Beautiful trash enclosure delivered on time and for a reasonable price they removed the old one. My neighbor recommended them and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Ordered my new fence from them only place that actually sells 4' pribacy vinyl, office ladies where super helpful. I would recommend for sure!

Homestead just installed a vinyl fence in my back yard. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. They were quick to respond, clear with what was needed from me, and were AHEAD OF SCHEDULE with the install! I was out of town when they came and when I got home the only evidence that the work had been done was the new beautiful fence that exists where one did not before. They removed the previous fence and cleaned everything completely. They were in and out in 2 days. I could not recommend Homestead more highly.

We had Homestead install a fence on our beach property 3 years ago and we were very impressed with the quality of the work. Kevin explained things thoroughly and is very attentive to the nuances of your specific job. Recently we got a new puppy and needed to add more fencing and gates. Once again Kevin went out of his way to make sure we knew exactly how we were proceeding.

I wanted the gates to function cleanly and be bulletproof in the extreme weather we get at the shore. The job was completed in a timely fashion while I was not at the house. When I showed up for the weekend I was thrilled to see the beautiful job they did. The gates function perfectly! I'm a detail person and I appreciate that all fencing is not made equally.

They can look the same but how the posts are set in concrete and the metal reinforcement hidden within the PVC are the key to a long lasting, quality job. If you want the job done right and you want it to last call Homestead. You won't be disappointed.

I would never recommend! Took my money for a four can garbage bin with delivery date of 4 weeks. At week six still no product. Not a nice business they cant keep track of their lies.

Tried to purchase a 96 inch garbage enclosure and was told 10 days originally and then 2 weeks upon second inquiry. That's fine, things get busy and I get it, BUT the demeanor of the receptionist Nicole was like she was doing a favor by answering the phone. It's as if she enjoyed telling me all the reasons why I can't get it delivered on time. I then asked if we could expect it by June 13, which is precisely two weeks out since we have a tenant coming in and she said we can't guarantee anything.

At that point it was clear I don't want to do business with them. It's a shame because they have some decent reviews, but first impressions count and i had the same experience twice. We are doing construction later this year and fencing will be part of it, but Homestead Fence will not. To the owners, train your people on the phone, they are the face of your business. The little things count.

They installed fencing on my property and some of the posts were raising making the fence uneven and both entrance gates would not close correctly. I called them and no one showed up to fix. They are terrible company and do not work with you. Want to charge me over a 1000 dollars to fix. After they installed them they just needed to be hit down with board and steel Malloy. Would never recommend them.

We used Homestead when we built our home many years ago and were pleased with their work. Naturally, when we needed minor repairs done to our fence, after ONE panel and three posts sustained damage, we reached back out to Homestead to give us an estimate for repair. The estimate provided was incredibly high (nearly $1,000) and was not itemized, therefore we requested an itemized bill.

We were told they could not provide us with an itemized bill unless we agreed to pay them $75 for this detail. I've never in my life heard of such a thing! I surely thought this was a mistake. No. no mistake. Apparently this is their (unethical and incredibly dishonest) policy. I shared my concerns with them and will now share them with the community. Homestead Fence has stooped to low levels.

This is especially despicable in a time of crisis when the majority of our country is out of work. Most local businesses are trying to help, but Homestead is only out to take advantage. Disgusting.

Requested an estimate for a small repair job to our fence - replacement of (1) panel and three (3) posts. We received a non-itemized written estimate of nearly $1,000! I then requested their estimate to be itemized so I could see where all my money would actually be going. They told me I would need to pay them $75 for an itemized estimate. I've never heard of such a thing in my life! Very unethical and shady business practice. Needless to say we will be using another company that is charging us half that price.

I had an old cyclone fence removed and 250' of vinyl fence with three gates installed. They arrived at 8:00AM and worked strait through till 5:00PM every day (5 days). The installer Benny explained everything to us, kept us informed of the progress and walked us through when complete. He asked if we were completely satisfied and we were. They cleaned up afterwards leaving behind only a new fence that we are 100% happy with. Quality work, timely, courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Business must be good because they don't get back to you. I needed to update a quote so I could finalize a contract for a fence and after 6 weeks, 4 emails and 3 calls I get no response. What's up?

This company is the WORST. They quoted a 2 1/2 week install time, and take a 60% deposit. Six weeks later and numerous phone calls, they finally set up a day for my install. Without notice, the install was cancelled, and I took a day off from work for nothing. When I finally got someone on the phone, they knew nothing about my install. I finally cancelled my order with them, and was told they would not return my deposit because we had a contract. American Express refunded my money, but it's just annoying to wait close to seven weeks from the quote only to start this process all over again.

They put in a fence, which was Ok but is almost a FOOT off the property line on one side. When I asked for a price to correct this, they gave me a price which was about half of the original ENTIRE job. Giving up a FOOT of property on a small lot isn't my idea of a job WELL done.

We had our glass fencing done around our pool by Homestead Fence. I have to say, working with Kevin and his crew was phenomenal. From the initial meeting with him, to the completion of the job, I was so impressed with the company as a whole. Kevin and his crew showed up when they said they would, completed the job earlier then expected, and kept open communication with me throughout the entire job.

We recently had one of the glass ballasts break on us, and Kevin was there within a few days of me calling to have the new glass installed. I highly recommend this company for quality work and excellent customer service from not only the people doing the work, but also from the girls in the office.

Couldn't be more pleased with my new deck and railings! Kevin and his crew even spotted a possible hazard and corrected it. I would recommend Homestead to anyone looking for a professional, neat job!

This business is HORRIBLE. I called to get an estimate on a fencing project (very large project btw. would've been roughly a $20,000 project for them). The woman who answered the phone was rude and completely disinterested in my business. As I attempted to explain what kind of project I was interested in getting a quote for. she interrupted me and asked that I email the request, stating "it's much easier that way".

She then proceeded to tell me that they are "extremely busy" and "will not be able to respond to my email for at least 1 week". Okay!.good to know that you do not need my business, because I will definitely be taking it elsewhere!
