Staff was very helpful in providing guidance for some tile repair. Initially I purchased grout to do the job myself and decided it would be better to have a professional handle. You found it! Stop looking for another tile shop NOW! Everyone at Artistic Tile is professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Megan is amazing! My new home project included tile for bath floor, shower floor, shower wall, deco wall, kitchen backsplash for 5 baths and my kitchen. This would have been completely overwhelming if it had not been for Megan's creative expertise, amazing ideas and her wealth of knowledge.

She even took a field trip with me and helped to choose coordinating vanity counter tops! She absolutely went over and above! I feel very lucky to have met her and had the opportunity to work with her. Thank you Megan

Artistic Tile has a huge selection of tiles, almost overwhelming. But employees are always there to answer questions and help. I valued Diane's opinions and experience. The installers were friendly, easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful laying out the tile patterns for approval. I would definitely use them again and recommend them, but ask more questions on the process.

My 2 reasons for not a 5 star rating.1--within a week the caulking all cracked where the counter meets the backsplash. I called, Diane agreed to come back for retouching.but its yet to happen. I need to follow up? And 2-- I was disappointed to find out that after I paid for the job. After the job was done.the sealer was brought back for me, the homeowner to SEAL the whole backsplash myself!

This was NEVER mentioned to me until I questioned why I never smelled the sealant. I was told the grout needed to dry a week.but we still had to do it ourselves? Never made sense to me.

We have purchased tile from Dianne, Carl and the Artistic Tile team. They have guided us with purchasing tile for three bathrooms and a foyer. We have done the installations ourselves. Their knowledge and experience with the different tiles is amazing. They have helped matching grout colors and the correct types for different applications. Whenever there has been a question on the tile's installation Carl has been very helpful with sharing his wealth of knowledge and experiences with us. A very pleasant group of people to deal with, our experiences have been outstanding.

My husband and I did most of the prep work, the team at artistic tile were always available to assist with our questions, even came out to make sure we had prepped space properly. They worked with our schedule when requesting more time, and I feel like the people they have doing the installation are the best in the business. The installation is the most important part, no matter how beautiful your tile is. I have used them for 2 bathroom remodels and have plans to use them again in a laundry area.

The owner and staff of Artistic Tile worked hard with me to select beautiful tile for my kitchen backsplash, plus the flooring and wall tiles for 2 stunning bathrooms. Once installed, I immediately enjoyed my choices and continue to do so. During the selection process, the staff showed me photos of installations of tile I was considering. They were most generous in allowing me to bring large samples to see how they looked in my home.

We hired Artistic Tile to do extensive tile work in our Lakeside condo which so far has been the installation of a backsplash tile in the kitchen (3 walls) and to do a challenging tile design and installation in the master bath which included dual showers, a platform tub, and a tile floor. We were looking for something special, and everyone at Artistic Tile really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the results.

We spent alot of time in the store hashing out the designs with Megan and Diane, and they were very accommodating, allowing us to take the sample boards on multiple occasions to make sure that the designs would work out. Given the complexity of the designs, there were a few issues, but Carl, Lenny, and Chris did whatever was necessary to make sure the result was perfect.

We really appreciated their responsiveness and consideration in their dealings with us to realize our design goals. With Artistic Tile, you definitely get what you pay for, and we have been very pleased. We have one more bathroom to do, and are sure that it will also turn out great!

I would highly recommend Artistic Tile for any installation or replacement of ceramic tile. They have installed a beautiful tiled shower enclosure in our renovated bathroom and did a replacement of tile in our kitchen backsplash. Both projects were done to our complete satisfaction. We used Artistic Tile to help with our kitchen/master/guest bath renovations. All three rooms had unique requirements, and Artistic was up for the challenge. They brought creativity to the design process, and the install went smoothly. We love the tile in our new rooms and would highly recommend them.

This is a privately owned business that does high-end tile work. If you want that look that jumps out and says "wow!" then this is the place to go in the Nashua area. If you want a tile job done on a strict budget, then there are other places that will do that. We used them for two jobs so far and they came out fantastic. The back splash in our kitchen looks like it is right out of a magazine. So does our fireplace surround. We have been dealing with them for well over ten years and we will continue to deal with them for another ten.

Diane and Carl I just wanted to tell you how happy I am that we chose to get our tile from Artistic Tile. The experience from beginning to end was pain free. I wanted to send along a few pictures of our new kitchen back splashthere are also a few pictures of the before with the 4 granite back splash that Carl came out and removed. I am so happy that we did that.

Diana, Carl, and Jules made my tile shopping experience so easy. They were all very knowledgeable. I selected the Sonoma white 2 x 8 subway tile and the Alabaster grout. Celestina did a fantastic job installing it. My entire experience was great. Everything from order to installation was on time. Celestina did a great job of clean up afterwards. I would recommend them with out reservation.

This company sold me almost double the tile I needed and refused to take 12 boxed of extra tile back. They also had grout missing when I picked up the order. I trusted them to figure out how much tile I needed when I brought in my bathroom measurements.

These guys should not be running a tile store. First, their drawing did not include the trim we had purchased; then they sold us the wrong tile and gave us a half used container of thinset. To top it off, they cut our tile pieces wrong and refused to pay for them!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I explained that I was looking for more of a "middle of the road" price point for the project I was working on, the sales person said, 'well you're not going to get that here' and turned and walked away from us. She wanted nothing to do with me when I told her I was exploring options in the less than $30/ sq ft price range. The managers or owners should be embarrassed. I would never recommend this store.

For the bathroom, the inputs from you and Caitlin helped us to find a tile that is perfect for the application. I had a horrible experience at Artistic Tile. The salesperson suggested and sold me a glass tile that would not work with my project. The tile was ordered and I was not told it was a special order. When I tried to return, the tile they told me I was stuck with it.
