I am very happy with my wrought iron fence. I have a slopping lot, and the fence follows the contour of the land. It is custom made for my property. The workers are fast, efficient, and hard working. The price was a bit more that the other bids, but it is well worth it. Service: Iron fence installation

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Simply put, set an appointment and they did not show up. I came in from Houston to get a gate software transferred so I waited all day in my car for them to show up at the property. Called multiple times but "Greg" was not available, nor was the manager. Left voicemails but neither ever called back.

Quality Fence did an amazing job replacing my fence. Their crew was extremely polite and hardworking. I'm very happy with the final product and will use them again next time!

Very poor customer service a sales man by the name of Larry. I believed either hi is to old or he needs more training on takimg.care customer. Not a cheap place to purchase fence. To your responseot doesn't matter if you have a sales person by the name of Larry or not. What is the important issue here is welcome customers in the right way

Trash they can do fences a bunch of high paid sub contractors. They just Mark up equipment about 3 times to make a bundle off of dumbies. Won't even sale materials like they used to. Try de la Garza fencing they are great

My project turned out beautiful in a timely manner. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Glad I went with these guys. They did fantastic

I purchased a home 1.5 years ago and Quality Fence Welding put the fence in. Well let's just say the fence didn't even make it a year. I have had nothing but issue with the fence leaning, the pickets look like they were re-used, and the 2x4 to brace the panels aren't even the correct length. I have been fighting with my builder to get this fixed, so they called Quality Fences to come fix the problem. However, when talking with Richard (works for Quality Fence) he said he would take care of it and get it right.

Well a week has gone by and they had a guy come out and repair a couple of the pickets and the leaning part however, there are a ton of pickets and 2x4 that still need to be replaced. I talked to him about it and he said his company has gone above and beyond to fix the fence. If that were true, I wouldn't be here writing a bad review. Come to find out my builder PAID Quality Fence to fix the issues, Quality Fence didn't do the work for free and they surely did NOT go above and beyond to fix the fence.

I would stay FAR FAR away from this company if you are looking for a fence to last longer than a year. I have attached some pictures from the fence, to prove I'm not making this up.

I read a lot of positive reviews about this fencing company and was very excited for them to do some work for me. They came out to evaluate my work for the estimate back on 20 April (I had to wait a few weeks to get them out there, which was fine). I was told I would have an estimate within two days of 20 April. It's now 4 May - I have called the office three times and emailed them. Still no estimate. I'm very disappointed.

Totally disappointed in this company. The fence they built was great no complaints until now. The manual lock they installed is broken. I called to schedule someone to come out and fix it. Since my warranty has expired they told me there would be a $500 minimum charge for them to come out. Yes $500 for them to come look at a broken lock that they. installed.

This is ridiculous. If you want a a nice fence that will cost you a minimum of $500 to fix any issue then this is the company for you. I will be sure to let my growing subdivision know of this company policy.

The installers have to be recognized for their very hard work and attention to detail. You and the crew took all our needs into consideration and went above and beyond of what we expected. Their clean up was thorough and had no impact on our lawn. Those are very, very hard workers, respectful, polite; and God bless them.

We are very pleased with the work which has been done to this point. Their approach demonstrates teamwork and a firm commitment to get through each phase of the project on time whatever the obstacle.

I can't thank you enough for all the trouble you have gone through to help us with this matter. From start to finish your company has been top notch all the way.

Your crews were able to quickly turn around the many custom and unique features of the park and the 4.5+ miles of fencing and railing. We have a long history of working together after my many years in the homebuilding business, but this project has special significance above all others.

Zero star but they don't have that. Don't bother to call this company. Their sales rep is too busy or lazy to respond to you. I guess they are not that hungry.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a fence company. After several appointments with less than competent sales associates this company has now failed to honor their contract or their word.

I called Quality Fence to see if they could send someone out to our home to recommend a repair on an iron gate that wouldn't latch correctly. The guys came out within 1 week of my call and welded new hinges on our gate and painted their work to match like new.

Col Bruce here, just wanted to thank you for the superb job Karl Brockman and his men did on the fence job. You have a great staff. From the time you enter the office to the time they complete the project, what a team! Your work is simply outstanding! Now, all the surrounding neighbors want the remaining parts and other sides done! God Bless you all and much thanks to each of you!

This company is Awesome! Would never use anybody else for my personal gate or for my office either!
