RESPONSE TO RESPONSE: Interesting how Hahn twists the facts. Repeat, we will not be using or recommending this company. I suggest you read all the negative, online reviews about them, including the BBB. UPDATE: Although Hahn's verbal estimate included replacing cement they tore up in our driveway, after nearly a year they finally got around to this portion of the job and then sent us a bill for ANOTHER $1,900. Hahn is a total rip-off and we have reported them to the City. Hahn was recommended by the City to perform work between the City water pipes and our home. Bahn's estimate was $5,000 but their bill came in at $9,500. When I protested, I was told the service man had kept us entirely apprised of rising costs, which was a flat out lie. We will NOT be using Hahn ever again.

I am so disappointed in my experience with Hahn plumbing, especially since they came so highly recommended. Over the phone I was clear in sharing that our bathroom sink drain had a hole where the branch for the pop-up stopper had fallen off. The plumber, Levi, came by and said that we needed a new drain but he didn't bring one with him because they got a new receptionist who "is nice but doesn't take good notes." So, he said he needed to go get one and that he'd be right back. An hour later Levi came back saying he got stuck at a train.
Once I got the invoice I saw that the receptionist was clear in her notes that there was a "hole in the drain at the bottom of the stopper." The receptionist was clear and I am disappointed that Levi would blame a co-worker. To me it seems like Levi took advantage of the situation and charged us $154 for the hour it took him to go get a drain that he should have brought in the first place.
I'm all about paying people for their time, but I don't like it when a plumbing company allows their plumbers to take advantage of their customers who are in a bind and want to get a problem fixed by a professional. If you're looking for a good plumber, go with Allen Heating and Air. We would have gone with them but they couldn't get to us fast enough. Update: Hahn Plumbing got in touch with me right away and refunded me the additional hour of work. They were very apologetic and helpful. I really appreciated how seriously they took my concern.

Plumber came out on time and spent a little over an hour replacing an external spigot on side of the house. The persons who I talked to did not say anything about the cost and I had to ask what the hourly rate was. At the end, the plumber did a good job but was very slow in his work. When I got the bill it included 2.25 hours for his one hour of work.
The office manager I called said that the charge for travel time to and from the work. I was never told of this in advance. The manager said she would take of 30 minutes from the bill. I told her if I had known they charge travel time I would not have used them

I'll start by saying that I was very appreciative that Hahn Plumbing was able to get me scheduled the same-day that I called. I had called four other companies and all of them were booked out for weeks. With that said, we will not be using Hahn plumbing again, and I would not recommend them. At the very least I would recommend those using them to get your total owed in writing before the plumber leaves your residence. - - - We needed a minor fix for a new bathroom faucet we put in.
Once the plumber arrived he new right away what needed to be fixed (he was very nice). He needed to return to the shop to pick up this part. Being that the service call included the first hour, and that the service charge was $154, I wanted to be sure that we stayed within the hour. He said his company was right down the road from us, the part was $9, and that it would only take him 10-15 minutes to replace. Cool.
When he went to leave, I asked if I could write a check. Due to COVID they are sending invoices rather than having the plumbers take payment. The following week I received a bill for $350. We were charged for two hours of work, totaling $308, and $40 in parts. When I reached out to the office to clear up the misunderstanding, they were unapologetic and, honestly, I'm pretty sure they didn't believe me.
They said that the clock actually starts from the moment the plumber leaves the shop to the moment he returns. It didn't matter that he was only at my house for 25 minutes. After speaking with the office manager she "split" the second hour with me. It was the "best they could do." I say if you're tech said it would only take an hour, you should only be charged an hour. Next time I will wait a few days and shop around to both get a better price & to make sure I won't get taken advantage of.

Originally charged me close to $1000 to snake the urinal. They then were called on a Saturday urinal having issues again. Tech was here for under 15 minutes but was charged $191 labor charge for 1 hour of work to discover a valve had gone faulty which i was told would be warrantied. Tech came back out to put in new valve was here for 22 minutes and was then charged another $269.50 for what company billed me 1.75 hours of labor.
When I called and as she studdard and stumbled to explain this nonsense and i said to be clear I am being charged close to $500 for a total of less than 45 minutes of labor to replace something I was told would be warrantied she began laughing at me. Stellar business model that I willl make sure to let people know about as often as I can.

I would not recommend this company. I asked them to inspect a water heater and provide a price to repair a pilot light problem. Water heater is less than 10 years old (repairable). They came out, and quickly said, without even diagnosing the problem, "its easier to replace than repair this, $1700 price". Easier for whom? For you novices out there, a good water heater is less than $500 at HDepot.
It takes 2-3 hours for me to replace a water heater, myself. That means they are asking roughly $400/hour for labor to replace a water heater. Are these lawyers or plumbers? Can you say, 'extortion'? While waiting for them to do what I asked them (diagnose the problem and give me a repair price), they also told my renters that I was delaying the replacement, so I could repair the water heater and it would take a week (without even finding out how long parts would take)!
My renter called me upset because the Hahn plumber says it will take a week to get the pilot light parts, and he will need a state inspector to look at the water heater (What the?), clearly trying to play the renter against me. One word-Wow. I am the client, not the tenant. On top of all that, they sent me a bill for $154 just for their helpful visit.
Their phone number doesn't work on their invoice, and they never told me they would charge $154 to drop by and visit. Nor do they respond to my emails questioning their fees.

Critical: Professionalism I called to have a garbage disposal repaired. The plumber I talked to said he would come by in the afternoon after finishing another project. He told me he would call to let me know when he was finished. I never heard from him. I could have called another plumber but instead spent all day waiting around. Not professional.

Hired Hahn Plumbing & Heating to replace our sewer line in Old Town after we scoped it and realized it needed to be replaced. They did an exceptional job! The stayed on the timeline they told us and their crew was extremely professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services in Fort Collins.
