3in1 Bathroom & Kitchen Refinishing

Great company. We've used them multiple times and they really can make a old tub/shower look nice again. Great option for people that can't afford to do a new tile shower.

This is a 1 star review because they did a 2 star job and it took them 2 tries. This turned out to be the pivotal disaster that blew up the timeline on our remodeling project. (The refinishing is extremely invasive and must be heavily ventilated for a full day afterward.) Jonathan actually closed all our windows before he left the first time, which made the entire floor of our building stink.

The first attempt was so bad that the guys who recommended 3in1 were beside themselves trying to escape culpability. It was a total trainwreck. 3in1 agreed to redo the job, but even then they left some sharp pointy spots in the tub and overall left it in a barely tolerable state that we simply had to accept as good enough. Jonathan apparently dumped some of the debris down our drain for good measure. I would highly recommend avoiding this company. I wish I had been more skeptical of the guys who recommended them; maybe I would have checked their reviews first.

I had this company refinish in the inside of our claw foot tub. The communication of this company and their general attitude was very poor. Knowing what I know now, I would not use them.

Amazing finished product, staff, and customer service! My entire project took less than a week to complete from estimate to finished product. We absolutely love our resurfaced shower enclosure and beautiful frames glass shower doors. I love that we did not have to demo our entire shower enclosure we only needed to resurface to have the same feel and look of a brand new shower. The price was unbeatable! Customer service outstanding!

Guys were very professional and did a great job. Bathtub looks brand new. I used to be embarrassed when guests came to stay but no more!

Shauna gets an A plus for customer service. I called looking for some super last minute bathtub repair because my house was going to be inspected for sale, Shauna totally worked with me, sent out a tub guy the next day! The guy did a great job, was here about an hour, in and out like a ninja. I can't say enough about the customer service, Shauna did me a genuin favor, she took the time to understand my situation and because of that, i would recommend her and 3in1 to everyone.

I work for a property management company and have been using 3in1 to assist me in my turnovers. My POC is Mauricio and he is great! He communicates well, follows up before AND after the work is done. There was damage done to the counters after being sprayed and Mauricio was kind enough to touch it up. Thank you guys!

I have been dealing with 3in1 for over 2 years now. I run facilities for a large group of apartments in the Irvine area and rely on them to do all my bathtub and countertop refinishing. First, let me say that dealing with Shauna, is the easiest part of my day. I deal with vendors ranging from light construction to carpeting. Shauna is always easy to reach and more than willing to accommodate my hectic turnover schedule.

That is really useful during my crunch time from April through October. The actual crews that come out to our apartments are clean, polite, and respectful of other residents in nearby apartments. I can say that I never get complaints about refinishing smells even during the hottest days of the summer. I have had 3inOne do as many as 3 tubs and a set of countertops in one day.

They come prepared for the job. As an example, I have had some older tubs that a predecessor elected to repair by inserting tub liners. When water gets between the liner and the original tub surface.what a debacle. 3inOne has come in and done about a dozen tubs like this bringing them back to almost new. We go with standard gloss white finish with the non-slip bottom.

All residents get care instructions and the tubs hold up very well after refinishing. If you have old veneer countertops with burn marks or chips.the work to restore these is unbelievable. They have a variety of colors to choose from. We even had the old kitchen counters in our office redone. We even had them do the old stainless steel sink. I have been very pleased with my business partnership with 3inOne. They are professional and do excellent work. I have not had any warranty issues or problems at all.

I was very happy with how quick I was able to have them come fix my bathtub. I appreciated they called to confirm the time they were arriving the night before. Manuel arrived at my house at 9 o'clock on the dot, he was very professional. My bathtub looks brand new. He did an excellent job cleaning up after himself. I am very happy with the entire process from getting a quote to having my tub repaired.

I highly recommend 3in1 Bathroom. They refinished my bathtub perfectly last week without having to remove the glass door which I was told by other companies was required. Angel and his associate were incredibly polite, wore their masks and were very respectful of my home in these challenging times. I will use them again for my shower remodel!

In 2012 they repaired my bathtub. It was reasonable and done well. We where all happy. In the last two days I have spent hours on the internet asking for the same repairs to be done in two weeks from now. Price has increased 2.5 times, had fill out all kinds of internet forms and two weeks ahead of time they want my credit card number. Haven't even come to my house. Want all kinds of conditions ahead of time but none from them Very disappointed from how they treated me in 2012

BE AWARE! Do not trust them. They supposedly offer a 2-year warranty but they find every reason to not honor it. Our tub and sink started to peel within the first 6 months. We contacted them immediately & they came out and were belligerent! Look at all the 1-star ratings. They process is expensive and now we have to pay another company to do it again.

David arrived right on time and refinished both of my bathtubs - he did a fantastic job! I am thrilled with the results and his attention to detail. My bathtubs look brand new and sparkling white. He took great care of the surrounding areas as well. I highly recommend David and 3 in 1.

Who knew you could bring a bathtub (or shower) back from the dead? Apparently these guys! We are a property management company and we rely on 3in1 to handle all of our tub and shower refinishing. When they are done bathrooms look like they were just remodeled. A newly finished tub mean all signs or rust or peeling are eliminated. All of this and they are fast, friendly and very, very fast. Highly recommend them!

I am a property manager. I have used this company for different properties and have had issues on the tub refinishing. If you dont have the whole enclosure refinished they dont warranty it. I have had tubs peel after a few months and they will not cover it. I can go on about how much work it is to get scheduled, then they show up and wait a few min then leave. Now they want to schedule later when I have a move in the next day. Bad customer service, scheduling and product.

Quality of work doesn't last. Was it worth it? No. The prerequisite I was told is that repairs are only done if the peeling is reported early. In my case the peeling happenned quickly and my tenants didn't notify me immediately. Regardless, what good is the work if it's not robust enough to stand up to a running shower. Communications with the company was dismal.

No ownership nor acknowledgement of the problem. My properties where I had work done was Logan Ave. I also had a tub on Elvado Way that had to be redone twice. My 2star is for the robustness of this company's work.

Tenant review : well just an amazing job. I'm super impressed. The technician was sangron (crude) but so was I.so that evens the score. We didn't have a shower for 2 days so that put us in a pickle but at the end it was worth it. Good job. Thank you.

I just had Nelly from 3 in 1 leave after buffing out my kitchen counter-tops. I wanted to take some time to let the public know what a professional, high quality business this is. I dealt with company president Eddie Estrada via phone and e-mail. It was an overall great experience. From setting up the appointment to the final visit I felt I was being taken care of.

I am a homeowner who is getting my place ready to sell. 3 in 1 has allowed me to prepare my kitchen for marketing photos without having to do a major remodel. The staging company who is working with my real estate agent recommended 3 in 1 and they were right on. I wish I had taken before pictures so I could send them along. What a difference! I highly recommend 3 in 1 for the quality of their work and for the professional way they treated me.

I had to have the sink resurfaced due to an error on my part and Eddie had Nelly right back out here. Eddie communicated with me throughout the project and I never felt neglected which is important when someone has several projects going on at once. If anyone; apartment owner, business owner, or a homeowner like me needs to enhance a bathroom or kitchen, 3 in 1 is the place to start. I highly recommend them and am very pleased with the end results.

This company is great, I've used them 2 times and have no complaints whatsoever. They use Safe environment chemicals and that's why I chose them. Recommend 100%

My mom had originally used this company to reinforce and refinish a shower pan in the guest bathroom a few years ago. My family and I moved in with my mom and used the guest bathroom regularly and noticed it started cracking because the pan had not been properly reinforced. We were happy to see the work was still under warranty, and after some some initial pushback and a few emails back and forth, this company eventually honored the warranty and did a great job repairing and reinforcing the shower pan.

I had to subtract a star because communication was not as responsive as I would've wished, and there were some minor issues with punctuality, but in the end they still ended up doing a great, professional job thankfully.

I use 3 in 1 for all my vacant cleaning, tub and counter top refinishing needs.for the price, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better outfit for the quality of work!

Had my bathtub redone, peeled off after less than a month. They came back and refinished it again, a few months later, peeled off again. Took some pictures and sent it to them, an inspector came and looked into it, received a phone call from Shawna, very rude informing me that the peeling is not covered by warranty. I guess it peeled by itself. Will never go back to this Company and will tell everybody during our monthly HOA meeting to never go with this company! If there is a negative star I would have clicked it a million times!

I had my tub refinished by 3in1 several years ago. I recently called them to repair a few spots. The first time I called I was told someone would call me back to schedule. No one called back. Several weeks later I called again. This time I was asked to send pictures of the areas I wanted repaired. I sent pics and they sent me back a document to review and sign.

It was for a complete refinish for over $1200. I reminded the assistant I did not need a refurbish and asked for a new estimate. She stated that the color probably would not match and there would be no warranty. I said ok and scheduled. I confirmed I had an appointment a few days before and again the day before only to be told the day of that she had not actually scheduled me. Oh bother I was mad. I will go somewhere else.

I recently purchased a condo in the Otay Ranch community of Chula Vista. The condo itself was in great condition, except for the scratched white kitchen sink, the stained kitchen tiled countertop, and the three stained bathroom sinks and countertops. Rather than replacing everything (buying new), I decided to give 3in1 a call. I used them a little over a year ago when I lived in Oceanside and was very impressed with the quality of their work.

I know that I could've left the condo as is especially since it's only 15 years old, but considering their affordable prices, I new the upgrades would give the place a modern look. I called on a Monday afternoon and Eddie scheduled me for an early Tuesday estimate appointment. On Tuesday morning, he came to my place at the accorded time.

He gave the sinks and countertops a look and gave me a price and approximate time of labor on the spot. He said the work would be done on two different days because I decided to use two different colors on all sinks and countertops - white sinks and cappuccino countertops. At this time, he scheduled me for the first session to start the following Monday and for work to be completed by Wednesday.

My only request was that Salvador took care of the refinishing. I requested him because he was the technician that came out to my previous residence a little over a year ago. On Monday, my girlfriend and I left for work and planned not to come back home until Thursday after work to let the place air out for 24 hours. On Tuesday morning, I received a call from Eddie who let me know the work had been completed Monday afternoon and that I would be able to sleep there Tuesday night.

When I returned Tuesday night, the place looked great! I decided to take pictures this time to share with you all. A+ service, A+ work! Give them a call, check out their work and what they have to offer before you let these reviews, good or bad, influence your decision.

They came to refinish my bathtub and they did a good job, it has been almost two years since they came and it still looks really good. Very happy with the work they did.
