I have done business with Southwest Builders for many years. I find them to be honest and trustworthy. I recently hired them to do some work for my elderly parents. My parents are thrilled with the outcome and continue to talk about how great the workers were. I am a customer for life! I know I thanked you already but I truly appreciate the level of detail your workers had as well as their kindness in listening to my parents talk, they really enjoyed the company. JLG

Southwest Builders was AMAZING to work with. We got lots of quotes, but theirs was the most reasonable and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. They enclosed our patio, adding 300sqft to our home. The brick they found matched PERFECTLY! It looks like it was always there. Next we had them extend our back patio concrete and add a pergola. It looks stunning! I can't wait to add some lights and have my own backyard getaway!

Southwest builders were wonderful to work with! They built our lakehouse from start to finish. We thought it was going to be a headache because it was 2 hrs away from our home. It was not! Southwest Builders were prompt and timely. We did not have to worry about corners being cut or poor quality when we couldn't be there to check on progress. Their communication was excellent.

I can't express enough how great the quality of our build was. They did such a good job that it was a no brainer who we would use to add on to our home. They added a large 500sq ft. living room, and bathroom with 2 large porches. They were able to match our brick and mortar seamlessly. Then the inside, they matched our trim and wall colors perfectly. The add on flows so well with our house and we are so glad we chose SW Builders to complete it.

We converted our covered patio into a 4-season room. We contacted several builders to get quotes. Southwest Builders had the most experienced team, the best understanding of building code restrictions, and the best price (by a factor). With allowance for what COVID19 has done to supply chains and work schedules, which everyone has experienced, Southwest came through and we could not be happier.

They responded favorably to every concern as we coordinated their effort (concrete foundation, walls, windows, doors, electrical, attic insulation) with our HVAC and flooring contractors. Good job.

Luke Lewis and Southwest Builders did an absolutely amazing job on our bathroom remodel. We had the bathroom taken down to the studs and completely redone. Every single person Southwest Builders used from plumbing to electric to paint and drywall were extremely professional and did quality work. Luke and Southwest Builders worked efficiently to get the bathroom compete and kept us informed every step of the way.

Our home is so important to us, and I am so glad I trusted Southwest Builders to remodel our bathroom. They did it the right way, no cutting corners and they are proud to stand behind their work. The pricing is competitive, but the solid work is most important. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else besides Luke and Southwest Builders for any project. You have a customer for life with us! Southwest Builders, was call to help for a problem with leaking roof around the sunroom glass that they have installed and built for us. they were called to fix the problems that they have made. crack glass, window leaking, big air gaps between frame and glass, also made the sunroom glass to big for the sunroom and try to hide their mistake by covering it up with metal frame and a guitar under the window with leftover guitar parts to hide the glass leakage and air gap, we had one representative from the company came out to look at the problems and he told us that it was a bad job that the crew did to installed the sunroom, that he would come out on a raining day to find the leaks and will fix the air leakage around the windows, also redesign the guitar to drain the water away from under the glass that is leaking, it has been a few weeks now. i have tried to get them to help fix it, and my several attempt to call them and leave messages and no response yet. I would never recommend *SOUTHWEST BUILDER * To anyone, due to lack of responsibilities, poor management, does not back up warranty, lies to customers, and bad materials,

Spent 70000 dollars with them on an add on and remodel. Within 5 years, I had a leak at the site of a dryer roof vent. I also had a failed electrical exhaust vent. Two minor problems they could have warranteed at least a few hours labor to fix or install replacements. They offered to send roofers out but at my cost, no allowances. It took 3 days of repeated attempts to get them to call back to get a" not our problem" answer. Needless to say if you have a project, don't use them! Update: After hiring roofers to fix the issue, they discovered the vent was merely screwed into the single and not properly installed to begin with on day 1!

After accidentally discovering your firm, I have never since worried about any home repairs. I only wish there were more firms like yours.

Adding 700 square feet to an existing home is a major job. The results are amazing. no one can tell that the addition was not completed when the house was built 16 years ago. We are extremely pleased.

Gary B. came out on September 26th to give us an estimate on a room addition. I asked him when i should here back and he said the following week. I waited until Friday October 7th. I called left him a message to call me, no return call.

In 49 years of public service, this is the best experience we've ever had. Every person associated with Southwest builders is BLUE RIBBON. In a day of average, the excellence of Southwest Builders is a great joy to us!

My house was started in May/ July and still is not done. The crews only do about two hours of work and leave. The crew that was supposed to be doing our drywall left it flat and un-textured telling us they were not told to do that.
