I am so impressed with Dynatek I tell everyone I know about their fantastic, skills and prices that have made them the GO TO security company in Wichita, Kansas. Things I found enjoyable was their care in setting up my home with the latest in state of the art equipment. Their care explaining to this customer how to get the most benefit out of the system and how it works. Did I mention the low cost for sooo much protection. We wanted to keep it local when we chose our security company, and we're so glad we went with Dynatek. In addition to our security system, we have extra peace of mind with smart smoke detectors and a water sensor near our sump pump in the basement. We also love being able to arm/disarm our system and change the thermostat from our phones. Best of all, they always respond quickly to our needs and provide great service!

Dynatek no-showed on an appointment. I called them to see where they were. He wanted to put me on hold and I said no, I was calling to cancel and he HUNG UP ON ME. Do NOT do business with these overpriced people.

I am with Mr. Smith. It happen to me as well. Charge me 170 for two hour work. I would of say it was more like a meet and Greet people. The explain the employees were there for 20 max on but occasions. There response we should of charge you restocking fee. If I did something wrong I do apologize. Left me scratching my head. Good luck!
