We love Matt from Zimmerman's! He's so friendly, respectful and professional. He covers your flooring immediately and then goes to work. He's efficient and takes the time to answer any questions you might have. We never need to worry about our boiler system not working properly after he leaves. Matt's a rockstar! My husband and I are both realtors and we would not hesitate to recommend Zimmerman's to our clients, friends and family!

We bought a house recently, and by dumb luck I had several plumbing issues one day between two business trips - toilet replacement and a few broken valves. They were able to get a technician (Matt) out the same day, answered every question I had, and had the issue fixed quickly. Everyone was also upfront and reasonable about pricing, and could not be more polite. I highly recommend Zimmerman and will be calling them again in the future.

Hot water heaters need maintenance and it was time to back flush this 75 gallon beast. Zimmerman's took care of this and installed a better tank drain valve with 1/4 turn handle. They also fixed a leaking pipe connection. Now it is very easy for us to flush the tank periodically. The tech. could get to work right away because the tank was already drained when he arrived. Dan Wood would not quote a price other than $110 for the trip charge.

That was not what I wanted to hear. Zimmerman's listened then followed up after some research and called back with full pricing and only a $69 trip charge. That is professionalism. The tech. made suggestions which led to badly needed maintenance on the water softener system. The filter had not been changed in 5 1/2 years and the salt tank was full of dirt at the bottom! Zimmerman's tech saved the day by mentioning these other routine maintenance items that were quickly taken care of.

Before this service the hot water ran out of the faucets with a honey brown haze. Now the hot water is clear and is hotter while still set at the same tank temperature. We had a new water heater installed. They do a quality job. The whole process was smooth and easy. It was a bit expensive ($2500 for 40 gallon water heater installed).

Our commercial water heater completely blew out the bottom about 11am. Without hot water, we cannot operate. We called Zimmerman and we were told their guy would be there in an hour. They were and within 5 minutes of arrival, we had a quote. We were also informed there was a water heater in stock, and it could be installed that that afternoon. The guys had the old heater out and a new 90-gallon water heater installed by 4pm the same day.

We were able to open the next day. We have used Zimmerman and their sister companies, Roto Rooter and Clean Earth for years. With that kind of professionalism, it is hard to go anywhere else. Keith and Lisa Langdon Full City Cafe

Thank you Steve at Zimmerman Plumbing & Heating Service. Determined issue with water pressure was a faulty pressure switch and installed a new one. Also removed old iron water softener which was obsolete. We suspect another company (no longer in business) pulled one over on prior owner--no need for an iron water softener. We've been using Zimmerman for all our plumbing needs since we moved to our house in 2012. We will continue using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Did good work but very expensive. 1 hour of work for $200 labor and $20 dollars to use a special tool. The $70 dollar trip fee tacked on to everything is ridiculous. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

According to google a rocking business deserves a rocking review. Zimmerman plumbing has given my business great service, fast, and answered my questions in regards to my plumbing issues. I cant thank them enough!
