Tony came by to fix a few termite baits that were too high above ground for mower. I inquired about mosquito extermination and he happily stated he had the product on truck and could do treatment while he was there. He contacted his office and was able to negotiate a discount on the services and told me no contract needed. He then proceeded to treat my yard.
He was very knowledeable, helpful, and very friendly in answering all my questions. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with his visit. Would definitely recommend this company and Tony is your guy!

Extremely responsive, professional and friendly. I had a tight window that I would be available & they made that happen - the owner of the company showed up along with two other trucks that just happened to be in the area to assist in making the deadline I had! Very satisfied with the service provided. We have been with this company using their termite baiting system and decided to add general pest and mosquito. Our tech is always on time and communicates every service that is being completed. We really value the communication since we had a horrible experience with a new tech from the last company we used. Definitely recommend!

I'm a property manager and manage over 50 listings and ProCare is the absolute worst pest company that we have worked with over the past couple years. We have had to remove them as pest control team from all our properties but one and the only reason they are still managing that one property is because they are the cheapest. Over the past couple years, we have had bad roach problems and they still come back even though ProCare has been treating this property for years.
They have such high turnover with their technicians they are always sending out a new tech who has no idea what they are doing every time they treat. Other pest control companies send out qualified and experienced technicians who are assigned to treat your home and make sure they identify the root cause of why you are having bug problems in the first place.
They may charge $5 or $10 more but they actually help get rid of the pest problem. When you work with a company that charges less than their competitors, its because they only hire people who are willing to work for lowest wage that industry offers. In the end you get what you pay for. Communication is terrible. They just show up when they want to. I've been working with them for years and they still can't refer to me by my correct name in their automated communication system.
They are also terrible about retreatment. If you see bugs, you better hope they have availability to help you because it can take WEEKS for them to come out for a retreatment. That is if you can even get ahold of them. It's a slog to even get in contact with them with their overly complicated phone communication system. If you are a new customer they will act fast to get you signed up but if you are a current customer you are definitely deprioritized.

ProCare is absolutely fantastic! They actually recruited us via their door to door sales. I rarely open the front door -- usually only for an Amazon delivery -- but just so happened to open it that day and meet John (the owner) along with one of the salesmen. Though I generally avoid these kinds of interactions, I enjoyed our conversation, and my husband and I decided to make the switch.
They have now been out to our house three times for general pest services and twice for mosquito spraying. My husband typically strikes up a long conversation with anyone completing work on our home and has been very impressed with the ProCare technicians (particularly compared to our previous pest company). In addition to being impressed by the technicians, I've also had a couple conversations with John regarding our account and billing and have been very impressed by him as a person. I know that switching pest control services can be a minor nuisance, but it's worth the inconvenience to switch to ProCare.

I have very happy with Procare. Their spray is safe for pets, which is important to me. They service inside and outside. They are very flexible when I need to change the appointment window, and they actually come within that window. They came in and did a General Pest Service. They were very professional and took care of the interior and exterior of my home in a timely manner. First service is free, then you get service/treatment every 3 months, but they will come and service/treat anytime within the 3 months if any new pest's arise or if you would like something specific taken care of. I would definitely recommend due to the price and for the work they do, and do a good job!

Service was great, the sales rep who came to my home talked through everything and listened to my needs as a homeowner. I really appreciated the variety of options, eco friendly and safe products are extremely important. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the initial sales rep who came to my door wasn't wearing a mask. Please make that a practice going forward! The techs who came to service followed all safety protocols by masking and distancing both inside and out. Greatly appreciated.

Adam came and did pest control inside and out and installed stations for termites. He was very professional and friendly. He did a great job, especially on the outside where he swept away all the spider webs etc on windows, doors, deck etc. The day before Adam came to do the work I spoke with John, the owner. He explained in detail the pricing, the installation & the pro & cons. I'm very happy with decision to install stations.
So pleased with the quick and thorough service I received. Very Reasonable prices. I'm signing them up to service my rental house in Marietta. I highly recommend ProCare Pest.

They regularly missed scheduled appointments, changed times without any notification, and always had unprofessional personal excuses about why they were unable to perform the basics. More importantly, they did not do a good job. There were always still living bugs in my home and lots of mosquitoes outside. I had to call them for a reservice almost every single month, sometimes more than once.
My new bug guys come once every three months and I haven't needed a reservice yet. Additionally, they dropped us with no warning, on a day they were supposed to service my property. They were extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time from start to finish. The only positive experience I had with them was being dropped as it led to finding an actual good pest control company.

Highest rating for Procare. The technicians are all very professional, courteous and polite. They text me to confirm appointments and they also call 30 minutes ahead before they arrive. Plus, no bugs here! They do it all from run of the mill insects, to termite control, and I've had them take care of some rodents. All done at very competitive rates. I've been with them for over 2 years now and I would not switch.
The exclusion contract was a couple hundred less than others, and to renew each year is so worth it and minimal for peace of mind. I also like that the technicians always cover their shoes when the enter our home.

Was not home to speak with Shawn about what we were seeing at the house (my mother spoke with him), but he made sure to call back afterwards detailing all that he had done and what to look out for. His demeanor was overall very friendly and informative. Overall a good experience, the only concerning issue I had was that I was told by the receptionist Mandy, that Shawn would be coming to the house around 2-3 pm today 11/21/2018, and would call 30 min prior to heading over so that I could leave work to be there.
I received a call at 8:48 am stating that Shawn was already outside the house and that Mandy had put us down for "open window of time" (she was very professional/courteous as well (not sure where the time change came from on her end), I just would have liked for us to stick to the original time so that I could have been there to really explain the pest problem that we have been having). Thanks.

Pro care sent out a representative to assess our need and gave a reasonable quote the same day we contacted them. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the suggestions made and the work done. We continue to use Procare Pest Services for our pest needs in the future.

I see that Procare is rated number one on Yelp, and rightly so. I have used them for a little over two years, changing from our previous service company that was charging quite a bit more. Procare is very responsive to my needs, and I like their philosophy of treating the outside regularly, which should take care of any problems inside, but if there are problems, they will come back to retreat and/or come inside for treatment.
We had ants recently, coming in the kitchen window, and the technician traced the ants to the mound and solved our problem! Interestingly the ants were in the AC unit, and the technician told me that he had seen that many times, and sometimes the ants will cause the unit to blow! Beware! I highly recommend Procare because of their price, their service, and the integrity of the owner and his workers. Just give them a try. You won't regret it!
