I've used this company since 1998 and have never had any complaints or problems. They offer different levels of cleaning and how well your carpet comes clean all depends on how dirty your carpet was to begin with and what level of cleaning you chose. The Rotovac cleaning is completely worth the extra expense if you have light carpet.

This is the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with. The guy walked in my house aggressively and started accusing us of lying to get a better deal when it was not true. He even commented This is America, you can't lie here treating us with a sense of disgust since we are not Americans .
