Serenity Kitchen & Bath

I cannot say enough good about Serenity Kitchen and Bath, Steve, and all his guys! From the very beginning with designing the kitchen and choosing materials to all the work of gutting the kitchen and then building a completely new space, the whole team was respectful, professional, hard-working. They got the entire job down within the timeframe they gave me from the beginning.

They did a fantastic job. It's not only beautiful but also done at a very high level of professionalism. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose Serenity for our kitchen renovation!

We had Serenity Kitchen & Bath remodel and update our kitchen, as well as do some repairs and a small remodel on a bathroom. We had never had a professional remodel done on a house, and Steve and his crew made the whole thing as stress free as possible. From picking out materials and flooring to the finished product and everything in between, Steve, Chris and the rest of the team at Serenity Kitchen & Bath were amazing.

They were on time, respectful, professional, and did amazing work. We are so pleased with the quality of work and the guys themselves we will be using them again in the future for our other bathroom. 12/10 would definitely recommend!

Steve Neeley was great with Serenity. Absolutely love the new bathroom. I love the floors! High quality work and priced well compared to alternatives we shopped in town. Kristian, who did most of the on-site work was excellent. Johnny the tiler with That One Guy did fantastic as well. We chose to paint walls and the cabinet ourselves which you'll see in the pics.

This was the first real remodel when have done in our home and it was the replacement of a master walk in shower that was outdated. Steve was great guiding us through the design process. Our installer Matt could not have been better. He was always on time, never left a mess, but most importantly asked questions during the project when he came to a place he thought we needed to decide to go left or right.

We had some very intricate tile work and other detailed items and he is truly a master craftsman. Our end result was better than we could have hoped for and I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them (make sure you try and get Matt on your project) without hesitation. There are photos of the end result on the Serenity Facebook site and are worth taking a look. I told Steve at the end of the project that the only downside was going to be my water bill going up from staying in the shower too long!

We wanted to remodel our bathroom that had a vinyl tub/shower spa and replace it with a custom tiled shower, replace the flooring, and replace the counter and sink. We signed the contract at the end of September and the project was started on December 3, 2020. It took them 10 working days to get everything completed (except for the glass doors). O'Neill glass measured for the glass doors on December 18 and they were installed on January 8.

The shower is perfect and we love the flooring and new sink and counter. The shower is 5' and has a bench at the one end. Matt did a wonderful job and was so professional and so precise with everything. He put down the flooring as well as doing the tile work, installing the counter and sink, and doing all the plumbing. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Steve Neeley, the owner, answered text messages promptly and was patient with us as we asked questions. Serenity did a great job remodeling two bathrooms. The team did a great job from tear out to finish. Friendly, always on time and careful to protect flooring and clean up every evening. The tile work looked great very happy with everything. Steve quickly came to give a estimate after calling and time frame for project. Definitely would recommend and will use again for next project.

Serenity completed a full kitchen remodel for my family. The process went smoothly albeit messy. The Serenity team was responsive and upfront about the process. They were also patient through the decision making process. I would recommend and plan to use again on a bathroom project!

We had our old kitchen torn out and a new one put in. We couldn't be happier with the results. Both the functionality of the redesign and how beautiful it looks. My wife still raves about both the beauty and the extra space we gained without tearing down any walls. Aside from how nice it looks, I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and the attention to detail put into it. It's rare to find people that pay attention to all the little details, but this team did.

Overall, my wife and I thought Serenity Kitchen & Bath did a great job. Steve's crew was great to work with and very personable. Despite some occasional miscommunication, Steve continued to work with us and made sure we were happy in the end.
