Robco Fence & Deck

Robco installed a fence for my neighbor. They left trash, nails, and cigarette butts all along my property. All the dirt they dug up was placed on my property. They killed my grass. I along with my neighbor ended up cleaning it up since they would not come back in a timely manner. Eventually after many phone calls they came and placed seed out in the areas where the grass was killed.

They came back today to work on my neighbor's fence. I discovered they left nails, cigarette butts, and trash. Additionally disturbed the grass growing in. They tore down my stake for my survey as well. One of her replaced boards is broken at the bottom. Horrible company with no respect for other's property. More phone calls to deal with this trespassing.

Our fence install went very smoothly and turned out perfect. Robco was quick to respond and very easy to work with. We would HIGHLY recommend Robco.

Robco did a great job for us with our Fence. I would give them 5 stars but we are still waiting for our post caps to be installed and it took calling to schedule another visit by the installers to complete the job after we were informed the job was complete. They also hit one of our irrigation system lines that was marked, but they did fix it so that was major plus for them.

Aside from these small hiccups I believe they earned the 4 star review. We chose Robco based on their reviews but their price was fair and comparable to other fence installers in the area. Thanks Robco!

I am so glad my husband and I stumbled across Robco Fence & Deck. Wayne was incredibly helpful and sincere when I met with him for an estimate. And even after his part was done, I was able to text or call him about any questions or concerns, and it was taken care of immediately. I felt like we were important, and that our happiness with the outcome was first and foremost to them. If your looking for a top notch fencing company, look no further.

Pretty much everything went well for me. I found Robco on Google whille looking for a contractor to replace about 300 lineal feet of dog eared picket fence in my back yard. They made the whole experice a lot easier than i expected. I was able to talk to people or communicate via email. There were no surrises, well except for the price. They were lower than I though they would be.

I did get another bid, but I went with Robco because of the person that came out to talk to me about the work. He was easy to deal with and asked me questions that I wouln’t have thought about. I expected the work to take 3 days because of some particular conditions, but it only took 2. The guys that did the install actually work for Robco. I work in the construction industry and that fact was one of the many reasons I chose them. I highly recomend them.

My experience with Robco was amazing from start to finish. Chris came out last year to give me a quote, but due to job issues I had to put the project off until this year. He came back out to give me an updated quote, and was so amazingly nice, respectful, and professional that I was reminded why I had decided to go with Robco months ago. As a woman, I often have to deal with condescension from contractors or companies but I never had any issues at all with Robco.

We were expecting several days of heavy rain when my fence was initially set to be installed, but the crew worked around the rain and everything wasn't delayed very long. I'm very happy with my entire experience with Robco and my fence looks absolutely amazing. I'm so happy they genuinely cared about my project and did such amazing and quick work. I would recommend them to friends, family, neighbors, and anyone else that would listen. If I ever have need for another fence I know hands down I will use them again.

Every aspect of this project with Robco was professional. I did a fair amount of research before even contacting fencing companies for an estimate, so Robco passed those background checks (Angie's List Better Business Bureau, Google, Nextdoor) with flying colors.Their estimator was timely, thorough and more straightforward (regarding permits, especially) than the other two estimates we received.

Their price was competitive. The communication through their Web site was great. They secured our permit for us.The crew showed up on time and did a great job on the fence. They were courteous and cleaned up perfectly. There was good follow-up and our fence was approved by the city with no issues. Easy payment through the Web site. I wish all of my projects were handled this professionally. I can highly recommend Robco without any hesitation.

I ran across their website while searching for fence builders, so we reached out for an initial estimate. I already had the yard dimensions and knew the style of fence that we wanted, so those were provided in the initial request.

I chose RobCo because they have good Google reviews and they provide global services (fences + deck, etc). James came to make a quotation about 4 weeks ago, he was early, it went great. Since then I have sent RobCo about 5 or 6 emails and called them about 3 or 4 times to ask them to revert to me with a quote.

We have been please with Robco so far, they were quick to come meet with us at our property. Took a little while to get a proposal and get scheduled, but we are very excited to see the final product now that we have signed our proposal.

Robco installed our fence and we are very pleased with the quality of service. They came on time and completed the job very efficiently. Cleaned up afterwards too. Very professional and high quality workmanship.
