JM landscaping does super great work. Our yard looks amazing! Communication could be better.

Good luck getting these people to show up for the work. They gave me a plan, price and promises. They promise to show up and never do. I can't believe they're still in business. This went on for over a year - shame on me. Finally found a reputable company and now have a beautiful berm in my backyard.

Would leave no stars if possible. First dealt with Blake the owner who seemed professional and excited to do our backyard Burm. Met to do the plans and pick out plants and design. Set up timeframe for project then he became nonexistent and would not respond to emails or calls. Several times a woman called to schedule the work for the next week but no one showed.

Almost 2 years and still no JM Landscape work. Hired a real company and complete and beautiful in 3 months. Shame Blake and his company waste so many peoples time with promises and pretty pictures.

We would rate - JM landscaping Very Poor!! We hired them a year ago and gave them $500.00 down payment. Blake never did the job and kept all of the money. Refused to return calls and kept putting us off, until we ended up hiring someone else. We would never recommend them for anything... We have contacted the Better Business Bureau about JM landscaping

We contracted Blake for a $30,000+ landscaping job at our home. He designed the layout, we approved the design and days later met him to pick out landscaping brick for the patio. He was difficult to get in contact with and moved our start date repeatedly. We were first told mid-June, then the end of June, mid July to the beginning of August. Then he came back to our house to review the plan again, of which - we already approved months before - a stall technique?

So okay, we met with him again, reviewed the plan again. He never requested a down payment nor sent an invoice. Weeks went by - we heard nothing from him. I sent an email asking for an explanation and clarification of our project's start date - now being late August. No reply. My husband called, left messages - nothing. In December, I saw him in Starbucks in De Pere meeting another client.

After he was finished and his client left, I approached him and requested an explanation of his behavior. He initially acted like he did not know me, then pretended to be flustered and apologetic, stated he needed to get in touch with my husband and this is not how he conducts business - well, indeed, it is how he conducts business. We're proof. Now a month later - still no word. Absolutely terrible.

Came to initial meeting on time and the Designer did a great job designing our patio. Thorough design, quality products and saved us money with their ideas. Had great plant recommendations as well.

Blake and his experienced team did an awesome job on adding huge stone steps from the upper patio down to our new lower patio with fire pit, lighted pillars and sitting wall. Blake and team were great to work with! He has an artistic/creative design skill as does several of his lead employees. He delivered a better finished project than we expected. We strongly recommend JM Landscaping. We just needed to be patient with Blake as he doesn't control the weather and a wet year it has been.

Blake and Team created our backyard paradise. We had a few issues with lawn coming up but he followed through and repaired it. I would definitely recommend and will call him next time i need landscaping done. Thank you Blake!

Blake is very creative with his designs. He did good job of listening to what we wanted.we had some initial concerns about a few things after he did the job, but I have to say that he did work hard to satisfy us. I can’t ask for more that. I would do business with him again.

Blake and crew did a full lawn/landscaping install, as well as a large paver patio on our new construction home about 3 years ago. While we've had a few issues pop up over the years, Blake has come out and addressed our concerns and cleaned up any issues that we had.

I can't say enough about Blake and his crew. They were simply amazing. Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable. They turned our backyard from an ok deck area to amazing! The new patio is gorgeous! They also did an awesome cleanup job after they finished. Would definitely recommend them!

I had my lawn put in late summer 2014. It rained a lot so they ended up putting the netting with hay and seed in. They overlapped the netting with hay and seed by approx. 4-6 inches so nothing grew there. I literally had stripes inches wide throughout my lawn where nothing grew because the netting, where it overlapped, was so thick the grass that did grow just rotted.

I must have called Blake 50 times to get some help throughout the spring, summer and fall of 2015. I had plants that did not make it through their first winter and to this day have never been replaced. He didn't return my phone calls. My lawn looks great now, but only because of extensive work I personally put into it. They wouldn't even give me some seed to put in the areas where grass didn't grow.

I was even stupid enough to give JM a good referral to a very wealthy neighbor who would have been a great customer for him for many years to come. He went to her home, told her he would give her quotes, I believe she told me 3 different ways, and she never received anything from him. She too tried to call him. He didn't return any of her phone calls either, I can only assume because I made the referral. Very disappointing.

Our patio and landscape exceeded my expectations! It is absolutely gorgeous! I am looking forward to the fall nights by the fire enjoying a glass of wine. JM Landscape takes pride in what they do. Everything was just right and they made sure we were happy.

Tree under warranty and wouldn't replace or return phone calls after several attempts.
