I told her I would just forget the filter and pump today and just get the items that had come in.

She said I will not sell these to you. And pulled them away from me at the check out desk. Needless to say I walked out and will not ever be back. I will not do business with a company that makes there clients feel they are an inconvenience. I will purchase everything I need elsewhere.

I called Tuesday and Wednesday to get an estimate and they told me he would call me back then on Friday when I called back again for the 3rd time they don't told me I would have to wait till Monday Because hes in Hereford working! I don't understand because I know they have phones in hereford! he could have easily called and set up an appointment with me!

I think it was so unprofessional for you to tell a customer for them to call back especially after they've called 2 or 3 times just trying to get estimate to use your company! I hope the next person that wants a pool by you guys doesn't get the same treatment!

Would recommend Texas Blue Lakes for anyone needing a pool. Shannon & Bryan are great in giving information

Highly recommended! Excellent customer service both on the phone and in the store. I went In with a water sample and they knew their stuff! Fast, courteous service!

I don't think they even deserve one star. Can't seem to finish a pool they started, it's going on 6 months.
