Worst customer service experienced in my whole life. Paid for a replacement part and was completely forgotten about. Reminded the staff we were waiting on a part and was told there were shipment delays. They didn't bother checking tracking until a whole week after I started inquiring about the lost part. The parts manufacturer didn't return their call so instead of calling them back they just forgot about my order for a third time and went about doing business.
I had to physically show up at their shop in a pandemic to remind them I had a part on order and only then did they contact the manufacturer and reorder the part. 23 days after the original purchase was made. I've never done business with any establishment that made us feel so neglected and it's purely a lack of good organization and customer satisfaction skills.

Allbrands has repaired several appliances over the years for us and they have always been prompt and courteous, and fixed everything right the first time. Their prices are great and the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with! I recommend them to all our friends and I will continue to choose Allbrands for any future appliance repairs!

I really appreciated Beau's honesty in telling me my range/oven was probably not worth the cost of the repair. He was very knowledgeable about this brand of stove and what goes wrong regularly. Integrity is worth a lot to me and seems to be very rare these days. Thanks Beau! You'll hear from me again.

We've used All Brands twice now, once to replace a light bulb in our wall oven (much more complicated than it sounds) and once to service/replace our gas cooktop with an induction one. The techs have all been professional and knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions! John went above and beyond when installing our cooktop, getting creative to install it correctly even though our countertop wasn't set up to initially work with the parts sent from the cooktop company.
I really appreciated him taking some extra time and ingenuity to make it the best that it could be instead of just giving up/setting it in place. Beau is upfront about scheduling and pricing in the office. Overall we are pleased with our experiences here and will call them again if needed. Plus they work with our home warranty company so that's a bonus!

I have worked with Allbrands for many years and have always had good experiences with them. they can get most parts the next day and the prices are near what you can find on the web, but you don't have to wait so long. As far as in home service, they are great, on time and clean up after themselves. If they replace a part, they leave the old part with you, so you know what you are getting installed is actually a new part. give Beau a call and he will fix you up!

Absolutely terrible service, my ice maker was damaged from lightning and after the initial visit which cost $70 I had to pester them 3 times to order the part to fix it. After the fourth call (FIVE WEEKS WITH NO ICE) the man still knew nothing about what I was talking about so I looked up the part number and the first webpage had the part $55 dollars cheaper than what they quoted me.
