John Lambertson won't return your calls after you pay him upfront. No clue how this guy is still in business, cough. cough.

Great company. Matt fixed the problem quickly and then gave me a quick synopsis of how to care for my A/C units and things that needed to be done as preventative maintenance. I will use them again in the future.

Absolute scam company. John Lambertson will do anything to con you out of money. He quoted us a low amount, and then the additions kept coming as he was replacing our unit. In the end he tried to charge twice the amount! Complete scam.

Lovely place and location, I enjoyed the peace and quiet which allowed to work on some projects.

Called Back almost immediately, made an appointment to fit my schedule, came on time trouble shot the system, told me my options. Came back exactly when he said he would replaced the unit, cleaned the work area and was done sooner than he estimated. Great work, very professional.

I heard from J D L right away after leaving a message. They offered to come out to diagnose the unit the very next day. They showed up at the time I needed to. Great Customer Service! Thank you.

Mr. Lambertson said he would be at my home sometime between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. He showed up at precisely 8 a.m., explained what the problem was, fixed it, answered all my questions, presented the bill, shook my hand and left. The whole visit took less than an hour. He's a no-nonsense kind of guy and told me the life expectancy of my unit and the approximate cost to replace it.

John came to my house in 2013 and and answered my questions about what would work for my house. He said he would give me a bid and sure enough by 5 pm the same day he emailed me a COMPLETE Bid detailed with everything that my house would need for the installation. I had two more companies come out to my house and they were polite and did email me bids but not as quickly as John did.

I decided to go with JDL because the 3 bids were very close in price but I just felt like John wanted my job. We scheduled the job and it all went off without a hitch, exactly as John said it would including some unforeseen obstacles. JDL always returns my calls and comes to look asap if I have a problem. They also clean all my split units at least once a year so I can vouch for their continued service. I recommend Jon and his crew.

John has done a lot of work for us always on time and does Great work, over all very excellent experience.

Disappointed and feeling ripped off!! I scheduled an appt as my central air unit was not cooling properly especially when it would rain. I was told nothing was wrong and all I needed was a cleaning. I agreed and paid the $475+tax. The cleaning was done that same day. The technician told me he did not have the size filter I needed on hand and would drop it off in about 4 days.

Well a few weeks passed and still no filter or phone call. I called the company many times and finally got through. I was told that someone would get back to me. No one got back to me. It's been two months now since I had the cleaning done. I called multiple times and for some reason my calls are not being answered. It doesn't even go to a voice mail. So if you're looking for a company that provides great service/customer service, this company is not it.

They did a great job and even gave me some tips for keeping my a/c clean.

Got a quick call back from air conditioning service websearch and made appt for three hour window the next day. They never showed. Called and left message. they never called back. Completely unprofessional.
