This is the second fence we have had Empire install for us. We had the same experience at our other house that we had this time around. The sales person was responsive and the work was great and done in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend Empire to anyone needing a fence installed. Service: Chain link fence installation

Working with ray is always great. Wow he is great to get a hold of. Very well knowledge as a sales person, (we all know the sales reps that don't really know what's going on. Lol). Not Ray, he is great at pin point times of work starting and ending. His quotes are on point. He is able to answer any questions. Ray is also very nice and gets along with everyone. He is very prompt and professional

I had the opportunity to work with Empire Fence and the experience was nothing but outstanding! They were professional from start to end, the front desk was helpful and friendly. Josie and Rhonda got me scheduled right away. I'm so happy with my fence! Services: Trex fencing installation, Ornamental iron fence design & installation

We are return customers. Empire Fence replaced a side fence (north-facing) two years ago. They did a fantastic job. We especially appreciate Sandy who came out to give us the estimate. He recommended that we go with the steel posts as they hold up better. So glad we did. I mentioned to Sandy that we "might" not be in town on the day of install b/c my husband was on the "transplant list." He reassured me not to worry & that they would take care of everything. Then he shared his own family's transplant story. I couldn't get over his kindness. Great company. Great service. Great workmanship.

The staff at Empire was great in the whole experience. The young man who gave us the estimate was on time and had the estimate to us very quickly. The staff in the office was very professional, answering every question and scheduling at a convenient time. The crew who took the old fence down was kind and did the work very quickly. The new fence was installed a couple of days later.
The install crew was at our house on time and had the new fence installed in just a few hours. Everyone has been very courteous to us and no one was impatient with us or our questions. The estimate and installation processes were so smooth. It was definitely a pleasant experience. And our new fence looks terrific. We could not be happier. I recommend Empire Fence whole heartedly.

We used Empire Fence to replace the privacy fence at our Claremore location in September 2021. Nate was our point person thru the entire process. He was knowledgeable, kind and consistent. The fence was replaced in a two day process that was swift and efficient. After installation, you would never know that anyone had been here as there was no debris left on the property. Thank you!

Responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. The gentleman who came out for the estimate was very helpful with recommendations and brought up issues I never dreamed of. Saved us from frustrations in the future. I love how they use technology to improve customer service and make things easier. The crews were professional and did an excellent job with our fence! They made it looks easy and it just reenforced why I hired this job out instead of wasting weeks of my time trying to save a few pennies installing it myself.

Empire's customer service is poor after setting up dates, quality of work is only ok, and they don't care about yard clean up. After several reminders that removal of old fencing was to start the company emailed the day off (around 11am) to postpone work by one day. The first pair doing the removal was friendly, came to the door to confirm details, but then left without stating the next work date.
The next day, late in the afternoon a second pair started construction, worked for about two hours, stopped without any communication, and left all their materials out in the open visible. I had to move their wood around back so that it wasn't visible from the street to be taken. After the weekend the company called to postpone because of weather, but then a crew showed up to work more on the front fence.
The next day the fence construction was completed, however the crew did not haul off the old fencing (stated in estimate), nor did they clean up. Two days later I received the invoice and called the office to say the job wasn't finished because haul off and clean up weren't done, I also expressed disappointment in the lack of communication.
The office had no idea the old fence wasn't hauled off and cleanup wasn't done but was apologetic and said they would get a supervisor on it. I never received a phone call or follow up after that, instead a crew came three business days later while I was at work to pick up the old fence. However, they still didn't clean up the loose concrete, trash, or their wood/metal post cuttings.
The wood used also wasn't very well finished and has a lot of chips/damage already on it. A job that was quoted as two days, (Tuesday for removal and new posts, Thursday for construction) ended up being five onsite days over two weeks. At that rate I could have taken off three days and done the work myself, hiring Empire for the "convince" of not having to build a fence wasn't worth it.

Very disappointed. Getting a quote is useless because they do not honor it. We were obtained a quote for a small stretch of privacy fence and a small stretch of chain link fence. & arranged for the installment of both. Less than 24 hours before they were scheduled to arrive - they called letting us know that a "mistake" had been made and they "forgot" to quote the materials needed for the chain link fence and asked us to come up with $1200(ish) by 8am the next day - the day of installment.
When we challenged with the quote they gave us - we spent 45 minutes on hold and didn't even get an apology - just a pile of excuses as to how it happened and that they couldn't do anything about it. Needless to say - that job was cancelled. Would not ever recommend this business.

I needed to have my fence repaired due to damages incurred by construction workers that are working on building a house next door. Thankfully Executive Homes covered it and had Empire set to do the work. They also needed to come out and fix a gap in between fences because they measured incorrectly for my neighbor's fence and shorted them by several inches.
So part of their fence doesn't even come up to their property line according to Executive Homes when the researched why Empire didn't join their fence with another neighbor's existing fence. Communication with Empire is virtually nonexistent and getting them to come out to do the work was like pulling teeth. They would say "the crew will call you when they are in their way" and "you're on the schedule for today." However, no calls and I was on the schedule for quite a few days with nothing happening. Speaking with Nathan, Josie and the God awful and highly incompetent Odie was just useless.
They didn't do anything including communicate the issue with their boss Kevin. Even gave me these crazy stories how the crew had been to my house but it was too wet, and then within 5 minutes would say oh well they were never at your house oops! Odie has the nerve to get an attitude with me and argue how they had been constantly communicating with me.
Yeah right! I had been making all of the calls. I had to constantly be in touch with Executive Homes and have them make things happen. They even reached out to Kevin the boss. Kevin thought my job was done and totally surprised that it wasn't, because nobody communicated with him of what was going on. Thanks to the persistence to Executive Homes and Kevin putting his foot down, the job got done as promised the day he said it would.
I will note, the crew showed up finally one day at 1945 without calling. Had to come back a few days later to install the latch. Of course they didn't call. I even saw they borrowed tools from the construction workers next door. Kevin even assured that the new gate latch would be installed for free because of the incompetence of his staff and the inconvenience for me having to take off from work all of the days they were supposed to do the job but never did.
All in all, the job was finally done, my fence was fixed, but getting to that point was a nightmare. Even someone with Executive said this is outrageous because they normally are on top of things. Well, not this time.

Horrible business edict. I called to shop for prices for materials on a Tuesday, I do 100k in fencing a year, I'm always checking prices, I was quoted $1.89 for a cedar dog ear picket, needing 300 pickets in total. I then drove an hr from my job site on Wednesday, Walked inside and they remembered my phone call, And as I was was telling them what I needed, the price changed to $4.89 a picket, After they openly acknowledged they miss quoted me, they said there's "nothing they can do sorry" And told me I should go to Lowe's or Home Depot. SO EMPIRE RECOMMENDS LOWES AND HOME DEPOT. And so do I.

We recently moved to Tulsa from California and the house we purchased is on 4 acres but the house frontage is pretty close to a busy road. With 3 city dogs we needed privacy and security fast. We got 3 quotes from reputable fence companies in town and right off the bat, Nate from Empire stood out to us as a down to earth, no upsell, no pressure, straight shooter sales person.
And I don't really want to use the term sales person to describe him, he's better described as a professional advisor for fence design. Nate basically took our ideas for what we wanted, read between the lines and came up with a perfect solution within our budget. Mind you, our fence and gate was custom. We chose Nate because of his outside the box creative design and his laid back "sure, I can do that" attitude, even with a very last minute addition to our order.
I should also add that Nate informed us of the city rule that allows no more than a 4' fence in the front of a property. We were getting a quote on a 6' fence with another company which could have been such a hassle if the city came out and made us cut it down to size. And yes, while the 4' fence doesn't provide us with all the privacy we want, it does provide us with safety for our dogs, and it just looks so cool. We're planning to put in a 6' hedge inside the fence to make up for the lack of privacy, I think it'll look amazing.
We are just delighted with our beautiful fence, gate, and solar powered opener. The crew that did the installation did it all in 1.5 days. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned the yard up well. Nate came back out after the job was complete to take pictures and make sure everything was up to his standards. Obviously, we highly recommend Nate at Empire Fence!

Empire built a 6' wood cedar fence for me in December 2018 on a new home. This is April 2019. My lot is relatively small, but I have already screwed back approximately 8 planks that have pulled away from the railing. Now I have 2 board that have pulled completely away and won't go back in because they are swollen due to rain. This morning, I phoned Empire and asked them to repair.
They advised that I would need to get back to my builder and go thru them for the repair. Our builder requires a new home owner wait 11 months to request non-emergency repairs. I assume I will have to wait 7 more months to get boards put back on my new fence (and I have a dog). WHAT A RIP!! This would have been a simple-low cost repair, why would any company want to HASSLE their customers in this manner over something simple.
DO NOT USE EMPIRE unless you want the NO SERVICE SPECIAL.

Ray, from Empire Fence, came to our newly purchased house to provide an estimate for a new fence. He told us, honestly, our fence was in pretty good shape. With a little maintenance (gate repair, power wash) - - it had another 10 years of life. He said he'd estimate the cost of a new fence if we wanted one, but he wanted us to know our present fence was still in good shape.
Another fence company happily provided us a new fence estimate for several thousand dollars ... and never gave us an assessment of the condition of our existing fence. When it is time to finally replace our fence - - we'll sure be calling Empire ! ! (Thanks, Ray)

Very disappointed in the longevity of this fence. The fence was installed in January of 2103. Since then I have replaced 5 post that rotted of at the ground and 4-5 more than could go anytime. During the install I asked them to fill the holes all the way to the top with concrete. The salesman told they don't do that because the the ground around the post would draw the moisture out of the post. Sounded reasonable at the time.
Wish I would have filled them to the top during the set up period. Would have saved me a lot of work. Most all the two by fours that are nailed to the post are rotting at the ends. Can't recommend them. Will build my next fence myself so its done right.

I called Empire Fence and scheduled an estimate visit. The owner came out and walked the property with me, listening to our needs and made suggestions as to the fence layout and design. The Empire crew arrived as scheduled to install the fence and did a great job. Most importantly to me, they cleaned up after themselves and ensured all the concrete around the posts was covered up with dirt so I wouldn't cut up my legs when the weed eater slings rocks around in the summer!
We love our finished fence and, once again, the owner contacted us to ensure we were pleased and even came out to inspect the job his crew did. I'm happy to recommend Empire Fence to anyone looking for excellent quality for a fair price!

We recently moved to the area and we had a gate put in along with a fence closed off by Empire Fencing (via the builder). Once we moved in we discovered the fence was too close to the ground and it's holding water inside the garden so we contacted Nathan to trim it. He was great and said he was a bit busy but would be out the following week. That was back in Mid August.
Since then I've called, texted (and the message has shown as delivered) and my wife has called and left voicemails. Absolute radio silence. In my opinion a professional, knowledgeable contractor would have installed it properly in the first place, but the shocking customer service just confirms it. To top it off, the gate lock is now hanging off. I highly recommend staying away from these guys when you next need a fence installed. Thanks

I chose Empire to repair our fence after getting a few bids from other companies. They were twice as high and the reviews were not favorable. Should have looked at reviews first. Donnie came out to assess what we needed and was very thorough. The worker who came out to do the work was not competent and was unfriendly. He did not finish the job and submitted his job on our fence as "finished" and we were sent an invoice.
I called Empire to complain about the poor job and the bill and Donnie called me immediately. He was there the next day and now 2 days later my fence is perfect. Can't thank them enough. Just watch what the worker does and let Donnie know if you aren't happy. They aim to make their customers happy. Maybe that worker was just having a bad day. Don't know. Just know that Empire stands by their product and will make sure you are satisfied with their work.

We have been customers of Empire Fence for years and could not be more pleased with their service! After 12 years with our current fence, a few panels were leaning mostly due to the backyard neighbors we share with but Empire came out and fixed those so we could hold off until spring for a new fence! So thankful for their great customer service and quality workmanship!

I am absolutely disgusted with how this business runs itself. We paid 800 to put two gates in on either side of the house. The wood on one gate warped, and after looking at other people's fences as well as online we realized our fences looked significantly different, and one of the gates does not open or close. We have had to put straps around it to keep it closed.
We called multiple times to see if someone could come out to look at it, and had to wait weeks for them to come look at it. When Donny finally came out to look at the fence, he was incredibly rude and told us that it's not his fault the wood warped. He admitted they had received poor quality wood and the team that came out was close to being fired for poor workmanship.
He told us he would call us back with a price estimate. When we got a call back, he wanted to charge 500 dollars to fix one gate! Which is over the amount of the install for one single gate to begin with. If you would like more information on poor quality services other clientele have received, go check out google reviews. I WISH I would have looked at those first!
